Their driver damaged the hole front end of our otherwise undamaged truck, they charge criminal rates in the name of law informent when the police call them. They are rude and lie about their involvement in these matters. I'm blessed to have found an attorney that deals with these matters and has agreed to handle the situation. For the sake of their few pieces of silver they could have just given me my vehicle and been done with me. They would rather have to be responsible for the repairs to the front end and body work which they will not be doing, I wouldn't let them work on anything and nor should you. I believe their mission is to take your vehicle if that's possible. Thanks to the good and honest reporting of the Hamilton county officer's who witnessed everything they won't be taking my brother truck.
While Employed by them I literally overheard them selling services to the customer that I did not perform on the vehicle. If you can be exploited and over charged, then best believe that they will try.
Been going to them for over 25 years. They listen to you explain the problem. They ck your car out then tell you what is not working , and what needs to be fixed now ( some things can wait ). I've had only GOOD experiences with them. I've referred others to this garage. The family own and work in it.
