Never again will I go here again!! Ive spent thousands of dollars here over the years coming and buying parts sometimes multiple times a day! Have also sold them multiple vehicles! Today I walk in with my son whos 15 years old and I go to computer and get my slip and then a guy rudely as hell asks me if ive been checked in i guess i didn’t hear him the 1st time and I say no he directs me to go back and the guy asks how old my son is i said 15 he said he can’t go on the yard with you then hes not 16?????? Two weeks ago when he came here with my wife it wasn’t a problem and i don’t know why it is now! Needless to say I won’t come back and do business here anymore i know that it might not make a damn difference but when someone travels an hour to come do business at your establishment and your not only rude but tell them that their son can’t go in you just turn away their business?? What make him sit in the vehicle?? Naw he loves coming here loves helping take the parts we need off the vehicles jusy loves it! But thankfully there are other places we can go to together!

The Nashville location was great. How ever their customer service line is not good at all and if I was rating them they would get 0 stars. I recommend you lose the customer service line and bring back where we can talk to actual people that work there and know what’s going on

Thanks to pullA Part employees Blake Mathis and Tae Angeio Mills. They were very helpful in explaining and using the computer for me who help me who have a bad eye site and hearing problems. Again, thanks to these two employees my car is fixed and running good!!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM PULL A PART ON CENTENNIAL BLVD. When I bought a car about 2 months ago it caught on fire with my daughter in it! IT WAS WELL UNDER 30 DAYS!! THEY HAVE NOT REIMBURSED ME. IF YOU BUY A CAR YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR LIFE AND YOUR LOVED ONE'S LIFE IN DANGER!!!!!! A FEW PEOPLE WHO USED TO WORK THEIR TOLD ME THEY ARE CROOKS AND SCAM ARTIST, I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THEM SERIOUS!!! I LEARNED THE HARD WAY!!!! BY ALMOST LOSING MY, AND MY DAUGHTERS LIFE!!!!!

I don't know what happened to the customer service or reps overtime...but they are not the same. Usually the guys will try to assist you by looking at your account for credits. The cashier, whom I gave my info, when I inquired more than once for my credits told me he didn't see anything...until i asked for a 3rd time and wala...I actually did. So I surmount that more to a employee laziness. They don't know what they are looking at for parts either...I'm reminded anytime I pay here...WHY I go to Express Pick N Pull instead 30 minutes away

My Brother & I drove over 65 miles to the Nashville location, Purchased a used battery, They tested it, said it was good just needed to be charged, When we got back to our home town, we stopped by a local advanced Auto store had it charged, we went back to advance Auto 2 hours later just for them to tell us it was a bad battery it was not holding charge, so the next morning we drove back to Nashville they exchanged that battery for another one, they checked it once again and said it was a good battery, but this time before we left Nashville we went to an O'Reilly's Auto Parts store on Bell Road, they checked it and charged it as well once again it was a bad battery, we went back to the pull apart showed them the ticket that was given to us from O'Reilly's stating that it was a bad battery, the Nashville Pull-A-Part would not refund the money that we purchased for a used battery, and for the hassle that they put us through very disappointed with the Nashville pull apart. They just came off as you they didn't care if they lost a loyal customer or not they just wanted to make money and I get it I do understand the business but when a customer is so inconvenient for something that they did wrong at least take and show a little accountability so with that being said I only give them one star..

Got in right away in the morning. Both Tony and Kam were very helpful and courteous to my needs and the other customers around me. Gave me directions to where I needed to go and I was out of there in 5 minutes. Excellent service!

I was at the Pull A Part in Nashville today, purchased a lot of body parts and was charged $44.40 for an Environment & Service Fee. Why is this ? Asked the cashier about it, she said everyone pays the fee. So if you buy a $44.40 part you pay the same amount for the fee ? Why ? If not for the work pulling the parts I would have walked out. The service was good and the yard was clean. Would have given more stars until checking out . Why are we paying for nothing.

There is no point of doing business here. They used to stay open late and make it convenient for people who didn't get off work at a decent time or have to pay someone to bring them. Now they are going to lose money by their changed hours. Just watch

Today is March 7th 2024 Ok I've always been that person to use Pull-A-Part as my go to for cheap and reliable parts and always was greeted with awesome customer service. Well today was the day that I was presented with everything but, so the day before today I was searching to purchase a vehicle and one caught my eye not nowing the location or the seller. It was late in the day and it was agreed between both parties to set my purchase date of the vehicle to the next morning. I set up transportation to make this happen the next morning and was reassured with great customer service. At the designated time and place I was there. I even didn't mind that the seller wasn't on site and I was told at that time I could be waiting for a couple of hours. Still I didn't fret so I decided to walk the yard checking out all other options that the seller has to offer and at the same time I'm continuously calling the seller and sending messages to the effect of (Hey I'm here on site waiting and ready to make this purchase). Call after call I got no answer to my calling nor a response to my messaging. After two hours of wondering around this place and constantly calling and messages to know prevail I get approached by another one of their employees to inform me that the seller that just a day before we gave one and another our words that on this day today we were going to finalize the purchase was not planning on coming in to work today. Now my question was, ok well I'm sure this business has another someone in place to step up in the place of the no show. I almost thought I was being punked when I was told that the person I spoke with is the only person at this entire place who has the authority in the ability to finalize this transaction and usually people will just either check back or come back tomorrow. That is unacceptable I took out of my time my day paid for transportation. What happened to common courtesy and professionalism? What happened to integrity? All it would taken was a simple phone call. One of the first things you learned in a business is customer service. I'm just saying we as a people need to do better.

Super friendly staff and VERY helpful. Tony took his time helping me determine if I had the correct distributor. And he was right; the part fit perfectly. Access to golf carts was a game changer.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The car buyer Brittany was very helpful when it came to selling my car. Even though she couldn't pay me what some other junk yards offered I will be to pull a part agakn for future car sales just for the friendly and smiling faces of the employees. Keep it up !

Yolanda at the Nashville location was super friendly, polite, and informative. She was able to give me accurate pricing on all the parts I inquired about without looking them up and made my experience great! I drove up here from Huntsville AL. And I’m glad I did. Found “exactly” the part I was looking for with friendly service! Thanks again Yolanda!!!!

After wrecking a car I bought new twenty years ago I was left with finding the parts on my own because body shops couldn’t find them. Honestly I’d like to point out a couple that went way above my expectations but it was actually everyone I dealt with at Pull-a-Part that was great. Funny but everyone I’ve told about using them said they’re their go-to place for sure. Hopefully I won’t have to deal with parts for a while but I feel better knowing where to go if I do. Thanks and they were great.

We were at Pull-A-Part on 12/11/22 and our experience was great. They had the parts that we needed and the staff was very friendly and as for the staff's help it was great as well. We made it back right at closing and Yulonda was smiling and did not rush us at all.

I'm a regular customer of pull a part, but I wanted to leave a review because the amazing customer service I receive from Brittney and will is always top notch even when they are super busy with rude customers and dripping sweat from the heat. They always take care of me with a smile and wonderful attitudes. The world needs more employees like them everywhere!!!

We went for the first time today. The staff was amazing. The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Very helpful and welcoming. Made us feel like we were VIP customers right through the door. They helped us with interchangeable parts information due to the fact that our specific vehicle was not available for parts at any location close to us. They helped us find what we needed and helped us check out and be on our way as quickly as possible. They are great!! The prices were great and our experience was great. Thanks guys!
