Yes they mainly work on semi trucks but when I went there for my headlights cuz I was driving blind they did everything to help me awesome awesome people that work there and they went out of their way to help me and didn't charge me anything

First time we called we requested a car removal from our property and the tow guy came but didn't take the car. Called a 2nd time and then they didn't even show up.
My wife was stuck on the highway with a flat, and we called multiple tow services asking if tire replacement/repair could be done on site. Three other wreckers mentioned this company (Peggy Ann's) - so we called them. Apparently they may supply this service, but only for big rig trucks. It was Veterans day weekend Saturday night, and there were NO open tire shops anywhere within at least 150 miles that we could find. So all the tow companies said they could tow to a tire shop but couldn't help beyond that - knowing that everywhere was closed until at least Monday. Not sure when things got this way. Nobody willing to even try to help with a flat repair.
Bailed me out of a jam and did so with tremendous expertise that caused now harm to my car. Had the right equipment and training to get the job done timely and safely. Thanks a ton.
Needed a wrecker to pick up my daughter’s car after a wreck. After an hour we called back and the guy said he “forgot” to tell someone. He wasn’t the least bit helpful and was still going to charge $150 for the tow even after letting us sit on the side of the interstate for an hour. Would not call them again for anything.
They left us sitting on the side of I-40 for over an hour. Three phone calls later and we find out that the tow truck was never dispatched.
Best part? The competitor that I called was $25.00 less expensive and got there in 25 minutes.

Needed a boost. I was 7 miles from there shop. Literally took 30 seconds to boost. Bill was $225.57. Absolutely criminal. Half that would be considered expensive but this is crazy. Road service $80 labour to jump start truck $90. 48 miles $36 ( I was 7 miles away). Call someone else.
This shop is nothing more than a petty crook in disguise as a shop..You bring the bullets for the gun and dont expect to be kissed before getting robbed. A thousand dollars for a fifty mile tow!!And a bent bumper to boot..You're better off pushing your vehicle to a real shop..
Got run off the road yesterday enroute to heading home from some training. These guys not only got my car out of the ditch but also gave me a 45min. Ride to a hotel so I could fly home to see my family since no rentals were available in the area.

DON'T USE THEM, THEY ADVERTISE AS TRUCK REPAIR AND THEY REALLY CAN'T DO MUCH AT ALL. THEY WILL CHARGE OUTRAGEOUS FEES FOR DOING NOTHING. THEY TOWED MY RIG AT 70 MPH WITHOUT DISCONNECTING THE DRIVE SHAFT. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND THE TOW. THEY JUST TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO ARE DISABLED AND TRYING TO MAKE A LIVING.

The secretary is nice, & always cheerful which is great for business and I have always had a great experience with this company. I can't say enough nice things about them lol.

I have to say that EVERYONE that works at Peggy Ann, including Mr Guy, the owner, are all one of a kind. The BIGGEST part of the crew have hearts bigger than the entire world.
They tried to sell me a 2700.00 rear end for my RV I did not need. They fixed a carrier bearing I did need and I still had a vibration. For some reason, these mechanics took out or did not see a missing bolt in the rear end that was causing the problem. In addition, to a simple fix of some new tires they failed to recommend, I am back on the road and not in the hole for expensive in needed repairs.
I'm a truck driver for PTL. I stay at the travel lodge in Harriman when I am in the Roane County area alot of times. The other morning after hooking to my trailer my landing gear wouldn't raise up. I contacted my road maintenance department at work. Who dispatched Peggy Ann Truck Repair Road Service. I was truly amazed at how quick someone showed up. The mechanic was extremely helpful in getting the gear working correctly. He was also extremely patient with getting a express code from the company for his payment via a comcheck, witch can be a challenge getting sometimes. I would highly recommend any trucking company in using Peggy Ann's road service. Very professional and excellent service.
I was broke down at Herriman, Tn. At mm 350 the man who showed up was WAYNE and he had all the tools and parts to repair the oil leak on the side of I 40. Then I started the engine and found out the turbocharger was broke. I followed him the 5 or 6 miles to the shop It took a few minutes to get repair approval then they pulled me right in and about 3.75 hours later I was Rollin out the door. These people are really nice and know what they are doin. I would highly recommend them if you are broke down and in need of repairs. Thanks to all y'all at Peggy Ann towing and truck repair for getting me back on the road in RECORD TIME.
