Very satisfied with my first experience here. Took my Tundra in and they had it fixed in a fair amount of time and charged a fair price. That is very much appreciated and all too rare these days.
We were driving from Minnesota to Florida when our car broke down in Red Bank, Tennessee, and Kim and Mike at K&M Auto Repair totally saved the day. They got us in right away, figured out the problem, found the part, and had us back on the road in about an hour. They were so kind, honest, and easy to work with — and the price was super fair, especially for travelers stuck on the road. We made it safely to our destination thanks to them! Can’t recommend this place enough if you ever need help in Red Bank, Tennessee.
My fiance and I rented a uhaul trailer for the first time & were absolutely clueless what we needed to do. K&M was beyond gracious, patient & helpful in making sure we had everything setup properly and were ready to go. We are super thankful for their kindness as we were stressed prepping for such a big move. I would recommend them to anyone!
This place was amazing! First of all, they made an appointment with me when I called and then remembered who I was and what the issue was when I brought my car in that day. (I haven't experienced that level of organization and professionalism from mechanic shops in the past.) They called as soon as they had a diagnosis and were honest about my issue being a cheaper fix than originally anticipated. I was able to pick my car up on my lunch break the same day I had dropped it off, and it cost me $200 instead of a thousand plus. Fantastic experience start to finish, will absolutely be back and referring friends.
Great, honest, reasonable mechanics. I spoke to Kim, one of the owners, a few times on the phone and in person, and she is really sweet. I went in thinking I needed new brake pads, an oil change, and tires rotated. They checked the brake pads and called me to tell me they're fine. They could've easily charged me to replace them, but they were honest instead and I really appreciate that!
They replaced an oil pressure sensor for my daughter who is a UTC student quickly and at a very reasonable price. We can't express how thankful we are to find someone in town to take care of her car while she's away!
Was hesitant to make this post, but now that I'm having to pay a lot to another shop to fix an issue for a second time, I think it's warranted. Got some maintenance done last year, the only parts I didn't supply myself was the spark plugs. These guys put Autolite (super cheap) plugs in my Japanese truck, causing carbon deposits to accumulate in the engine, causing my cats to fail, and also needing new spark plugs (for the second time in less than a year!) Now I'm doubling up on what I paid to them to have the plugs done again the right way! Their prices were cheaper than most of the competitors in the area, but that may be because they use bad parts, because that was the case in my situation. Do yourself a favor, pay the extra cash to the shop up the road. They're a lot nicer anyways.
K & M auto are fantastic to work with, I recently went to a mechanic shop that quoted me over 5K in repairs that I didn’t need! I had K & M not only confirm I didn’t need the extra repairs they fixed my issues at a fraction of the cost of the other shop. If you want quality service, and honest mechanics that really are on your side go with K & M!!!!
Excellent customer service and quick repair turn around. I knew exactly what the issue was and they fixed it. No trying to sell additional services, etc. They were polite, professional and will be who I contact for any future issues. Not sure the current rates on repairs, but I felt I was charged a fair price and no hidden add ons. I would recommend them to anyone based on my experience.
My car had issues, I thought it was cv joint or a bad bearing, end up being an axle shaft. Kim in the front desk was very easy and pleasant to talk to about setting up the appointment. I even rented a U-Haul truck when I was there cause I thought it would be an over night thing. Once they was able to get to my car (i showed up out of no where) Mike identify the issue, they called me and said it would be ready the same day. Back in July, my car just randomly died. We thought it was done for good, but they were willing to look at it in between other cars, and determine a cause for the problem. Very nice, and worked with us about everything.
Taking my car back to them again for any other problems I have because they were so willing to help with a car I was ready to give up on!
Kim was very helpful and upfront about scheduling and probable cost of based on what I thought I needed. They were able to fit me in on the same day and got my AC recharged in a couple hours. As someone hesitant about using a new mechanic, I was pleasantly surprised to find one so helpful and transparent.
K & M are the quickest and most reasonable auto shop I’ve ever experienced. It took less than 1 day for me to get a brand new alternator. When I returned a couple weeks later noticing a related issue, they fixed it no charge! I would highly recommend K & M. Good people, good business.
Mike and Kim are just awesome people. You will not find anyone more honest. The quality of their work is second to none. This is the best auto repair shop in town.

I brought my van in for CV axle replacement. Mike rode with me around the block and quickly diagnosed the vehicle. It was only two hours before I got a call back to come pick my vehicle up. I'll be coming back for all of my auto repair needs. He was quick, friendly, honest, and efficient. I have a safely running vehicle now thanks to K&M Auto Repair.
I had a great experience with K&M Auto yesterday! I had a issue with my oil filter, so I called and asked if it was something they could look at. They had me fix up and ready in no time. I would definitely recommend K&M Auto! Super nice, professional, and friendly!!
Awesome family run business. We were expecting to wait several days for what we thought was a severe engine/transmission issue, but they diagnosed and repaired it same day and even explained how the issue occurred. Very friendly and great service, clearly enjoy what they do!

They aren't like most mechanic whom "magically" find a million issues with your vehicle at the time of doing basic maintenance repairs, but how ever they will let you know of any problems that might arise during repairs and be upfront about it and let you know if it's something that needs to be repaired and fixed asap or if it's something that can be addressed in a later time!! AND for someone who is on a budget this is a blessing!

This place was amazing! I was concerned about a sound my brakes were making, and I took it in before a long trip. They were so kind! They checked it thoroughly before letting me know there was no problem, and when I apologized for wasting their time they told me that making me feel safe was not a waste of their time! Normally mechanics make me feel stupid, but they were so kind and helpful. I will definitely be coming to them with all future needs!
This is by far the best auto repair shop we've ever used. Mike is honest, hard-working, and really knows his stuff. He's always taken great care of our cars, and consistently gives us a fair price. For big jobs, he always gives us good estimates, explains what's wrong, and lets us know all our options.
I am from out of town and they were recommended. My alternator went out. I was stuck! They fixed it quickly, and honestly, and got me on my way. They could of charged me more since I was stranded, but they didn’t. Two of the most honest and genuine people in the business. Other shops should try to be more like them. Thank you guys!
I brought my car here earlier this week thinking one thing was wrong (due to the error code it was showing with the check engine light), turned out it was something else. They figured out the issue very quickly, and had it resolved within a few hours and fixed it with a much less expensive repair than what the original repair I had thought I’d need was. They could’ve easily been dishonest and done the other repair and made more money, but instead they were honest and fixed what needed repair, despite it being a much cheaper fix. They also replaced my front breaks for a very fair price which I had been puttting off because other places had quoted me outrageous prices. I really appreciated their fantastic customer service, quick work, and courteous, honest employees. I will definitely bring my vehicle here for all repairs in the future.
Mike and Kim is awesome! Mike is honest and does great work at a fair price. Not all places deserve 5 stars on Google Review, but this place does. We have had our oil and brakes done here and Mike is no pressure and provide estimates up front. He was not even put off that I did not want to go with Bosch rotors and brought in my own. I trust K&M will not take me to the cleaners for auto service.
Friendly, honest, and great prices. Had a minor issue and was told we can do it but it will cost a bit of money. Advised me to go to Autozone and he told me what to do and something that would have probably cost me 75$ only cost me less than 10$ with his instruction. These guys rock. No matter what your problem is automobile wise, take it to these guys. They are the best. Also had another issue and they fixed an electrical issue in like 3 hours with SIX people ahead of me. Best automobile repair shop. highly recommended.
