Ricky, the local driver (jax, fl) who assisted with my tow was an extreme professional. Courteous and prompt! Communicated every step of the way which was hugely appreciated. A stressful situation with my vehicle was defused by his customer service and genuine care for my situation; Thanks again!!
I want to give a huge shout out to Brian who helped me here in Jacksonville, FL. He was professional, personable, cordial, flexible, and got my wifes wrecked bike loaded up and to the dealer for repairs in a timely manner. Great guy to talk to, as well.
Truck was towed on Dec 17th of 2025 cause it was parked illegally ( I own that ) and I retrieved it in January and when I retrieved it the front driver side was damaged ( hit) the stuff I had inside was taken also when I put truck in drive and start to move the rear end shakes awful and it does it in reverse will definitely be contacting a lawyer worthless towing company ever
AnyTime Towing and Recovery showed up and fixed me up nicely. A fella named Andy showed up and was incredibly professional and expertly removed my vehicle from a ditch - in rainy and very slippery conditions.
Stooksbury’s Towing showed up originally and not only refused to do the job, but they destroyed my driveway, wrecked one of my trees, drove through my neighbor’s fence, and then left me high and dry to clean up all the debris! Couldn’t believe it…
I simply cannot recommend AnyTime Towing and Recovery enough. MUCH more professional and thoroughly equipped to do the job. Absolutely incredible service! Give Mr. Andy a raise!
Had a blowout on the highway and they came quickly and with great communication. Ideally you won't need a tow or roadside assistance, but if you do, give them a call!

I am not 100% sure but I think our driver was Kyle. Either way, he was about 22 years old and I can not express how thankful & blessed we were to have him for our 60 mile tow home! What an absolutely incredible young man! Any place of business will always make customers happy with a young man like that. I feel very blessed to have had that time with him. Had two different cars of mine towed to mechanic about a month apart and both Brandon and Tyler were excellent and very professional. Brandon was especially careful and went the extra mile to keep my very low sportscar from any possible damage. Both gentlemen were courteous and very knowledgable. Highly recommend.
James is an absolute life saver. Had an issue with my tire at 1:45am leaving my brand new job and he was able to come out and help me get towed to a safe place until my wife was able to come get me back home to Maynardville from Alcoa.
They towed my car on a Friday night. When I called at 7:30 AM Sunday morning, I was informed that someone would be at the lot at noon to release it. When I showed up at noon, no one was here to release the car to me. Their posted hours to release vehicle are 7 days a week 8 AM - 6 PM (posted at the lot) but that’s obviously not the case! Extremely deceptive towing and release practices and all around bad business.
DO NOT USE. THEY WILL LEAD YOU ON AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED! The only reason I am giving 1 star is because it won't allow me to give zero stars or negative stars. Had a situation where we needed a tow at about 7:30 p.m. work or vehicle stuck on a road south nowhere for us to move it. We went through our insurance company to have any time, the irony in their name, come out and tow us. They pushed us back multiple times and prioritized other tows (told straight from the dispatcher). They then sent out a hook truck when we specifically asked for a flatbed as the vehicle could not be towed by a hook truck without being damaged. The guy left and they told us they would have someone else out in an hour. They called and pushed us back again. And then they just canceled the service all together through our insurances portal without calling and telling us. We waited for them for over 3 hours and they no showed us. Complete joke of a service. Would not use. I would not rely on these people if you are in a tough spot and you need assistance. I'll be having a lengthy and very pointed conversation with our insurance company tomorrow with all intentions of having this tow company removed from there list of certified service providers.
Illegally towed my car out of our apartment complex when I had my permit in the window. They were extremely rude and snickered and said I should have had a permit when I did and they didn’t use their eyes. Either that or they’re blind. I will be taking them to court to get my money back. Do not use this company they’re disgusting human beings.
UPDATE : got my car back for free. That right there shows they were in the wrong. Never got an apology or anything. Called to speak to a manager about compensation for this and getting my car looked at because they improperly towed it and got hung up on.
