Corey was great and did a fantastic job. Service was through AAA but can tell you he is worth the extra effort to request/insist on them. We had an issue and he went the extra mile to try and solve our problem with being towed.
Colby is my absolute hero! And a rock star in my book! I have a very steep road on my property that was recently cut in and graveled. The gravel wasn’t packed good and when I drove my car down the new road it got stuck at the bottom. How steep is it? Another tow truck came out before Colby, turned around and said nope! I don’t have 4wheel drive and ain’t risking it. Colby is the star because he knew it wasn’t an easy tow, but came up with a solution to get my car up from 200 feet below. And everyone thought he was really professional and very nice. I am so thankful that Colby was willing to do whatever it took to try and get my car unstuck from the steep road below. It wasn’t an easy extraction and with another tow company literally turning around once they saw the steep incline, Colby was a hero and a rockstar in my book! Super super grateful for his patience and willingness to work until my car was unstuck and towed to the top of the steep road!! Sorry I didn’t get photos to show everyone Colby’s excellent work and tenacity!
My truck was disabled and I was 2 hours from home. Roy came and rescued me. He was very polite and transported my truck and trailer to a local Ford dealer with no problems. I highly recommend.
What an amazing service kind courteous called me as soon as he had received the request apologizing for not being able to be here sooner although the time I waited was nothing compared to how long I've waited with previous experiences on roadside assistance. In short Colby was utterly professional kind courteous and even with a wasp creeping on the tire itself then on his Jack he proceeded to change the tire in a speedy fashion coupled with extended above and beyond courteous I couldn't be more pleased.
Steve did a great job opening my doors after my fob failed. We had to leave for a function so he did the job fast, and hid my keys in a safe place. Great job!!

Last night I was stranded after just getting my starter and temp sensor replaced — my car wouldn’t start even though the lights and everything else came on. Cory, the tow truck driver who came out, was a straight-up GOAT. He didn’t just hook up my car and leave — he actually took the time to try and get it started, jiggling wires and checking things because he knew it had to be something simple. That kind of service is rare these days. A1 service, for real! I’d recommend them every time, and I even saved their number. My insurance covered the tow, but Corey’s effort and attitude are what made the difference.

We had just been in a traumatic wreck and Cory was the tow truck driver that came to help us. He was very friendly and especially helpful. He talked to our insurance company to resolve a mix up on where to tow our car. He also gave us a ride to the car rental dealer and even waited with us to ensure we had a car before leaving. Having to get a tow is already stressful enough. I called around to get several quotes. American tow and recovery was the most affordable. I needed to get my car towed to the dealership, I told dispatch I’m not sure how long it will take but if it’s after they close can you drop the key in the drop box. She had someone dispatched right away, her kindness in a stressful situation was very helpful. Matthew, the driver, was incredibly kind as well. He arrived to the location of my car before me. Had my tire pop on the interstate (tire did not shred). My lease did not have a spare tire so I could not change. Called my roadside assistance and they dispatched American Tow and Recovery. They were right out as soon as they were dispatched. Gabriel had my car up on the bed in minutes and we were off. The situation sucked but Gabriel was very nice.
Zero complaints on service, Brandon helped me out of an embarrassing and potentially much more elaborate recovery. He was initially worried about the van flipping on extraction but after I signed away liability, he winched me up and out within ten feet. The reason behind the two stars is the surprising $300 service bill. I was told $100 base cost + cost of service on site. I called off a referral from a buddy who had a vehicle picked up and physically towed over 10 miles just the previous day for $150. I'm usually not one to complain and there was nothing wrong with the service but the final cost being triple the base price just feels a bit predatory. If someone can justify the $200 for 10 ft of liability free winching, I'd be happy to shut my male Karen mouth. Again, 10/10 professional service. 1/10 on perceived vs. Real cost
