They towed my son’s car and it was $400 dollars to get it back, absolutely ridiculous and usury charges. He accidentally parked in a no parking zone and didn’t see the sign, he admits his fault but seriously that is way too much and the City should step in and set some limits. I am very disappointed that they are getting away with these outrageous charges!
Bryan was a true professional. Polite at all times but got the job done quickly. While one never hopes to need a tow, if I did, I wouldn’t hesitate to call on United again. My husband is a mechanic and United is their company of choice as well.
We were dealing with getting my car towed back to my house, and the 'cheaper' options were unreliable. United was not only fast and reliable, but Daryl was able to successfully pull the vehicle despite it having no power AND gave me some information about my car's issue that was PRICELESS and potentially just saved me a LOT of money. I will not only be using them again, I would be recommending them to ANYONE who needs a wrecker service.
Absolutely Amazing! Darryl was so kind and helpful. We broke down on the mountain while out of town traveling. It was hot and scary with my two year old, and so thankful for all their help. The woman answering the phone was super nice and helpful, and Darryl picked us all up fast and got us where we needed to be to my car fixed. Super kind and awesome service! Definitely Call First!
United Transport was beyond helpful in helping tow my car from the shoulder of the fast lane of I24 to a trusted mechanic in Chattanooga. DD was my driver and he was extremely knowledgeable and a very accommodating and nice gentleman. He came to my rescue in a matter of minutes to tow my vehicle that needed an emergency stop. Their tow prices are also very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any towing needs in the Chattanooga area!

After the worst accident in my life the employee stood in the pouring down rain helping me remove all my items from my boat which was time consuming, and even went the extra mile to mail my belongings I forgot! If you need transport or wrecker service in the Chattanooga area, don't waste your time on anyone else. Call the BEST!!! 5 plus stars!!
Really helped me out of a bind when I needed to get my car out of the impound. They’re willing to help as much as they can. Definitely would recommend.
Very nice company and great customer service. More reasonable prices than any other place I called. Our car broke down at a gas station on shallowford Rd and had to get it towed to brainerd area as the ball joint broke so it was not driveable. Arrived on time and very helpful. Would definitely be using them next time I need a wrecker service.
They’re fast with their service and their fee is reasonable(for a reasonable distance). Someone always answers the phone(it’s a lady) she’s very sweet. I would recommend anyone to use their services.
A car rear ended my car during stopped traffic on interstate 24 and destroyed my car. The lady at United Wrecker plus the driver Darrell both were so kind and helpful. I was from out of state. They assisted me in every way possible. I would highly recommend United Wrecker.
My son's car broke down in the middle of rush hour in Chattanooga. I called United was on the phone maybe for 1 minute. They got my son's car towed and delivered to the auto shop in a hour or maybe less. Very professional and polite office and drivers. I would go 10 stars if it was an option on this review.

United Transport was incredible. My car was stolen from Wilmington NC and was located in Chattanooga TN. As one could only imagine the emotional toll this whole experience has been. United Transport was the service that towed the car. Shawna was amazing in helping me get my car back home.
