Waste of time. Called and asked if they bought car parts, was told yes. Asked if I could swing by, they said yes. Showed up ten minutes later and was told they wouldn’t by any parts. Super unprofessional.
Called about a hood for a 08 honda fit and the lady prices it at 275 dollars ! I can buy one new preprinted for that ! Has this place post their mind ! I asked why the hood is double the price of all the other salvage yards and she tried saying the others were not grade a in which they are. You can buy a grade a hood excellent condition all day from several salvage yards all over the world from 75 dollars up to 125 ! Not 275! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY MORE THAN DOUBLE WHAT OTHER SALVAGE YARDS CHARGE! I PURCHASE OVER 50K IN USED PARTS A YEAR AND RUN 7 CAR LOTS IN SOUTHERN KENTUCKY AND WILL BE DELETING THIS SALVAGE YARD OUT OF MY CONTACTS FOR GOOD

Went in to buy a part. The employees were fighting amongst each other in front of customers. Grabbing parts from each other and throwing them, bouncing across the floor. If you want to deal with that drama... I left. Never to return again!

I ordered an engine 15 days ago from this company, until now no one can tell me where it is nor when I will receive it. I was told I would get it in 3 business days.... Every time I call to I’m told we will check and call you back, they NEVER DO. At this point I think I was scammed. So if you don’t want to get scammed, STAY AWAY!!!!
Try to get over on me on offender disrespectfully by charging 150 when they have them on eBay for 70 he heard me say I’ll give him 50 for it and thought I said 150 LOL
These guys are awesome, I just called to see if they have my bimmer and they didn't but actually spent the time to tell me who has and gave me their numbers to get those parts. That is just great and love their friendly service.
I used this place a lot when I was growing up. Now there are more places to visit that have better access and parking. With traffic on Dickerson Pike so heavy, it's very difficult to enter and exit.

If you’re looking to sell your junk car. Don’t look here. Very complicated process. I called, they gave me a price and told me they’d call back when the driver was on the way. They never called back so I called then they told me they weren’t buying cars that day
If you purchase ANYTHING from them....TAKE PICS AND VIDEO OF THEIR PARTS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THEIR PREMISES!!! They mark their parts with different colors but tell you that it’s not theor color!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!! My suggestion to you is just buy new parts with a guaranteed warranty!!!! Very bogus and unprofessional!!!
I have BN dealing with hilltop for about a year now.. the staff is awesome and will work with you.. if you are not happy with the part, talk to them and they will work with you. Some parts are already pulled some are not.. EVERY part I have gotten from them was in great working condition.. I would recommend hilltop over any other salvage lot..
I went there for a fully assembled drive shaft. They didn't have what I needed but sent me to where I needed to be. Was very happy. I would recomend hilltop auto salvage to anyone and everyone. Definitely customer orientated. Thnk you
I have purchased many parts from them. If they didn't have it, they ordered it for me. Body parts for my Trailblazer and mechanical parts Trailblazer and my Cavalier. They've always been extremely helpful, polite, and the best prices in the area......have done me right. I would recommend this business to anyone.
He is SO RUDE! I have never been treated like this. I had to hang up in his face because he was being rude talking over me cutting me off. He is horrible

DO NOT BUY HERE. There 30 day warranty is a complete lie. absolute worst place to buy any kind of parts. Stay away from the den of (Iranian) Thieves. i will never take my business there again, they wouldn't refund my $600 , after i showed them that the engine they gave me was faulty. Showed original receipt, and they still refused to refund my purchase. No good, honest man here. With much hate, a pissed off customer.
Drove an hour to pick up a part that was supposed to be already pulled for me only to find out they didn't even have it in stock. Calling them to ask for a part is a waste of time, I'll be sure not to go back again. Thanks for nothing.
