Good tow, but charged $100 for .9 mile tow. I was less than a mile from them where I broke down and then less of a mile from the spot to the drop off location so maybe a total of 2.5miles at the most
This company is truly amazing! We called at 1:50am and they had a truck on the way within 20 or less minutes! Hooked and back home within a hour ! We really appreciate the professionalism and service we received tonight!

Tailgated me on Asheville Highway a foot from my bumper in the slow lane because a truck wasn't moving fast enough for him in the fast lane. If this is the way your drivers act they're just going to cause an additional accident. Control your drivers.
Dude slammed on his brakes and made a right hand turn off of Brown Gap onto Old Maynardville highway, no turn signal and had 3 vehicles behind him. Not smart to drive like a moron with the company logo all over the flatbed truck.
Hands down the BEST towing service in the Knoxville area! I had a wheel bearing break on my vehicle, gave HotRods a call and after pricing different towing companies I called them back! HotRods is the most reasonable priced towing company around. The driver had an extremely fast response time to my location and was super friendly! The customer service was the best part about the whole experience, it was immaculate!!! I highly recommend HotRods Towing! Amazing tow service and customer service. The operator was very understanding of my situation and patient while I decided after a couple of calls to use their service. The tow driver even gave me a lift home while discussing with me about the problems my car was having, and he agreed to look at it for me before I gave into just taking it to a large service shop I had in mind. I trust his experience and his hunch of what’s going on with the car, all around just honest fellows and whether or not my car becomes 100% drivable again anytime soon I’m just pleased with how they worked an arrangement with me on pricing and the kindness of trying to solve what’s wrong with my car honestly. Real good guys, can’t recommend highly enough. Call them, you won’t be disappointed!
They are absolutely the best. I have a friend that heats his house with a kerosene heater and the day it snowed he was about out of kerosene and asked me to help. I thought about HotRods and called and explained what was going on. The girl who took my call was so pleasant and helpful and she texted a driver and she called my friend and they delivered the kerosene. It was a true blessing. These are fantastic people and they brought more kerosene today. That was impressive since they were pulling so many cars and trucks that were stuck. Thank you to everyone at HotRods!
My daughter had called for a tow due to a popped tire. It did not appear the new tire would be fixed before the possibility of it being towed by the state. (It had been tagged by a state trooper for towing within 8 hours and we needed to get it taken care of quickly.)
The woman who answered was very nice! She asked to put my daughter on hold and actually gave reason why. She even waited for my daughter to respond about being placed on hold instead of just placing her on hold. This is almost unheard of! I personally find this a plus, as it gives a person an idea of how long they will be on hold. This is great customer service, in my opinion.
During waiting on the tow, the tire shop advised the tire was ready to be picked up. My daughter called to see if the service could be cancelled and hopefully receive a refund (she pre-paid). This was initially advised they could cancel but might not be able to refund. My daughter agreed to go ahead and have it towed to the location given this information. Hot Rods worked it out to where they refunded the payment and cancelled the service, with an image text confirming the refund.

Most of all the young woman who is first contact with the company is A+. Her customer service is immaculate! Never once did she seem aggravated or rushed about either call made and given the background sounds I know she had her hands full! With this experience in mind, when I ever need tow service, this is who I will use. I now have their number saved in my phone!
Not going to lie I will tell the truth grateful person I am but I know when I taking advantage of. When he said it would be cash only right before Christmas I knew he was taking my hard earned money. I have a family and also he couldn't have got us out if I did not help!!! It only took about 15 minutes and he definitely over charged us.
Son broke down on Chapman Highway. Called Service Street Center and they recommended HotRods. Very friendly and professional. Immediately dispatched a wrecker arriving in less than 30 minutes. Safely delivered the vehicle to Service Street Center for repair. Definitely will use again when needed.
Highly recommend these guys!! We broke down due to a blown out tire. After calling all the tow trucks in my area (7 other ones) and getting no answer, told it would be hours, & even laughed at and hung up on because I had a lifted truck, these guys came to the rescue! Very reasonable rate considering they had to go all the way to Claiborne county to get to us & take us back to maynardville.
They were very professional and didn’t waste time!!!
Highly recommend them for towing had them get a vehicle last minute that I need at a certain time picked up they were able to retrieve the vehicle and deliver it all the way to the Chattanooga area with no problems communication hundred percent all the way. Even sent a picture of the vehicle when dropped off.

I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EASIER OR MORE PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH A TOWING COMPANY. THEY GOT OUT TO MY REMOTE ADDRESS QUICKLY UNLIKE OTHER COMPANIES WHICH WOULD TAKE HOURS. THE DRIVER WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY CAPABLE. MY NITRO WAS LOADED ONTO A FLATBED FOR A SAFE TRANSPORT. I RECOMMEND HOTROD TOWING
Don't call anyone but Hot Rods towing. They won't rip you off like Dan's and everything that goes to your car will be there when they deliver it. Personally I'm missing my bumper and Dan's "take am advantage of you" towing towed my car. Thank you hot rods for your honesty and not charging me out the but just to tow my car a couple of miles and thank you for not stealing my car parts that goes to my car when you towed my car

Great service and reasonable. I had them to go to Harriman TN and pick up a truck I bought and bring it back to corryton TN. They said they would do it. Kept in contact with us the whole time the job was being done. The driver was very nice. I will use them anytime that I can in tye future.
I seriously got a truck stuck in my yard, pouring rain. I didnt know who to call so google it was. This you man came out super fast after 930pm in the pouring rain and pulled it right out. He was very polite, and was a blessing to us this eveing!! If you need a tow or a pull do NOT hesitate to call this man he will take care of you right away!! Thank you so much!
My son drove his Daddy's brand new Chevrolet through the corn field in the cold, wet winter month of January and sunk the truck in the mud. The truck was so deep in the mud, it was unable to be pulled out by my son's friends or a neighbors tractor. Hotrods Towing came and brought "Lil' Hooker", used a wench and pulled the sunken truck out of the mud. They were quick to come help, they were professional and pulled the truck out. It was a blessing.