Unprofessional and Unresponsive. Would leave zero starts if I could. My vehicle was towed from my apartment complex by Anytime Towing and the experience was terrible from start to finish. My front and rear bumper were both scraped and damaged during the tow, and when I picked up my car, they only requested cash, DID NOT give me change (so I overpaid), and provided no receipt. I have emailed multiple times and called several times trying to get a response about the damage, ($4k in damages by the way) but they have ignored all communication. I was even told I would receive a call back within an hour - it never happened. Extremely unprofessional and shady business practices. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
Excellent service! The communication was great, and they arrived right within the time frame they gave me. Brian was kind, polite, and very professional. He even noticed that one of my other tires was about to go flat and let me know. He confirmed the location, managed to find my car with the vague directions I gave, and even took the time to readjust the car so it was closer to the house.Thank you for saving the day well the night! To begin with, my leasing office uses these people to tow vehicles. Well, they’re just completely incompetent and unprofessional, as you might expect from one of these businesses.
When they were towing cars out of our neighborhood, they dinged up and damaged a bunch of other cars (not the cars being towed, the ones who were parked next to them). They hit our car as well, and hit and broke the headlight.
They refused to fix it. And then lied and said it didn’t show up on their “tow truck cameras” (not true, there is no way).
Then, sadly, several weeks later, our vehicle was actually parked in an incorrect spot for a few hours. It was the only place to park in our complex at the time, so we had no choice!! Anyway, they ended up towing the vehicle and we got it back, which is all well and good. BUT, their listed hours that they are there to collect payment and give you your car back was not the correct hours and it was a whole pain in the butt to get it back.
My husband had actually spoken to someone that morning, who had confirmed the directions for picking the car up, and then we spoke to a young lady that afternoon, and she had a terrible attitude, was very unhelpful and was trying to argue with me and tell me my husband “made a mistake.”
I don’t see how people like her keep employment, but at the same time, it would make sense that she works for this kind of company.
She literally had no clue what she was talking about. I was expressing to her what had happened the other time when our vehicle was hit by the tow truck, and she said maybe that wouldn’t have happened if we weren’t parked in the wrong spot (we weren’t- we were hit by them when they were towing another car).
Bless her heart. She needs it.
I’m not even mad about the $200 ridiculous fee that we had to pay to get the car out, more mad that they made it so complicated and that their customer service was so unreliable.
If your car get towed at the 1010 Cedarwood location, your cooked…. The most unprofessional company and they try every way to keep your car there longer so they can make more money. There is no one working here (during open hours). So the only way to get your vehicle is you have to wait 45min to a hour to wait for a tow truck to get here. This company is ridiculous and a joke. This is the only bad review I have ever left in my life I’m not a Karen I swear. This is just insane.
The most pleasant tow experience I've ever had, Kyle was in route and on the scene in a reasonable amount of time. Hes also an excellent and careful driver. 10/10 would recommend.
I've recently had to have my motorcycle towed on two separate occasions and used Anytime Towing both times. Blaine and Matt were the drivers on those occasions and both gave excellent service. Both were professional, respectful, and took good care of my Harley. I would recommend Anytime Towing without hesitation.
Car was towed at Moe’s on Cumberland. The person I was with and I simply asked the driver questions about the rate, and I asked for a receipt so that I can know the actual rate was $200 and they weren’t just pocketing my cash. I guess they weren’t expecting me to ask for a receipt. (We aren’t very knowledgeable about the towing process.) When communicating with them, the guy and the lady in the passenger seat were rude when I asked them to speak up and told me he had been working 23 hours straight as an excuse of his unprofessionalism. The lady even asked me to come closer to the truck so I could hear her (with an attitude); which I did not feel comfortable doing by the way were behaving. Overall, not a good experience.
Anytime was great for a last minute emergency when our son's car wouldn't start. We are OOS and needed to coordinate with our son and the towing company at the same time. Communication was ongoing, they made sure the car was secured at the dealership and Alfred kept us informed throughout. Highly recommend!
