Super quick response time (estimated 1 hour until arrival, showed up in less than 20 mins), and very professional and kind. Definitely recommend if in need of towing.
All I can say, THANK YOU! Mark took amazing care of me today. I am not from this city and he showed up quickly, showed me true southern hospitality and empathy. I am a woman who was stranded on the side of the road and he quickly came to my rescue! I cannot recommend Mark and his towing company enough. He has restored my faith in humanity. Rude and unprofessional. Called to get an ETA because it was assigned through State Farm. The guy tried to get smart when I asked if it was going to be an hour and half before he got there, then canceled the service call 20 mins after I spoke with him.
If I could give negative stars I would. They charged my mother 500$ for a tow that was less than 20 min away because she couldn’t get to the phone fast enough. Mind you she is medically recovering from a serious procedure. Proceeds to use scare and intimidation tactics. And talked to my mother with horrible language. They are poor business men and run a very pitiful and sorry operation. I wouldn’t let these scum bags haul my go cart. Pay the extra money and go with the most expensive service in Chattanooga because these “men” will rob you.
I backed into a ditch in my son’s front yard. Called MC, and a very nice young man, also named Marc, showed up earlier than promised and had me out in 5 minutes without damaging my car! Very pleased all the way around!
The 24hrs service was a godsend on today a saturday of all days. I looked over a few places online locally that said they was closed til monday and i was broke down in a business's driveway and knew i couldn't leave it there for more than half a day cause i was sadly right by their gate and blocking their mailbox🤦♀️🙈 Pricing was decent, i had to be towed from chattanooga all the way down to Georgetown, TN out near hwy58 and hwy60 crossroads on a Saturday and it was really fast service. He pulled up within 10 min of my call. And the 5 star reviews sold the company too. Win win. I don't regret my choice of using MC Towing👍👍
Very familiar with the area and even knew the people at the shop by name. Took a lot of stress out of the pickup and delivery process. 10/10 would tow again (but hopefully won't have to!)
MC towing and transport were very efficient. They arrived at my location in under 20 minutes. Towed my vehicle and issued the invoice in a very timely and professional manner. I had a very good experience. This will be my go to towing company in Chattanooga if I ever need a tow again!
I can tell he was family oriented because when he pulled up he had his son with him teaching him the ropes the lil guy got out the truck first an greeted me with the upmost respect an that showed me right then that this is the kind of guy i want to handle my property very manerable an respectful family owned bizness i am definitely going to be using an referring others to use him
This guy was quick to respond, and he was on time with picking up my vehicle from the shop at the time that he said he would as well as delivering it to its destination in a timely manner very professional..i would recommend this guy to anyone that need a tow local or long distance.
