I didn't actually use the towing service, but after a series of unfortunate events while on the road, I ended up stranded with blowout number 2 within a 10-mile stretch... at 3:30am As I had already deployed the spare, I was essentially useless. Quite literally stuck like Chuck... and stuck in the parking lot of Glenn's Towing. All the signs indicated no parking unless given permission. I had no choice but to wait for a miracle or at least for the tire shops to open. A friend drove almost 4 hours from Owensboro, KY, to come to my rescue... So I then began jacking up and removing both rear wheels and loaded them up. As most businesses tend to do on weekdays, area tire shops began their respective hours of operation, and I took to the phone searching for the best, closest deal. At this time, I had the pleasure to meet Glenn. He was obviously not trying to hide the fact he was less than happy to have a random stranger, broke down... and parked perfectly in the worst place possible. This man could have hooked my car and charged me. But he didn't. I had inadvertently caused him a headache, but he showed me compassion and patience. Thank you so much for not taking it out on me.
My transmision broke down while towing my loaded trailer. Called Glenn and he advised me on what to do and got there super quick. He was very fair on the price and I was able to store my trailer for 2 months in his yard. It’s really hard to explain how grateful I am with Glenn. If you’re broke down definitely call Glenn you won’t regret it at all! You’ll see.
Josh was so amazing and came much quicker than we were told. We couldn’t get anyone to pick up but they made sure we were taken care!
