Its good spot although I didn't chose parts in a smarter way like my amp from there never did do much more that turn on But was good price and everything else has been great they prob even would return it. But been since oct.. Also very pretty nice girl that work there.I hope she there next time so instead of giving pokemon cards ill ask her on date... Thanks all

There drivers on the road drive with no plates, talking on there cellphones causing all sorts of traffic issues because they don't want to get over while they're driving 10-15 under the speed limit. Complete toolbags.

Nashville location ran by Omar and Isaac was nothing but the BEST customer service ive ever experienced coming to a lkq location in over 10 years employees was friendly answered all questions went above and beyond to help with my f250 parts yard was clean which is rare to see at junkyard I will Definitely drive a 4hr round trip again to come to this yard thanks again Omar

Omar and his team were very helpful in getting me the best parts available. Omar pulled the cleanest bumper available on the yard. He had one that matched my car and I don’t have to carry it back. I am always treated fairly when I go there. We went to the Nashville location because of an ad that said it was a four day sale. We were surprised that it was only for January 1st. The next time there is a big sale, corporate needs to do a better job of clarifying the exact dates of the sale. Thank you Omar! I will be back.

I went to pick your part today with my daughter and Omar helped us not only find the gear shift we needed but took the time to ensure we found the one in the best condition with the least amount of wear. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Everytime I come here, they remember my name, the vehicles I have and what I do. Feels like family. Omar always helps me out if I need help with something and the rest of the staff is always eager to answer questions. I prefer good used parts over new these days and always shop here first.

We were there for new year 50% off to get a door, everything i got was like $200 after tax and all the at checkout they try to charge me for every single part on that door $178 total. Thats not 50% off when in they website shows one price for a complete door and never specify “BARE or all parts price separate” they just try to recoup the money from the 50% off sale by charging you for everything. On top of that the guy says “im trying to help you with that price, you want or not” Worse junkyard in Nashville, they had prices on they website and when you come to pay they change everything and charge you extra for warranty. They prices are super high for a self service place.

THIS JUNKYARD DOESN'T HAVE MY PART THAT I LOOK FOR, YOU'VE TO PAY THE FEE JUST FOR ENTRY ONLY. WHEN I LEAVED THEIR STAFF WORK DEMAND TO CHECK MY TOOL BAG, FOUND NOTHING VERY INTRUSIVE EXPERIENCE. YOU NEEDS SEARCH WARRANT TO SEARCH PEOPLE PROPERTY IF YOU DON'T HAVE ANY PROOF OF SOMEONE TAKE THINGS. NEXT TIMES I'LL REFUSE SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'LL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN WASTE OF MONEY AND TIMES IF YOU CAN'T FIND YOUR PART IS RISKY SHOPPING. I'VE TO GO TO "PULL -A- PART" TO FIND MY PART, WHICH WORK OUT VERY WELL. If i could leave less stars i would. I live a couple hours away and was calling to ask about a part before i drove out to this lot. There is no way to contact the lot directly there is only a call center (They Refused to tell me who they were) with a sketchy manager that wont tell me how to get in touch with the lot. They hung up on me multiple times and preteneded the call dropped. Alls i had was a two minute question which turned into 40 minutes of run around. You've lost my buisness. Stop outsourcing to India...

They have some really good car parts, but the prices aren't so good; they're too high. I don't know if they're trying to sell them as new, but they should have a system like Express Pull. It takes a lot of work and time to remove the parts. Thanks for understanding, but they really need to work on their pricing.

I do not recommend this company at all go elsewhere and you will not spend nearly as much $ that's a fact. The people that work their are the most rude disrespectful people I've met in my entire life even the manager. They cost this company a lot of $ but I guess they just don't care beings they are a big organization.

Prices are a hit or miss spent way more then I thought on a valve body but still a good condition one I will be back I just feel like some of the prices aren’t accurate when some of there prices are the same as a new one but call and ask for prices before you go other then that amazing place and I’ll be returning here

Management made sure my part was picked immediately. I was told my part wouldn't be available until the next morning but they called me later and I was able to pick it up sooner than I expected. I'm 67 years old visiting my daughter and grandchildren and I really needed this part picked for me. The entire staff was GREAT. My daughter told me about them and I really appreciate it! Fast and efficient!

Out of everyone I contacted, they gave me the best deal for my junk car. I scheduled for them to pick up my car and they never showed up. So, I had to call and get it rescheduled, but it wasn't that big of a problem. I drove to the yard and picked up my check and the check cleared. I would recommend these people to anyone. They were great.

I went to buy master cylinder and found new seat, center council. Really enjoy this junkyard! Prices are great ànd staff is friendly. Don't let them sell you a warranty when it's not necessary.k

The manager with the fake muscles, refused to accept a return I had brought in on the basis of claiming his “employees would not sell a part in the shape that this part was in.”. When in fact they had. I know this because I was there. I bought the part. He said he would go to the back and check the cameras to verify, something that happened over a month ago. So I sat and waited over an hour for him to remember that I was still there and lied to my face, saying he watched the video footage basically calling me a liar and refusing to give me my money back for a faulty part. It was rude and offensive and inconsiderate. The fact that he lied about having checked the footage thusly having the gall to call me a liar in the process was insulting. Taking over an hour of my time was rude and inconsiderate. The business model itself is fine I guess, but the manager (Juan? Jose? Idk) is garbage.

Drove a hour today to buy a radiator fan assembly for a silverado. Found one and removed yo get to the counter and they wanted over 120 bucks for it! Then I said I can buy it cheaper on ebay or Amazon and they replied like they didnt want my businesses and said we'll thats for a guarantee. I come all the time but these prices have done nothing but go through the roof.

I’ve recently visited this location looking for my car door, since it’s the only place I could find the door at. I had been assisted nicely at the entrance, even asked if the door I was going to get was going to be intact in the back and if there would be a way for me to try it on my car and if didn’t fit for any reason I could bring it back and get my money back, the guy assisting us said yes that was possible and so we payed to walk in. On the way out we were very poorly assisted and misinformed, once again we asked the same guy assisting us at the entrance if there was a chance to bring back the door back and get the money back and not only did he say yes but also said we were also being charged separately for the mirror, glass window, and inside door panel. Clearly this made me upset hearing this new information but I still wanted the door. I then asked the same question once again, can I take the door and try it on my car and if doesn’t fit can I return it and get my money back, the guy said yes and that I had 30 days to do so. I was never asked if I wanted to get any warranty for the door and it’s pieces at all. Once I got home I checked the receipt and noticed I was charged and extra $10 going toward every piece on the door sold separately by them, labeled as warranty. I went back the next day to return the side view mirror and receipt. I asked for them to take the warranty off all the pieces I had bought and for my money back on the mirror and they continuously told me that they sell the pieces with warranty and if I had wanted them without warranty I should’ve asked them to take it off, when I clearly asked multiple times before hand if it came with warranty so I wouldn’t pay for a warranty. They later said they would sell them without the warranty if I had asked for a discounted price on the pieces. They not only spreed miss-information but also were not willing to accept their wrongs and find another way to solve this issue me the “customer” had with them.
