Then I called Lux, and they gave me a clear, honest timeframe—and they actually showed up even faster than promised. My volvo xc90 shut down on the road for the 3rd time in 5 mos. The tow called by volvo the first time said they would be thete in 4 hours. I was in the middle of busy intersection and had to pay for police tow. The 2nd time volvo called Luxe and they were there in less than 10 minutes. The 3rd time, I was on the interstate and despite being farther from downtown, Lux was there in less than 20 minutes. The shoulder was very narrow and traffic was heavy and fast. I was afraid to open my car door and the Lux driver came arounded and shielded me from the oncoming traffic for me to get out of the car safely. This company is prompt, polite and executes the job with 5 star service! I highly recommend!