Last night I had a blowout on the highway in Knoxville. I was in the far inner lane going 65 when I heard a loud “boom” and my tire was gone. By the grace of God, I was able to make it across all lanes and off the exit to a Shell station.
Avis sent someone out to help first, but when he pulled the tire off, we discovered there was no spare in the van. Right at that moment, the AAA driver, Daryl, arrived with his flatbed.
I explained to Daryl that I had two dogs with me, one of them paralyzed. Without hesitation, he went to his truck and cleared space so we could all ride safely with him in the cab. He treated us like family, making sure the dogs and I were comfortable the whole way.
When we reached the hotel, he didn’t just drop the van off and leave. Daryl went inside, spoke with the manager, and got special permission to park the van in a space that would work for us. He didn’t have to do that, but he cared enough to make sure we were taken care of all the way through.
In a moment that could have been scary and overwhelming, Daryl’s kindness turned the night into an adventure. I will never forget how he went above and beyond for me and my dogs. People like him remind me that there is so much good in this world, and last night, all that good was wrapped up in one tow truck driver named Daryl.
Dylan was an amazing Technician! My order was placed through a third party and he arrived in 20 minutes after service call. He was very friendly, polite, and changed my tire within minutes. He is awesome! I have dealt with this company three times now and each experience was a 10/10 in service! Good job Anytime.
Mike Brown is a superhero. He was punctual, personable and professional. He was well knowledgeable about my car and what was needed to ensure it was safely and properly towed to the Audi dealership. I rode over with him and wanted to hug him upon arriving but he was sweaty from working so hard in the Florida sun lol. But seriously, I highly recommend this company and Mike for all your towing and other vehicle emergencies. Im a customer 4 life now!
I would give them 10 Stars if I could and recommend Anytime Towing to anybody. With my truck being oversized the 1st driver quickly recognized that he would need to call in a different truck to tow it. It was no fault of Anytime Towing so I completely understood. Mike Brown showed up with the second truck pretty quickly, less than 20 minutes, and got the truck loaded up and towed home in short time. The entire ordeal was the quickest I've ever been towed. Mike Brown was very professional and polite and informative. Brian Lewis, the first driver was great too. Both of these men had excellent customer service and made sure that we got taken care of pretty quickly. The communication from start to finish was second to none. If you're in an unfortunate circumstance of needing a tow truck, you contact Anytime Towing in Jacksonville Florida, I promise you won't be disappointed.
Brandon was our tow truck driver today. This was super experience He arrived quickly and was great about communicating his ETA! I also appreciated his clean appearance. It was a surprise to me that he wasn’t smoking or dipping and spitting all over the place and not once did I see his butt crack! Maybe this is company policy or just his own policy but it did make me more at ease. He was towing my precious classic truck that has never been towed so there was some anxiety! He even sent me a picture of my baby safely at the shop
If I could give Anytime Towing 100 stars, I would. Josh is absolutely amazing! We were on vacation and ran into some MAJOR car issues (or at least we thought it was major). When Josh found out we were visiting from out of town, he made our service call a priority. He arrived quickly, was very professional, and was very knowledgeable of high-end cars. He actually resolved our issue in about ten minutes and no tow was even needed. The world needs more Joshes!

Thank you so much! The back half of our car was stuck in a ditch after sliding back on a steep mountain road in the rain at night. We were on a one way road and were impassable. We had another towing company come first, and after telling that company not to bring a huge tow truck, they came with a huge tow truck that could not make it up to where we were stuck. The guy walked half way up, and did not even try to help us. We then got Anytime Towing and Recovery, and everyone from the secretary to the manager and the rest of the crew were amazing! The secretary on the phone took the time to really get the details and pictures to relay to the driver unlike the first company. The manager, Jay, then contacted us personally as he was the closest to us with an estimated time. His truck was also not able to make it up to where we were, but he came up to our car and tried to get it out for us. He then called two other crew members with a four wheel drive truck. They were able to back their truck up the road and winch our car out of the ditch using a telephone pole. And they put our car into a safe parking space for the night as we were only two houses away from our cabin. We would highly recommend them if you are ever stuck in a rock and hard place!
