They don't deserve ab1its only because I can't give a minus zero because they only let you give a 1 but they will lie on you and cheat you bad bought a car there for 3000 bucks and drove it straight home no more then 4miles parked it and went to warm it up the next morning and water was all under the car because heater hose was leaking and oil cooler was leaking so they come got it to fix it but called 4,days later and they said it had a coolent leak which is the reason we called them but the let my wife drive the car to my house which didn't hurt the car but called them and told them it's was a oil cooler leak so they pick the car back up again and 4days later they said the car was fixed but had and misfire they could not fix because it run good untill they fixed the oil cooler but was going to charge us 275 for fixing it because they said we tore it up which is a lie hell you don't drive a car no more the 8 ,miles and tear all the stuff that was bad to begin with but she paid them 50 bucks without my consent but I promise they won't get another nickel out of us because I am currently desusing with consumers protecting AG and better business people to report the do nothing mechanics for trying to cheat us and lie on us I mean you can't buy a car and tear it up going only ,8or10miles at the most so if you go here you better make sure you get all the receipts and drive the car for at least 50miles on a test drive because read all of the reviews and you will see what I mean be safe and stay away from gills motors
Towed my son’s truck after a wreck (6 miles) to his lot. Would not allow him to get anything out of the vehicle the next day.. it was a Sunday, so ok, I get that. Monday morning we had it towed to our home (maybe 12 miles). $625!! What?! I am appalled.
Oh and cash only!! That’s quite convenient. 🤔
I don't know who's paying you guys to post good things this garage my sister bought a car from them last Friday she lives 2 mi away got home it was pouring out coolant came with a wrecker and picked it up up and said they would fix it to help her they charged her $125 it's still leaking they didn't fix it she had a bad dealing with them guys before she has no clue why she went back still sitting in her driveway she can't drive it these guys are a bunch of crooks
Spoke to Chris via facebook for a truck. Told him I was interested in it and would be there first thing in the morning to buy the truck. We got there after 2.5 hours of driving, And he told me he sold it. Didn’t have the decency to let me know he had sold it. Definitely a big back move, took everything in my power not to back hand stupid smirk off his face.
My experience here has been terrible. The owner seems to be a nice enough guy but another mechanic there is not. His customer service is the absolute worst I have ever encountered in any business, my whole life. Last year I took my car in and gave this mechanic 3 things to check out and do while they had it; one of which was a grinding noise. When I picked the car up and drove away, the grinding noise was still there. This guy tried to tell me I failed to tell him about it. I didn't, I watched him write the 3 things down when I took the car in. The owner took my car for a ride and heard the noise and had a mechanic fix it while I waited.
Today I had a brake light issue that I have never encountered before and reluctantly called Gill's because they are closer. The same mechanic answered and he did correctly diagnose the problem, but I tried to ask him if some plastic pieces I was holding was what he was referring to, and he told me I wasn't letting him talk, and he hung up on me! So I took my car to another garage 20 miles away to fix the problem I called Gill's about, and that garage fixed the problem in 1 minute and did not charge me. I will never give any business to Gill Automotive again. It's worth driving 20 miles to deal with friendly, honest people. Gill's is the garage with the highest visibility here in town, so I guess some employees feel they can treat people any way they want to. That's bad for business.
Absolutely refused to help us. Our car was stolen and brought there, we live hours 10 hours and can’t get there. Asked for photos to verify it’s inoperable, completely denies assisting us, only thinking about themselves. Richard is inconsiderate and doesn’t care about anyone else. Do not go here for your needs, as they don’t care.
One of the employees there is absolutely one of the worst individuals I've ever had the pleasure of coming in contact with doing any kind of business. I would really think twice about doing any business with them. You can probably find the services you need cheaper else where anyways.
We have brought our churches van to Gill Automotive twice this year. This last time, they had to come get it. Fast, honest service. Both times they got it up and running in no time.
One of the RUDEST people, and I use that term VERY loosely, I have ever dealt with in my entire lifetime! I would NOT suggest or recommend this jerk to anyone! And I only spoke on the phone to the jackass! I give them 1-star only because ZERO stars was not an option
Called them to tow my truck. The guy told me 125.00. I had 130 and asked for change, he didn't have any so I kindly asked that he put on the tow bill that I paid 130 and I was owed 5.00. he then got beligerent and angry over 5.00 and threateningly told me I better come get my 5.00 on Monday.
I don't think I will ever use the again. He was pleasant until things didn't go his way and then he was rude.

They found the problem, which wasnt shown on the computer. It wasnt Easy. Excellent repair, excellent work. Saved me a ton of money! Eli, and Travis, Thank you, Thank you. Ive lived all over the US, and this is the best repair shop Ive ever used.
During the snow storm near Auburtown/Smithville- Two amazing men with Gill Automotive were towing out some people that landed in a ditch. Once they got those people out they stopped to ask me if I needed help (I was also stuck in a ditch) they were so kind and helped me out. I am so thankful for you guys, everyplace I called turned me down and Triple A had my request owning for two hours) I probably would still be in that ditch right now if it wasn’t for you.
Purchased a van from them and, the back door wouldn't open, half the fuses were missing out of the box and took over 2 months to get my plates back from them, if I knew up front of the problems I would have offered less money for the van
Let me say this... These people are just amazing! They definitely care about their clients and do an amazing job! I am constantly sending people their way and respect them to the fullest degree! I never post reviews but these guys definitely deserve a shout-out!!!

The driver was very rude and as soon as he pulled up started bad mouthing me to the cop and people who were standing watching. He asked why I called them, and I replied cause I like Daryl and want him to have my business. But the driver Richard has a bad attitude problem. I had to fire him off a construction job cause he couldn't get a screw started and started hit his new drill against TV he wall the three it down the kicked it. Threw his hard hat and sat it the truck refusing to go back to work. He pull my mother's car out of a ditch and drug it out on it side, it rolled on to its top he kept dragging it. The flipped it over a the loaded it up. This was told to me by a officer working the wreak.
I went there just to look see what they had. The salesman was not pushy and was very helpful. I got a great vehicle at a great price. I suggest that if looking to buy then go see Matt at Gill Automotive. I will buy from them from now on. Thank you very much Gill Automotive and very big thanks to Matt.
Completely professional. Very polite and he even went out of his way to make sure I could pick up my motorcycle on a holiday weekend. I would definitely recommend Gill Automotive to everyone!
Came out super fast late Friday night and drove me all the way back to murfreesboro even during terrible weather. Saved me from an unfortunate situation with 2 flat tires in the middle of Nowhere. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Been waiting on title for a month now.. I've called and called. They tell me it has been mailed, I call back week later, guy tells me he dont know what confusion is.. they still have the title..said they would over nite it. Two days later still no title.. got a car I cant even drive..not to mention the car has cost me $3000.00 in repairs. Guess that what u get when buying used..
