I MUST say this place is reliable and very highly recommended! Nate is beyond helpful , kind, and respectful! I had to come all the way to knoxville TN from Fort bragg NC to pick up an old subaru car so I could have it remodeled and fixed up for my husband who is recently retired from the Army after 20 years of service so it was supposed to be a surprise. It was stuck in between a fence and bushes and another car. We only had 1 day to do this and to make it more complicated my brother in law was not helping. Nate not only helped to move the car and get it unstuck but he even went out of his way to put the car on a very ( irritating) car trailer .....( that i had no idea how to do since im a small woman). He was helpful and kind! I had to get it done that day and was worried he would not be able to help because of how late and the way the car was but he definitely came through! I would go with this towing company again if I lived here! Thank you thank you so much for this company and the kindness this man has shown! Plus my husband appreciates his hard work and respectful demeanor he has! The pictures shown here are how complicated this was and proof not only could he help but the care he put in. This was hard for most people but NOT him! Thank you!!!
Called Nate to see if they could pick up my daughters car .. He was there in less than 15 minutes , Loaded the car very quickly and took it to the shop for us . He was very polite courteous. Highly recommend them .
My friend had a tire pop on the side of the road. We were able to get the tire replaced and Nate got it put back on AND towed it off the side of the highway for a really good price. Recommend 11/10 will be telling everyone I know!!

They are so nice!!! I needed to have my vehicle towed so I can get it repaired. They showed up when they said they would, the price was what they quoted me, and they even boosted my battery for me. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I needed any of the services they offer.
I bought a truck at auction i called several places but nate was the nices one I spoke to got to me quick and did the job right will definitely be use in him fir all my towing needs very friendly and fair prices
Got a flat tire two days before Christmas and it was in the evening when everything was closed. They were able to show up within 30 minutes and had us back on the road in 10 minutes!! Fantastic service
Compared prices with other people they do not have hidden fees. They’re very up forward with the prices. Best prices within a 25 mile radius or greater! Highly recommend using these guys if you ever need any help!

Amazing, family-owned and operated, husband and wife business. Nate is such a genuinely considerate and kind person who helped me when I was in dire need of assistance. He even went out of his way to help me for an additional service after our initial business exchange had completed, without contest or charge. Above and beyond service all while having the most positive and gracious attitude. Will be referring everyone to his auto repair and towing!
They are some of the most amazingly nice people you will ever meet. My car broke down in the middle of the road no power no nothing and I was lucky enough that they were two or three cars behind me and Nate got out and helped me push my car to the side of the road. He took a look at my car battery and checked it out, he found out my alternator was dead and they offered to tow me home which was only 5 minutes away for free. I cannot tell you how truly grateful I am that they helped me, if you ever need a towing service I highly recommend them. Five stars is nowhere near high enough for them.
Nate helped us load a vehicle onto our car hauler after we figured out that it couldn't be pushed-- he was at our location within 30 minutes and stayed to help my husband get it strapped down on the hauler!

Amazing customer service! 5 stars! I was locked out of my car and within 15 minutes Nate was on his way. I found my keys just before Nate arrived to tow my vehicle to the dealership and he did not charge me!! Excellent!
Hi. We can’t say enough praise for their service. We were out of state visiting the GSMNP with family when our Infiniti starting sputtering and shaking around the Sevierville Townsend area. AND it was a Sunday. He came within an hour or so and drove our car to the nearest Infiniti dealership in Knoxville. Very courteous and helpful. A-MAZING service and friendly! Immense thanks to Nate for coming out and being available to quickly replace a flat on our rental late at night in Gatlinburg. Especially when the rental company and AAA could not provide support! While on a weekend trip to Knoxville my car broke down. It being late on a Saturday no car repair shops were open. I was so grateful to find Nate's towing and repair. They came to us and fixed my vehicle that same day. They were very easy to work with and very affordable. I am so very grateful for their wonderful service.
Hit a rock up in the mountains and sliced our tire. We were waiting for four hours, risked ruining the rim and drove a mile down. We were running out of options and everyone we call, no one was able to help. Called Nate’s and he was super awesome on the phone, said he could meet us in 45 minutes! He actually got to us in 20 minutes, super awesome and even recommended an awesome restaurant. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Amazing service! My girls and I were on a road trip and got stuck in the middle of the night in the great Smokey Mountains. After virtually no help from our roadside assistance (that we had already paid for) they agreed to come out and help us in the early hours of Easter Sunday and tow us out. They were so friendly, very professional and prevented us from being stuck in the woods all night. Very grateful to Nate and his partner who seemingly dropped everything to help out 3 young girls in a less than desirable situation. I would definitely recommend them if you’re in need.
I wish I could give them 10 stars. We live on the mountain in Townsend and have one road up and one road down. This evening we had 3 young ladies from London take a wrong turn and try to come up our exit. They wound up stuck and against a tree. They called their car rental place for help and were told someone would process the claim and provide help. An hour and a half later, they called again only to find out that the claim had not actually been filed yet. My husband and I did everything we could to help them. I began calling around to towing companies to try to find someone to come help them. When everyone else bailed and gave excuses, Nate's stepped up. There was no hesitation and they agreed to come right out. They were there within 45 minutes, got the Jeep out and provided excellent customer service. They are truly an amazing company and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. At 2am they pulled the Jeep out and got the young ladies on their way. The customer service and timeliness is impeccable!!!!
