They towed my son's car , it broke down close to some rr tracks. It wasn't there 3 hours when it was towed. They claimed it was left ON the tracks; FALSE. They had the car approx 12 hours when I called about it....they charged him 2 days storage, tow charges of nearly 300 dollars (towed less than 5 miles), 75 for admin fees. Now my son is TRYING to compromise by giving them the title and letting the car go but they won't give him his personal property unless he pays 100 bucks and gives them the title. I believe that is called EXTORTION and ILLEGAL!
This man towed my car a mile down the road and is trying to charge me 700 dollars to get my car back and now he is trying to charge me 100 dollars to get my personal belongings out of the car so I will be taking police with my to gather my things
Shocked by the level of unprofessionalism.
My car was towed 0.7 miles ~7 PM. I called ~8:30 PM once i realized & they seemed irritated to be getting a late call even though they are listed as 24hour service. I had to pay $100 via CashApp to get my house keys from the car, but couldn't get the car until the next morning. I Ubered there the next day, and my Uber driver even offered to stay & wait because the place seemed sketchy.
I paid $435 in cash (they only accept cash, which wasn’t mentioned until I was there, so I had to find an ATM). Never would I have expected to pay $535, in total, for such poor service with zero customer focus. Extremely disappointed.
Towed my truck in the evening and wouldn’t release until next day. Also charged me almost 500 dollars to release my vehicle and threated to increase because he didn’t like my tone,. Vehicle was towed 1 mile literally. These people are a joke. Predatory and very prejudice. Currently filing a complaint with the city and better business bureau due to the unfair practices and rude management. Be aware ! Also cash only like we’re living in the freaking 1800s. What a joke
My car broke down on Sunday night and they were able to come get it. I was not told I had to pay upfront with cash when I called. After it was loaded on the wrecker I had to have my sister pick me up, take me to an atm, and then to the company to pay. They looked at my car and said it needed a motor. They didn't find a used one but said they would keep looking. There was a holiday and a weekend and I was looking for a car and waiting see if they were going to be able to find a used engine. I then received a very rude call and was told I should have picked up my vehicle and they were going to start charging me a daily fee. Very rude and unprofessional.
Professional scammers. My teenage daughter wrecked her car and when your car is totaled and in the middle of an intersection, you aren't in the right frame of mind to call around to find an honest towing company. You get ahold of the first one. They tried to keep our car several times, told us we wouldn't get a dollar for it. Told us their fees were based on Chattanooga requirements, I called Chattanooga police and they said that isn't true. The scrap yard we took the car to also confirmed it isn't true. They're only out to make money for themselves and not help people in awful situations. Don't use them.
They are most definitely scam artists and it needs to shut down! They talk down to women, my truck was stolen from my driveway dude wrecked it, police called them to tow it, first off they should call the owner and see what they want since it was stolen, these boy got my truck, wouldn't answer calls for day which is more of my money in their pockets, and I didn't have a vehicle to get there, so a lmao $500 tow , they charging me for (tow don't cost that much $100-$200 for time and gas would have been fine) , so now I'm stuck they stole my truck from me, it's in my name but they holding it so the price keeps going up ...now they want me to buy MY truck again or they get it to make money on, wait hold on, they still have not put any real money in on my truck just gas for the tow, so basically they stole it worse then the criminal that stole it but it's so called legal bc that's there business, they should have only charged me with the low tow bill now I have to outrageous prices for door dash, Lyft or I just go hungry bc im2 hours walking distance from a store one way..... I even have the police reports.....they robbing people blind and we let yhem bc most don't know whats up, and do you know why they take cash, bc they pey the cops some under the table, they Pocket some and they just put what they have to on their books to look legal

Truck broke down while pulling a 5th camper late on Saturday night! Provided us a safe place to park camper. They did not have a mechanic working on Sunday, so they drove us to the parts store to get what we needed and provided whatever tools we didn’t have!! Went well above and beyond to help me and my husband!! Not only a great business, but incredible people!!
I was given their number to call to report an illegally parked car, and what a waste of time that was. The person answering the phone at night was totally rude and unprofessional (not to mention sounded like he was slurring his words and either asleep or intoxicated), and kept hanging up as well. I was then (after having to call back after being hung up on) given yet another phone number to call and of course that was a waste of time too. Terrible and one of the worst experiences I’ve had with ANY business.

My family & I were vacationing in Chattanooga. The night before we were to leave our car broke down at our rental. I tried several other tow truck companies in the area before contacting Expressway. All 3 other tow companies were extremely unprofessional & unresponsive. Not Expressway. I wish I had found them 1st! I actually got to talk to a person on the 1st call, they were clear on when they could pick up my vehicle and then were on time & very simple to work with. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow!
Turned out I didn't need a tow. Reduced rate since they showed up but weren't needed at the moment I started my car. I'll call them again if the need arises.
I asked them to pull a stick vehicle out of the mud. They were 3.7 miles out and it took 8 minutes. They charged me $200. My vehicle was towed in over 10 miles in Florida and they charged me $100. Nice guy but they charge way to much.
Amazing prices! I called 12 places and this was the cheapest one. The man was extremely nice and very fast loading up my vehicle and getting it to where it needed to go. You could really tell he was a professional at it.
Looks can be deceiving ! These guys are great, friendly and very helpful. Was able to replace my starter when everyone else was closed. Would recommend them to anyone. Will also be sharing this on all Social media platforms.
