UPDATE: Never showed after waiting for hours, the insurance company canceled the call and reassigned the call to another local tow company who was there in less than 15 mins when the ETA was 45 mins. I suggested to the insurance company to remove this company from their list, as I told them I seen all the google reviews and they are all saying what I told them. She said she would send a formal complaint to the high ups. Maybe this is why he is still in business, taking the insurance money and never doing the job. Should be looked into for sure!
if i could give zero stars i would. AWFUL service, never showed up for a tow that the insurance company called for waited over 3 hours and they kept changing the ETAs. Said they were there, never came. Insurance called them and they said they had other pickups they had to do first
I was dispatched this towing company through State Farm and waited over 4 hours for pickup. Throughout that time, I was repeatedly given inaccurate ETAs that were not honored. Each update suggested the driver was “on the way,” which turned out not to be true.
Delays happen, but misrepresenting arrival times and lack of honest communication is unacceptable, especially when someone is stranded and relying on accurate information. Not once did any of them apologize for the inconvenience.
Due to this experience, I filed a formal complaint with State Farm so they are aware of the service and communication issues.
Worst towing experience Ive ever had. I’m still siting here 3.5 hours after requesting the tow. After 2 hours of requesting tow I called and they said that they were “right on top of me”. 25 minutes later I called to ask where they were and he said he had to stop and get gas and would be here in 20 minutes. After 25 minutes I called back and he said the guy picked up another car and was dropping it! Seriously? No contact from them whatsoever. I can’t change tow truck companies bc of my insurance (which I am now going to switch after this fiasco). They literally lied to me twice. I kept my composure but not one apology. Nothing. They were curt and seemed irritated and inconvenienced by my calls. I cannot emphasize enough that this company isn’t ethical or timely. Go with another company. …….STILL waiting!!!!! 3 hours and 40 minutes after requesting for tow was put in!
I called after I paid for them to help move my car and he cursed me and told me it sounded like a me problem. Extrenly Rude and shouldn't be allowed to run a business
Horrible service. Requested a tow, waited over three hours, tow delayed twice, then when I called BandD they said my tow was canceled. The person I spoke with had no customer service training at all. I've been reviewing through Google for years and rarley do I leave a bad one. My next call is to my insurance company to get them removed from the list. I wish the there were a choice for less than one star.
Would give no star if that were an option. Terrible experience. Insurance roadside assistance picked them. Never showed after several calls. Then they said they already picked it up and I was literally sitting in the car. Horrible experience. Finally after 5 hours of waiting I left it as the liability was now theirs. They finally picked it up at some point and got it to the shop. At least I presume they did, could have been another tow company the insurance called for all I know.
B&D was assigned through my roadside service. Waited hours, they refused to answer my calls, only to find out they never had any intention of showing up and towing my car. Speaking with my insurance company it sounded like they reported it already towed, trying to commit fraud. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS!!! I’m guessing the only good reviews you see were fraudulently posted by the company themselves. Shameful
They didn't call 20 minutes ahead like I asked. Instead, they called when they were already there. I was across the street waiting and didn't get their first call. I called back 3 minutes later and they said since I hadn't answered immediately they had already left and moved on to other people. I find it very unprofessional that they didn't even wait for 5 minutes to try to get a hold of me. I had to start all over again getting another tow company which took another hour and a half. Very frustrating experience.
This company is terrible. Our insurance selected them to tow our car. They were none responsive for hours. When they finally decided to answer the phone, we were told they canceled the tow 3 hours ago, which they didn’t do until after we called, due to being “busy”.
Terrible service terrible people just a terrible place in general miserable person I'm assuming that runs the place because of how s*** either service is and how s***** their attitudes are
