I'd give 10 stars if I could. Oh my goodness, the driver had skills. He backed our vehicle up our hill of a driveway without incident and so skillfully. The price was also very fair. I will be saving the phone number for future towing needs. Best experience I have ever had for such an unfortunate time. Thank you First Response Towing-Recovey. Keep it up.
Called several places. These guys not only had the shortest wait they were also fairly priced. Driver followed instructions perfectly. I asked them to drop it at my office but the driver was kind enough to take it to the tire shop for me for no extra charge.

When people are at their lowest, First Response kicks them while they’re down. Be prepared to pay 500 and more. They’re really burning lots of money towing and storing your vehicle, that makes their prices justified…. My sisters itemized bill made me NAUSEOUS. Towing companies are such a racket.
Have moved probably 20 cars with First Response and they have always knocked it out. They are on time and professional. The prices are super reasonable as well. Highly recommend them!
Nick and Donnie are top notch! They’re friendly, polite and professional. I called 5 other tie companies before I remembered nick. So glad I did. These guys were $6+ cheaper than the others including fords garage, Johnny’s wrecker service among others. My car is an older sports car that sits low to the ground. It’s easy to damage it with my steep driveway. I asked him to line it up for me and he did great. No damage at all. She’s home safe. It’s a steep driveway in the side of a very busy highways that time of day. Donnie did amazing! I can’t thank them both enough. Latrice was way better than price as it should be. They’re programmed in my phone for future needs. If you don’t have a friend with a tow truck you won’t find a better price. His price didn’t change at all. I’d highly recommend these guys. Needed a tow from Chattanooga to Cleveland. They did the job. Reasonably priced. Very helpful via phone when needed and loved the updates via text. Thanks for an easy going towing experience.
Long story, I'll try to keep it short....always an excuse when they are called upon. So far, the worst tow service I ever had to call in my life. I live in a building where I pay $125 monthly for a parking spot in a garage. I work hard all day not to have my space when I get home. That isn't First Response problem. I'm told to call this tow service when someone parks in my spot illegally. Someone in my spot, now im in someone spot. I don't like that. They have their signs up, but nobody is scared of them. Every time I call to get the situation handled...it's someone out of town or sick, and we will get to you soon. Sometimes my call never get answered. That's my issue with these guys. What good are you, when you only have one truck and one driver for a multi unit building full of people that park as they please with no fear of getting towed? I will speak to management tomorrow to see if they can get a different contract with another company. By the way that white car in my spot lol. Safe and sound. SMH
This company is a scam and a ripoff. After the accident my vehicle was involved in, naturally I was on the phone with my insurance agent and arranged for a tow. The officer that came into the scene suggested I let him call the tow so it would be expedited. NOT EVEN 24 hrs after the car was picked up, this company says I owe $520 for towing my vehicle, and an additional $35 per day it sits on the yard. I live in Atlanta, so not only is it a 3 hour ride away, but dealing with all that a wreck offers, I’ve had to let the car sit 2 extra days. So now my bill is $590 to get my car, so that it can be towed over 100 miles again! Do not, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS UOUR READY TO SELL A KIDNEY TO BE ABLE TO FINALIZE THE INVOICE
Driver was amazing. Went above and beyond his duties. My 6 year old son thought him and his machine were the coolest thing ever! Will forever use them for all our towing needs in Chattanooga!
Great Driver, They're partnered with Maxi Auto which is the only Mechanic in the Harrison area that hasn't tried to scam me. They'll take your car to a Maxi Auto shop for 85$ while offering the option to put it on your Maxi Auto bill and I Know the Hwy 58 shop offers free rides home through LYFT
Driver was prompt with arrival time..He gave me a courtesy call prior to arriving so I knew he was on his way!! He demonstrated friendly customer service..Thank You So Much
My husband was in a car accident on I24. His car was towed to First Response and he was not able to get his items out including prescription safety glasses for work. We called to come by and get them and they want $100 to open on the weekend. Their hrs during the week are when other people have jobs and can't get there. Plus, they won't let me or my sons come get them for him. This is absolutely ridiculous! Super expensive just to unlock a gate and will not work with you when you have a job. They also said that they have to schedule you in. What? You can't even choòse when you can come to get your own personal belongings. What kind of business is this.?
I have every right to judge and review this business since it is public. I understand people don't work for free and I never expected them to but $100 is extortion especially when someone has just been in an accident . If Fed laws means releasing items to the REGISTERED OWNER then I think accommodations should be made for said person to be able to get their belongings. 9 am til 4:30? When do you suppose hardworking people are to make it in those hrs?No attempts were made to try and find a solution.
We were in a precarious situation with our car being off the edge of a steep gravel drive. A larger company came and could not do the task with their big truck. The first response truck was perfect and the job was done swiftly and efficiently. I think it may have only been 10 minutes!
The first time I dealt with First Response, the Dispatcher was very pleasant and professional. The young man that towed my car was very professional and pleasant. My son used First Response due to my recommendation, he got great service. I called First Response Friday, 08 April 2022 a man answered the phone after several rings. He sounded as if he had been awakened. I asked about services and if he was up for Business. He Rudely asked me what I wanted, I told him due to his Attitude, I didn't want anything because I don't deal with his kind when I am spending my money. So I called a Tow Service in Harrison and paid more money because I Refuse to have someone Disrespect me when I am Spending my Money. It was a Business call, he needs to be taught Professionalism and Customer Service Etiquette.
Had an accident in front of my property yesterday (2/26/2022) that ended up with a car IN my yard. Other towing companies were trying to get me to cover the cost, since it was private property. It's not my car, therefore I wasn't going to pay.
First Response Towing came out and got the car for us at the cost of the car's owner, as it should have been. They knew that the car may never be claimed but still showed up and performed a great service for me and I greatly appreciate their hard work. Will definitely call them again if something else happens.
