Absolutely Amazing! Darryl was so kind and helpful. We broke down on the mountain while out of town traveling. It was hot and scary with my two year old, and so thankful for all their help. The woman answering the phone was super nice and helpful, and Darryl picked us all up fast and got us where we needed to be to my car fixed. Super kind and awesome service! Definitely Call First!

Very nice company and great customer service. More reasonable prices than any other place I called. Our car broke down at a gas station on shallowford Rd and had to get it towed to brainerd area as the ball joint broke so it was not driveable. Arrived on time and very helpful. Would definitely be using them next time I need a wrecker service.
They’re fast with their service and their fee is reasonable(for a reasonable distance). Someone always answers the phone(it’s a lady) she’s very sweet. I would recommend anyone to use their services.
A car rear ended my car during stopped traffic on interstate 24 and destroyed my car. The lady at United Wrecker plus the driver Darrell both were so kind and helpful. I was from out of state. They assisted me in every way possible. I would highly recommend United Wrecker.
My son's car broke down in the middle of rush hour in Chattanooga. I called United was on the phone maybe for 1 minute. They got my son's car towed and delivered to the auto shop in a hour or maybe less. Very professional and polite office and drivers. I would go 10 stars if it was an option on this review.
