They are most definitely scam artists and it needs to shut down! They talk down to women, my truck was stolen from my driveway dude wrecked it, police called them to tow it, first off they should call the owner and see what they want since it was stolen, these boy got my truck, wouldn't answer calls for day which is more of my money in their pockets, and I didn't have a vehicle to get there, so a lmao $500 tow , they charging me for (tow don't cost that much $100-$200 for time and gas would have been fine) , so now I'm stuck they stole my truck from me, it's in my name but they holding it so the price keeps going up ...now they want me to buy MY truck again or they get it to make money on, wait hold on, they still have not put any real money in on my truck just gas for the tow, so basically they stole it worse then the criminal that stole it but it's so called legal bc that's there business, they should have only charged me with the low tow bill now I have to outrageous prices for door dash, Lyft or I just go hungry bc im2 hours walking distance from a store one way..... I even have the police reports.....they robbing people blind and we let yhem bc most don't know whats up, and do you know why they take cash, bc they pey the cops some under the table, they Pocket some and they just put what they have to on their books to look legal
Absolutely terrible service no accountability at all. They will tell you that someone is coming in 20 minutes. Only to leave you strandes for 3 hours and then cancel. Don't waste your time here.
Scam artists. The owner is super rude. I've been trying to call about a vehicle that the police told me they towed for almost 9 months. No one is ever one site when I can get there. The guy on the phone will not give me info and hangs up on me for the last 7 months when I call. The car was towed in September 2022. It was towed under a property owner tow which it was not towed by the owner of the property. The first time I spoke to the guy in Sept he told me there was a police report and that was how it was towed(no police report still) I said I wasn't worried about the car so much as my things in it, he told me if I brought him 50 dollars and the title I can get my belongings out of the car. None stop run around. The vehicle is obviously gone. Not the point I am trying to get the paper work. Ive been yelled at every time ive called and cant reach anyone on property. They told me today they never had the vehicle did not tow it. Would not give me their names when asked, just hung up on me(there were 2 men yelling at me, the guy on speaker phone called the guy dad, so I guess it runs in the family)This is absolutely nuts!!! Not sure what to do from here. It's been a run around for almost a year! The guy that had them tow the car is also a well known theif. Go figure! Just call and u will quickly see what I'm saying! One time I talked to a female over this long ordeal she was OK. So 1 star
