The front bumper is all scratched up from towing. I called yesterday after you towed the car and specifically asked were you guys careful and didn’t damage anything and I was told no damages. Now the front bumper is scratched. This is not acceptable. You need to fix the damage
They only drive around the campus when they know kids are moving out. They are very rude, and I hope that they never make a dime and have to go out of business. Would never use them even if they have Peyton Manning parking cares for them.
My car was illegally towed away from my home with my parking pass in the window after having words due the tow truck driver peaking through my car windows with a ski mask on one night when I was sitting in my car after pulling up at home after work! From that day forward he would do things like pull up and take pictures of my car and looking through the windows of my car on a regular basis, which at that point it’s obvious that I live here. I immediately went to pick my car up and the worker Att the front desk had an attitude with me and stated that She has nothing to do with my car towed.
I was recently in an accident and had to have my car towed. They towed my car and kept it at their lot while waiting on the insurance to make a decision. The gentleman that picked up the car at the scene was very considerate. The gentleman that works at the lot was SUPER nice. I called him because I could not reach my insurance rep, and I was wondering what was going on with my car. He was so nice. He let me know what to expect, he called me with updates, and helped me get the remainder of my belongings out of my car. They are VERY honest, and their daily rates are reasonable. I would recommend them any day.
