These guys went above and beyond what I needed! While they were helping another customer I left a voice-mail for them. Before I could even call the next Towing company they called me right back! Their staff was very friendly and helpful quickly getting me a quote and getting me scheduled. I purchased two older cars. One not running and one without wheels. They towed both WITHOUT ANY damage or fuss. One of the cars didn't even have wheels or tires and they were able to get it for me as well! A great team doing great work for a great price. Can't say enough good about these guys. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Now me and my buddies get to work on our next project car. I know these guys will be my first call for any towing I need in the future! There was a mistake and my vehicle ended up getting dropped off at the wrong address and then towed by another company. However, when i reached out to randy wilson about it and they were very understanding! They paid the bill from the second towing company that was called to tow my car and they also got my car to the correct address all before i had to go to work. Very nice and understanding people, would highly recommend.

Very speedy service. Had a flat tire and our donut was under the car, tried to change it by myself but I couldn’t manage to figure out how to release the donut. I also didn’t have the full amount to pay and they were willing to work with me on what I had. Steve, I think his name was, he was friendly and didn’t make me feel stupid for not being able to change it. He just got to work and changed out the tire in no time. Would highly recommend them to anyone!
Randy Wilson Towing performed an excellent service and in a amazing professional manner. I had called 6 other towing services before I called Randy's. The other businesses were very rude and didn't care if they got my business. It was so pleasant to speak to Trent at Randy's. He was so kind and was able to answer all my questions and made me feel like I was his number one customer and only I mattered. He went out of his way to make sure they would be able to pick my car up and bring it to my house that day even though they were extremely busy. I can't thank Trent enough for his wonderful customer service. I would like to thank Steve Hackney who was the tow driver who delivered my car safe and sound to my house. He was very professional and kind as well. In the future when I need a tow, I will always use Randy's and I will refer them to all my friend's. Everyone that I interacted with was very kind and accommodating. The man who towed my truck was very prompt in his arrival and friendly too. That’s important, especially when you’re in a stressful situation that requires towing. Also, the price I paid to have my car towed a pretty long distance was not bad at all. The man was straight respectful an professional, even with a random civilian being rude and demanding him to move his tow truck in a very obnoxious manner. He handled it respectfully and continued is job in no time.

We had to get a couple of tool boxes moved and Steve the tow truck driver went above and beyond what I could have ever hoped for our stuff arrived safely and in a timely manner! Steve is one of the best tow truck drivers in all of chattanooga! I actually have to say he is the best tow truck driver in Chattanooga! Would definitely recommend for all your Towing needs!

I found myself in a compromising situation over the weekend and had my car towed when I lost the key .I was able to go in early Monday and retrieve my vehicle and for an affordable price and have a key cut right there at the tow yard. I and my family were back on the road in no time . Great people very very helpful the owner extended an extra helping hand to make sure we were treated fairly. Absolutely AMAZING company! I had the best experience from the initial call for a price estimate (which, by the way, EXTREMELY fair pricing! By far the BEST EVER!) to the tow and ride, itself. The members of this team had great communication about the estimated wait and arrival of the tow and, again, extremely reasonable rates. As we rode to my destination I felt 100% comfortable (nice, light conversation with an extremely nice person) and confident that if/when I needed another tow, I wouldn’t even consider another company.
There was no pushiness, none of the “either you do or you don’t” attitude that I’ve experienced with other tows in the past, and I love that. Just honest, genuine people who gave me a piece of relief in an unfavorable situation.
