HORRIBLE SERVICE. LARRY TOWED MY CAR TO MY HOUSE PULLED THE BUMPER OFF AND JUST STUFFED IT IN THE BACKSEAT. DIDNT BOTHER TELLING ME IT HAPPENED OR EVEN TELLING ME THAT THE CAR WAS OUTSIDE. Called my first buy and tow service today, as unfortunate as it was Larry came as fast as he could and towed by vehicle on a Sunday last Minute. He was very professional and kind. Totally recommend this place. Thanks Larry.
Parked my car illegally after specifically instructing them to park between the solid white lines, my Versa was parked between dotted white lines where there is literally a sign that says "no parking allowed." I contacted the man who had towed it there and he never responded. My car was not drivable so my boyfriend had to physically push my car into a spot that was legal so that my car wouldn't get towed after a neighbor threatened to call a tow truck. This was a stressful situation to begin with and this situation made it much worse. Don't recommend it. I'm out of hundreds of dollars for this to be the service I received.
Larry was ok at the beginning, sounded like he was in a hurry. When he arrived I paid up front and ask if he would like the address, stated he would follow me there. He just left my vehicle at the wrong address and LEFT. TERRIBLE experience so if you call ask for anyone BUT LARRY
2 1/2 hours from home i had to call my first wrecker. The great service started with the Hello on the other end of the phone. Terrell was efficient, funny, and professional. Highly recommend!
