Cannot recommend this company enough! Had an unfortunate issue with a parking garage while overseas and was unable to physically move the car myself. These guys quickly stepped in and were the heroes of the situation! Very helpful and friendly to interact with. Overall excellent communication throughout the whole process! Rush towing is responsive, courteous, and professional. They make it super simple! Basically, I texted the address of where one of work trucks broke down. It was located an hour away from Cookeville, in Jamestown, and they went and got it within 4 hours. I texted them the address to our mechanic located in Baxter, Tn. Then they sent me a link to pay the bill. Basically, you can count on Rush Towing!
Fuel pump quit on me and there was someone parked really close to my front bumper. They worked to get it out and loaded. Thomas was super nice and helpful. They were very affordable too.
I chose Rush Towing today to come out & check my car which would not start. Was very pleased with the considerate ppl I talked with & especially the man who came out & checked my car, Ricky. He was very very nice, respectful & got right to work on the problem. I highly recommend them.
Only company willing to tow my truck from Monterey TN to Maryville tn in the Monterey area on a Saturday night at 9 o clock Thomas our driver was a super nice guy to ride with and talk to showed care and eagerness to help would give this company 10 stars if I could call these guys first very professional

Best towing experience of my life. I was in an accident two hours outside of Nashville and the rental company said I had to get to Nashville to get an exchange. They tried to make me take a Lyft for $340 which I couldn’t afford. Rush towing took me and my family all the way to the airport and literally saved us. They were so nice and professional. I highly recommend their service
Jimmy was awesome. Aka individual driving the roll back. He called and met me at the plan location. Was patient and helped out anyway he could. Air'ed up the flat tire ... he was just a gentleman and very professional. I felt very comfortable. I will definitely be a return customer.

My antilock system on my car messed up I was unable to get my car to run .I called Triple A and they was going to send someone right way 3 hours later nothing I called Triple A back they told me they could no find anyone .So I called Rush Towing David was so kind and went out of his way to help me and told me what I need to do he got my car taken car of and hauled to the dealership the same day. I would definitely recommend if you are ever in a spot and need someone call Rush Towing they are kind ,honest, and dependable .

Got my truck stuck in my back yard and the came out and wenched me out and just didn't throw chained under my truck they actually found the tow hooks and did it the proper way and they were very careful and took their time to make sure no damage was done. Coolest tow company I've ever dealt with. I would definitely recommend these guys. Thanks Tyler for your help and a good laugh today!
If you ever need a tow service of any kind, do not waste your time with anyone else. Very professional service. David went above and beyond to take care of my motorcycle tow. He treated my bike as if it were his. Very respectful service from a company and a man that truly cares!
