This was my 1st time using CMC Recycling and I have to say that I was impressed with everyone that I talked to,they were extremely nice and helpful from the lady in the office, the lady at the scales, the gentlemen that weighed the little bit of copper that I had, to the 2 gentlemen that helped me where I needed to take the copper. I wasn't sure where I was supposed to go while there and instead of treating me like an aggravation, I was treated with respect. I will definitely be using CMC Recycling in the future.
They do not honor their hours! We drove all the way down here to be told they close at 4:15 instead of the 4:30 clearly posted. The guy there said you can talk to my manager. I said okay, let me talk to your manager then. He then said, oh he ain't here so you can call tomorrow. Worst service I have ever had here, and I'm pissed! They let the truck in front of us go through and turned us away at the scales! Unbelievable! I've never been treated like this here, and someone better respond to this review!
My husband just left this business. He was going on and on about how this place was operated. He said people direct you where to go. They don't just assume you know. They aren't jerks and everyone was friendly. The place was well maintained and swept. He wasn't worried about flat or cut tires. That it used to be such a chore. He dreaded to haul off scrap. But this time it was pain free. He said he will be coming here from now on.
He isn't one to brag about places so they must be doing great with it all.
Gave them a pile of copper only $57 but they failed to tell me upfront I had to wait a week for a check, they entered my out of state license ahead of time and knew my address wasn’t correct, I live two hours away it’s not practical to go back to retrieve the check, lady on the phone won’t transfer it to there crossville location and was rude to me, only reason I gave them the copper was because I happened to be working close by
Fast friendly service, very organized operation. Not a dump like alot of scrap yards. I have been doing business at this facility for years. No desire to go anywhere else. Always fair on prices and no hassle.
This green reyecling company bring ur scrap metal to them they are nice specially The guy sits at the window that gives ur money and The ladies working there.people thank about something u have junk metal or cooper and aluminum cans laying around on ur property or cleaning up someone's property recycling is green in ur pocket.plus the junkyard makes money
As a first-timer I had no idea what to expect, but they were so nice. Explained exactly what I needed to do and where I needed to go in order to recycle my cans. It was very easy and I got $$$!!!!
Everyone is professional and courteous and makes sure you get to correct place and get correct prices. We have been going to rmg for over 10 years. Good people!!!!
