They had my car 3 weeks. Spent over 1k for what they said was the issue. When I picked up my car it didn’t start. They said I needed a new battery just then…Then said it needed a computer! The issue still remains. I’m still waiting to hear back from them after over a week.
They are very good at their profession.If they are not comfortable with what is required; they will refer to the right provider. That is true professionalism, and helpful.
Jason’s customer service was ABOVE & BEYOND !! although we were not able to get my problem resolved immediately I still end up leaving with a lot more confidence than I had before i dropped my car off. He was not only VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE but he was able educate me & explain to me the issues I was having in a way that I would be able to understand !! I always recommend Jason to anybody having car problems & looking for a mechanic that they can TRUST & to INVEST their time & money into !!
Excellent people and highly recommended! We were in town from Chicago and had some electrical issues that they checked out and replaced a fuse. Thoroughly checked everything to make sure all was good and recommended replacing the battery before winter months in Chicago and didn’t charge us a penny! Jason was honest, kind, and made a point to get us in before we had to head home! Thank you all! So very grateful!
I read so many reviews prior to calling this place and I can confirm it's all true! Unfortunately, the primary issue with my car is not electrical. What amazes me is the honesty, integrity, and willingness to help another human all the while knowing there was no financial gain from my car. I admit I do not want electrical issues added to my plate, however, if it were to surface without a doubt this would be my go to place. It's challenging to find people/businesses that truly care about the vehicle but above all embody an understanding for people and willingness to help. For that I'm extremely grateful.
I can not recommend them enough! They were awesome. They helped me fix my PCM and even helped with my fuel pump! They were waaaaaaay cheaper than the dealership (ford) and was just a wonderful experience all the way around. If I need anymore electrical work done on my car I'll definitely go back to them!
Lauren saved the day for me! Got a flat tire right near this location and it was the first place I saw to pull over. Having it be labor day the shop was actually closed. I'm so fortunate Lauren was there on the holiday still working her butt off! Although she had more important things to do AND they technically weren't even open, she still came outside to help me out and send me on my way. Will definitely do service with them in the future. Kind hearted people who are ready to help. Thanks again!
We had a good experience with them while having our car repaired. They completed it in a timely manner and were very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is needing a repair.
This man helped me out of a of huge jam, I was sure my traler brakes that I had just installed were trash, I was very discouraged, but this man said no you just forgot to connect this wire under the fuse box and you will need this nut for the bolt and right there in the parking lot I fixed it myself, praise God for people like this
Jason at Red Bank Auto electric is a lifesaver!!! He got my car up and running when my breaks and everything else 9n my car was falling apart!! He took the time to explain what the issues were and how I could fix things,and I am forever grateful and will continue to only go to this shop!!
Stopped by there with ignition issues on my Civic. Dude in office says, can't even LOOK at it til April 4 (over a MO. Later) and then that'll b $60... Just to look.
