My insurance had to tow my car off to their own site but before they did, the guys at Glenn’s not only lent me tools to assist in taking the racks off of my SUV but they also took my towing hitch off for me. Thankful for their help in this stressful situation.

I didn't actually use the towing service, but after a series of unfortunate events while on the road, I ended up stranded with blowout number 2 within a 10-mile stretch... at 3:30am
As I had already deployed the spare, I was essentially useless. Quite literally stuck like Chuck... and stuck in the parking lot of Glenn's Towing. All the signs indicated no parking unless given permission. I had no choice but to wait for a miracle or at least for the tire shops to open.
A friend drove almost 4 hours from Owensboro, KY, to come to my rescue...
So I then began jacking up and removing both rear wheels and loaded them up.
As most businesses tend to do on weekdays, area tire shops began their respective hours of operation, and I took to the phone searching for the best, closest deal.
At this time, I had the pleasure to meet Glenn. He was obviously not trying to hide the fact he was less than happy to have a random stranger, broke down... and parked perfectly in the worst place possible.
This man could have hooked my car and charged me. But he didn't.
I had inadvertently caused him a headache, but he showed me compassion and patience.

Today I called and asked if they could pull 2 vehicles from my yard that had gotten stuck. I asked how much, the Young man quoted $200/$300. The cars were about 40ft from the driveway. The young man arrived & winched both vehicles to the driveway. The process To get both out took roughly 25-30min. He charged us $400. Guild, Tn is only 13 miles from my house. I don’t understand why it cost $400 to winch out 2 cars that came out with pure ease.
My pregnant daughters stolen car was towed by this place before the theft report hit the NCIC so no one knew it was there for 6 days plus the day we found it. The owner states $350 initial fee plus $35 a day after. Harsh about any discount for any reason and proceeds to list 3 generations of mouths he has to house and feed as well as his annual insurance costs. I was on the phone with the police department and the man yelled at me to get off the phone and that i could come back in 2 hours after he had finished his other calls if I could not had him all the money due in cash right then. Horrible awful man with no customer service skills at all!
Glenn helped me grade my driveway with his box blade before I had my tractor, he also went out of his way to help me block traffic when my wife was driven off I-24 by a trucker that couldnt see her. Not only does he right a great business (they are always cleaning their equipment and their yard) but hes a WONDERFUL man. Any staff I've dealt with where nice and professional. I will and HAVE recommended Glenn to anyone in the area I stop to help and cant get going and WILL use them in this area for any towing needs. Glenn understands Customer Obsession!

I would give Glenn ten stars if were possible. I was on my way home to Missouri after camping and watching my daughter play in a softball tournament in Chattanooga. I was driving a 2012 F350 and pulling a 40’ 5th wheel camper. I was almost to the Monteagle exit on interstate 24 when my truck lost power, I was able to get it over on the shoulder. I tried to call a couple of tow companies that I found on google but did not get anyone to answer, it was 7:30 in the morning and they evidently they didn’t open until 8. So my wife called the highway patrol and they were quick to respond. The highway patrol contacted Glenn and he and his son Michael were there within 15 minutes. They winched my truck up on one of their rollback trucks and hitched the camper to a pickup. My truck went to the closest ford dealership and the camper went to Glenn’s lot. My wife and daughter caught a ride with my brother in law who was camping with us and I was going to stay with the truck and camper. Around 2 o’clock the dealership called and let me that the motor had spun a bearing and that it was going to need a new motor. At that time I wasn’t sure what to do with my truck and Glenn said that I could plug the camper in at his lot and stay as long as needed. After checking with a half dozen dealers I finally had a new pickup delivered Wednesday morning and was heading back home. Glenn let me keep my old truck in his lot and I came back the next week with a trailer and hauled it home. Glenn charged me an extremely fair price for towing me off the mountain and did not charge me any extra for the three days that I camped in in his lot. Glenn took me to lunch and breakfast and I really got to know him pretty well in three days. I now have a good friend and will definitely have to stop and say hello when I am traveling through the area in the future.
Very helpful. my car broke down on the side of the highway coming from Indiana to Florida. they were fast professional and friendly. dropped me and my car off at a hotel and were very well priced. Would highly recommend!
Alright, my girlfriend and I broke down on the interstate coming from Chattanooga. It was very late and we had no choice but to call for help since we’re coming up from Florida. No one has that kind of money on them for starters. We had our puppy with us since we moved up here and they told us, my four month PREGNANT girlfriend included to choose which one of us would be towed in the truck with the dog. 1. ILLEGAL. Either way, I did so she wouldn’t have to. We have two witnesses that saw this when they dropped us off at a gas station, making us temporarily homeless an hour and a half from my girlfriend’s Mom’s. My girlfriend was forced to ride with the two men which makes her extremely uncomfortable for good reason and when she asked to be let out repeatedly they wouldn’t even answer, just kept peppering questions. Now, 35 dollars a day a week later plus the fees for the tow and he’s trying to coerce us into paying 200 to get our stuff out. Again, it’s ours. Now, my girlfriend can’t get to the baby doctor, heart doctor, and I can’t get to job opportunities. Please, explain this. We have three witnesses so far. One for the coerce and two for towing a vehicle with me in it. PLEASE HELP.
Glenn's Wrecker Services treated me like family! I was broke down on Eagle Mountain 12:30 am. He didn't hesitate at all to come out and get my truck and trailer off of that mountain. Arrived shortly after our phone conversation. His fee was very very reasonable! I hope I never need a tow again.

My transmision broke down while towing my loaded trailer. Called Glenn and he advised me on what to do and got there super quick. He was very fair on the price and I was able to store my trailer for 2 months in his yard. It’s really hard to explain how grateful I am with Glenn. Great experience from the start. Broke down on New Year’s Eve. Glenn was the nicest business owner to speak to. They towed the truck with his son and even dropped the driver off at a hotel. I picked this company through the reviews and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I really wish that all towing company over the road were like this.
My wife and I broke down at 2:30 in the morning on I 24 at the bottom of Monteagle. The came within 30 minutes with a flat bed and a pickup to tow my fifth wheel. They recommended a transmission shop who talked us through our problem and we were back on our way. Glenn and his staff kept us safe and helped us get back on our trip and their fee was reasonable.

I was broke down in no middle no where,. his driver was there in less 30mins the tow drive was so nice first thing he did make we were safe in truck then he loaded my truck on and made few suggestions the fuel pump went out so I had to find shop and he recommended pep boys in Chattanooga.he talk like we were his best friend really nice guy,Pep Boys took me right in and changed out fuel pump and got me back on the road in 3hrs they made disaster not so much a disaster I really like the area I was coming from Clarksville TN to Florida heading home.Thank you so much

My wife had a flat tire on I-24 near Nick-A-Jack bridge across Tennessee River. The tire was shredded and she had to pull over in the narrow section of the road where water is on both sides.
