Scams I was charged overweight towing for reg cab chevy short bed with no bed it. Said truck ran and drove had to do with no key or starter lie so I'd pay to get it out. In going to send yal bill for my overcharged amount.
Being in an accident is stressful but everyone at Chapmans really made getting my car towed a breeze. Jennifer was incredibly friendly in taking my info and Zee provided updates to let me know when he picked up the car and also when it was dropped off at the collision shop. Great company to work with!

One of their drivers, Zach, brought my mother in laws car (that's not running at all) to her house on a flatbed and maneuvered it off his truck into a very awkward parking place, he was very polite and professional, VERY much appreciated!

Had to have my car towed to the dealership this morning for engine troubles. Billy was here within an hour of calling and requesting the tow, loaded the car quickly, and sent me a confirmation text once it was dropped off. Very fast, friendly, and helpful service!

I was in a head on collision on June 15th. When the shop told me i could get my car i was stoked! 30 minutes later the engine light came on and i was disgusted. The insurance companies were difficult. It had been a horribleday all the way around. Well gerber collision of mount Juliethad my car towed backk toi them and Chapman's is who they called. Jennifer called to tell me Steve was in route and she could sense the emotions that had taken over me. She went above and beyond and she didn't have to! When Steve arrived i was sitting on the sidewalk and he squatted down beside me and said " you know everythingis gonna be ok right?" And he didn't have to! The work you guys put into this isn't just professional. Its personal! Thank you for everything!
A gentleman by the name of Chris helped me pull a car out of a very tricky spot. With efficiency and ease he pulled the car out with great care and thought. Chris was polite and punctual and made the experience so stress free. Definitely recommend both Chris and Chapman’s Wrecker if you need your car towed!
Chapman’s had to tow my car during the winter storm in Nashville this week. Even though he was closed today he made arrangements with so I could pay for and pick up my car today! And I was really worried about additional damage being done when my car was picked up because the frame was stuck on a brick mailbox base but there was none! Thank you Chris at Chapman’s!

J Mac with Chapman’s was very helpful and professional in helping me get my truck towed. My truck was left on the ramp in Nashville with transmission issues. He called me when he had loaded my vehicle, let me know an estimated time of arrival and called when he was about 15 minutes away. All of this after his normal business day had ended. I want to thank the tow truck driver for being patient me with as my room mate and I removed my belongings from my totaled car from an accident Wednesday. Though they were closed, they allowed me to come. Waited when a train held us up more than twenty minutes. It was a hard day saying bye to my totaled car because she was a true gem. I called Chapman's , they let me sit stranded for an hour and finally called me and the owner said . I will come to you with a regular wrecker , after i requested a roll back wrecker to begin with . I said no , I want a roll back . He argued with me and said I've been towing cars for fifteen years . I told him that i have a brand-new 2014 Silverado and I do not want it hauled behind a regular wrecker through Nashville with all the pot holes . They would have destroyed my truck . So now I have called dukes , and they were here within 15 minutes and they were very professional . Never use Chapman's , you will be sorry .
I'm the owner of a local family owned dealership that deals with wrecker services daily. Today I had one of my customers vehicles towed off the interstate and to say this was the worst receptionist I've ever dealt with is an understatement. During my first call to them she cut me off while trying to tell her who I was and to ask a couple quick questions with "She doesn't have time to deal with this." I called metro Nashville non-emergency line to understand why the vehicle had been towed and was given a very reasonable answer. I then call this incredibly rude lady asking if I could pay the $166 with a card and she said "no there's a parking ticket, whoevers car this is needs to come pay and pick it up. It's $166, bye." I was then quickly called by a more reasonable man who explained why I could not pay over phone, but of course before I could respond he also hung up on me.
I understand, they may have a lot to deal with but I've dealt with these companies for years and have never been met with such aggression and hostility right off the bat.
Not that this will make any difference but clearly this is a poorly run operation if your receptionist can't keep her composure while doing her very basic job. Unfortunate that others will have to deal with these people.
People were disrespectful, and no one knew what they were doing. The woman behind the counter had no home training and was talking stuff to the other person in front of our face. Never told us what we need to bring or anything, then expected us to have everything. The owner does not know anything about customer service. So if you have a accident or need a tow. Do not use this company.
On 8/24/15 the owner of the company procided to call what he thought was my job, to threaten my employment. Which he told several lies to the lady on the phone and was very rude to her as well; this is all for the review.
