I have been looking for a vehicle repair shop for quite some time. I am looking no more. I called and received a quote. The next day I was out the door for less than that price. I had just bought a used vehicle and wanted to stick around to make sure no issues arose. A few did, and they handled them professionally. Letting me know exactly what was wrong and actually showing me the issue. I will be back. This is my new mechanic. Check them out. You will not be disappointed.
We called Cortez for roadside service due to blown coolant hose. They arrived within 30-45 minutes and got the job done . If you are in the Chattanooga area and need roadside assistance I would recommend them . Now he is a little pricey but you get what you pay for and we were not overcharged or hit with any surprise fees .
Definitely recommend for the best and fastest service. Super personable. best tire shop I have been to in Chattanooga proper! They can fix your tires when you are in a bind after hours and they also carry rare tires. Loved them! Convenient to the airport, planet fitness, 153, and the mall areas. Highly recommend. Life savers.
