12-11-2023 Broke down about 11pm. it was 28 degrees out and a Sunday night. I was 17 miles pass Chattanooga heading to ATL. I was looking where I could get towed. No dealer or shop was open, worst part none had anywhere to leave my truck or loaded trailer. This had to be the worst place to break down. The dispatcher for the wrecker recommended Premier Truck Group of Chattanooga about 7x. First thing I'm thinking... I don't like going backwards. I was 17 miles pass the shop which actually sit in Ringgold GA. They were willing to tow to ATL Freightliners but again they were closed, which means no where to leave or check in my truck or trailer . Long story short. Tow truck arrives about 30 min which I really appreciate that, IT WAS FREEZING! Which is the first reason for the five Star! The dispatcher said 15min to 30min that what it was. Second, Premier Truck Group of Chattanooga not only had truck and trailer secure parking they also had security, thats big! and to add to it They actually fixed my truck by Tuesday. one day turn around. Best part. its been about 11 days, Truck still fixed! SMH... I cant believe it!......a shop that actually fixes issues the first time! So, Hometown not only came right away but the referral of Premier could not have worked out any better.

I cannot say enough about Joe. I was involved in a wreck on Dodds avenue yesterday, the front bumper on my van was now hitting the front wheel and tearing the tread off of the tire. This man, who didn't have to stop at all, stopped and asked if we wanted him to pull the bumper away from the tire for us? The cop said "yes, what will you charge him? Joe said "nothing, I'm glad I can help, with a smile"!! Joe, very quickly and easily got me going!!!

Tow truck came quick and communicated with me on eta. The driver and I talked briefly, he explained that he hadn’t eaten all day and that he would grab himself something to eat and be on his way. When he arrived he surprised me with a homemade blue cheese burger! I had forgotten that I mentioned to him that I also hadn’t eaten. I was so thankful because I was starved not to mention it was delicious. There needs to be more people out here like him! Thank you driver 🙏🏼🙌🏽🏆🥇
