Took over an hour for my car to get towed, keep in mind my car was in hixson. The cost was unreasonable for such a short distance, especially since they are located in Chattanooga. The guy that towed me said it would be 112 dollars on the phone but changed the price as soon as I got to my location to 124 dollars.
This is the most accommodating wrecker service I have worked with! Great people and didn’t hesitate to help me out when I was in a tight spot. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys.

Our cars are in good condition, but occasionally we have a problem. We have used Cain's for several years, and they always do an excellent job. They provide a needed service at a fair price.
Kenny is an 11/10 guy! I dono how much he's getting paid, but I do know it isn't nearly enough!!! Tired popped off the car I just brought Saturday when I was trying to take it back to the dealership for the bumping it was doing.

I got stranded on Lookout Mountain with a flat tire on a Friday evening. The driver for Cain's came quickly and had my car on the wrecker in no time! I didn't know the best place to take my car for the tire repair. He knew all about the tire places in town! He suggested one that was near my home and would be open on Saturday which was Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers on Gunbarrel Road. He towed my car to their lot, helped me write a note and put my keys in their drop off. Then he took me to my home! He was a pleasure to deal with! The tire place that he recommended turned out to be Wonderful! Many Thanks for all the much needed help that night!
We got stuck at the Rivermont Park boat ramp Sat. Oct 19... Our boat trailer rolled off the end or the ramp and got stuck.

They are the equivalent of an ambulance chaser. Tennessee law says must have a clear sign and there was no sign. It was after normal business hours and I didn't know the area. On oxygen and breathing treatments, only available in my van which is my residence as well. Clearly marked oxygen on board and I was only gone from sight of van 20 minutes. And was within earshot. I was helping a homeless couple move their things...got lost on my own and passed out,( effect of lung injury that made me homeless during covid quarantine.). I regained conscienceless to find van gone and John at food City telling everyone not to help me to let "the trash die". I dialed 911 looking for van and the medicine I was desperately needing. Scene: came around corner to retrieve medicine in an emergency situation, currently exasperating...needed medical immediately. It was in my van. Looking for help was pushed away from food city like I was a crazy person. That only came from a prejudice against homeless people. Finally call d 911 and they took me to my van, here at Cain's. He made it take as long as possible also thinking I was crazy and biased against the homeless. I took pics of the damage done to carrier and the marks on the ground where he used his rig to move my van around while on the ground and tires in park. He basically pushed and dragged it into a hole in the back. Speculation, he wanted to keep generator on the back, and expensive medical equipment inside. The lock had been picked. Still doesn't work right. I would never use him on purpose, a crook and a thief. Charged me 225 dollars demanding I pay 100 in cash. I cannot walk far...and in my then current state, I couldn't move 100 feet much less find an ATM. On the front side walk I managed to scrape up what he wanted and finished paying him and left to be broke for the rest of the month. With my disability it's dangerous for my life to be like this. On the way out and home, I noticed a knock on my front end, he had damaged my pitman arms on the front suspension rack. I still haven't recovered.
Towed my car and was easy to reach. When I picked up my car he helped my wife and I jump the car and replace it with new battery when we got stuck. Very nice and professional. Refused a tip I offered
They were so polite and helpful...I had called another towing service first and after a long time waiting they were so rude because I couldn't get my map app to show exactly where I was...I hung up on them. The first contact with Cains wrecker service was kind polite and helpful..not to mention a good price. Absolutely would use them...prompt , respectful service.

They came all the way to within 5 miles of Watts Bar Dam to get my truck.they were there in 2 hours and didn't make me wait. They got the key where I left it and took it to Quality Tire Pros. They did a wonderful job.
Unbelievable service and dedication. My car had broken down while parked on the side of a busy street and was boxed in by several other cars, and Cain's checked on it at least 5 times to see if either car around it had moved to give them the opportunity to tow it without damaging my car. It was nearly 9pm by the time a car had moved, and Cain's immediately came over to tow it to the garage. Highest of recommendations!
Had a flat no spare !!! Hate that about new cars these days ! Called and he said it would be over an hour because no one will work these days IMAGINE THAT!!! He got there sooner than that thankfully and loaded my car on a flatbed very carefully. He was super great to work with and definitely made sure my car was towed safely. Not a scratch on it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND VERY REASONABLE
My wife's car broke down in the middle of a busy road. The closest tow truck place was Cain's so I called them. They were there within 10 minutes. They towed the car back to our house and gave my wife a lift.
They were very professional, personable, and I guess you could say they had a good vibe. My wife was very comfortable with everything. Clint also gave us some valuable advice about submitting the bill to our insurance company even though they aren't contracted with Allstate.

Very nice staff! When I went to pick up my car, the engine wouldn't start. Kenny was extremely sweet and helpful. He tried to jump my car, but it didn't work, so I had to buy a new battery, and he even helped me put it in! I just wish they would have called sooner instead of sending a letter because I had to pay storage fees.
Fantastic service, called with car troubles, and they came out and noted that all I needed was a jump due to a bad/weak battery, not a tow like I requested. Recommended I go get it tested, and didn't charge me for coming out to jump my car.
Saturday morning 830 getting the job done polite professional and respectful - never fun to need a wrecker service but if I ever have to again I will call Cain's!

Company van was in a accident, cost $175.00 to tow about 3 miles, I don't know if if that's a high price or if it's considered the going rate but they were nice and friendly in the office.
Stranded 70+ miles from home on a Sunday evening. He gave us a quote over the phone to take us 65 miles to meet family. He arrived when he said he would, drove safe and was quite courteous. Another “24 hr” towing company a called just down the road from where we broke wouldn’t even answer the phone.
Great towing service! Very personable! Took great care of my baby .... well a car to everyone else. Took the time to make sure she didn't get scratched when putting on the rollback. Great on getting to me quickly! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
Had a huge wreck on Cherokee Blvd last night, everything worked out great. Professional, etc. I had a bunch of computers and work-related tools in the car, but had to be transported to Erlanger. I picked up my stuff the next day, and it was all there. I was really surprised in a good way. Thank you for your help, and thank you for your assisting someone with a huge foggy head injury.
Avoid this service at all cost. I got to thinking about my run in with this company again over a decade later, and got mad all over again. In 2004 I had my car towed by them after a serious accident. While in their lot for less than three days the cd player was stolen from it. It was a factory stereo so all I was looking for was my cd inside. They also felt it was necessary to tell my father they thought I was drunk when i had my accident even though he never came into contact with me until I showed up on their lot to recover my stuff from my car. I guess he knew better than cops that worked the scene. I didnt address that or the cd player as I had too much on my plate to deal with getting another car and dealing with insurance. My father paid him no mind, and we left. Grade A piece of crap
