Brother in law and sister used your company for a jumpstart today. You drove twenty minutes to the truck, my brother in law literally had to show your driver how to hook up the cables correctly and you charged him $1,165 dollars for the jumpstart. Over harge much!?!?!?
As an owner/operator I feel like you just bent them over and didn't give them the common courtesy of a reach around. I also feel like you used a cactus without lubricant.

The worst… called because they are the ones who are suppose to get the cars out of the apartment complex that do not have parking permits and/or are parked in the reserved parking. I pay for reserved parking and now can’t even get the service that they are suppose to provide. Kinda sad they turn away a $300.00 tow. I would go somewhere else where your service is a true priority!
Needed a tow early in the morning when my Toyota hybrid wouldn’t shift out of park in my driveway. I called Priority Wrecker Service, and Ernie was friendly and patient while I explained what was going on. The driver arrived on time, knew exactly how to handle hybrids, and got it loaded with care. Ernie even called later that afternoon to make sure the repair shop had figured it out. Outstanding service all around.
The team did a great job. I was unfamiliar with the kind of truck being used, and my technician was very helpful in explaining how it would work so that the car was entirely off the ground while being towed. On time, friendly, knows what he's doing. A very good experience, thank you!
$880 to jump a truck off!!!
We called to have our truck jumped off. The answering service said they were 15 minutes away. It took all of 10 minutes to jump our truck off. They then told us it would be $880. When we questioned the price they said it is $375 an hour!! Driving to us, jumping, and driving back should have been less than an hour.
The company also refuses to accept a debit or credit card. The person I spoke to was extremely rude and threatened to tow my truck if I didn’t pay. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!
Nano is wonderful. Called them to get my car towed from Cartage,TN all the way to Nashville,TN. They were very professional and all about business. It was simple as placing a call no long waits no bs estimated times. If you call they ate coming. Thanks You So Much For Everything Nano !!!
My son had a horrible experience with this company. They did not break down EVERY little charge that was invoiced. A small car was towed from Mt. Juliet to Smyrna and he incurred charges that totaled over $450!!! And they tried to justify this by saying "someone has to pay for their nice uniforms".

Had a flat on my Denali while driving through Nashville and called Priority Wrecker Service. Ernie was the one who helped me out he was quick, polite, and made the whole situation stress free. Couldn’t ask for better service. Very pleased with how everything was handled.
This company is a fraud . Today my car broke 10 miles from my house, I ask them to tow my car, before the driver load my car I asked him how much will cost, the driver find excuses that he does not have destination address yet, even I gave him address he ignore to give me price, after driving 10 miles to my house from briefly parkway he ask me for 510 usd , 510 $ for 10 miles, I have receipt and video, I will escalate this fraud further through Attirney so this not happen to any one else, please people be advice to never ever choose this company
This is the biggest scam company that comes out and looks at your trucks. They charge my dad $1300 for nothing. When we already told them the problem was they didn’t listen to us and then they come back and told us the same problem when we already knew what the problem was with the truck biggest scam. Do not call these people. I have all the phone calls recorded
Their prices are ridiculous. 15 minutes to pull truck off tracks. Won't take any cards. Sat for hrs waiting to pay bill only because they don't take cards. Cost was thousands of dollars. Never again!!!!
I am very disappointed with this towing service. They charged $570 to tow my vehicle only 25 miles, which is far above the average rate in Nashville. The pricing was not explained upfront, and there were no clear justifications for such an exorbitant fee. I do not recommend this company
Excellent service. Arrived sooner than we expected. The gentleman had to work extremely hard to get our car on his truck as it was at the back of our driveway and would not start, so it could not be put in neutral.
Had to tow my car to the dealer and the wrecker service was fantastic. A very nice and polite young man. It was not easy maneuvering the truck to get my car out of the garage but he was very patient and nice. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend this wrecker service.

My company took our trailer there to have the door repaired. They gouged us for $1635 and demanded payment. My driver is still there this morning and they shut the doors to the shop and still have not fixed the door. Never i repeat never use these folks. Called and spoke with Jack who stated he is the manager. Guy won’t let you talk at all. Asked for owner or general manager and he refused. Horrible service and price gouging through the roof. You have been warned!!!
Update: the below comment from the supposed company is all a lie. They don’t want to speak with me. It’s a hoax. I called them numerous times to discuss the robbery that took place. Jack who claimed to be the manager put a guy named John on the phone who claimed to be the general manager. After being called a scumbag by John he hung up on me. All because I expressed concern that we were being taken advantage of charging us over four times the average rate to re hang a door. Then get this….they lied!!! My invoice which I will post here shortly stated they charged me for two guys….our ELD has a camera I can access anytime….they backed a flatbed wrecker up to our trailer and one guy worked as slow as humanly possible to rehang the door. Video footage I have saved for potential legal retribution in this case. Thanks Jack and John for theft, lies and complete disregard for an already instructing society coming to false and frivolous charges when it comes to taking advantage of companies that are struggling in a failing transportation economic standing. Great job!! Hope you guys thought this was all worth what’s to come
Well the service started out great. Then as always the bill came. So I know that most wrecker services charge from the time they leave there yard. How ever the driver couldn't have had the call more then 3 hours. Now remember that's from the time I called tell finished. The first 30 minutes he spent scratching his head and eating a cookie. Then when he first arrived I had told the kid just take a little pressure off the trailer and the landing gear would go up. He didn't figure that was the way. So he did what he did and a hour later took a lite pressure off and the landing gear went up. Si what should have taken 15 minutes took him 3 hours total. Then told his boss I wouldn't t pay when not even asking for payment. It was all a cluster fugg. I'm sure no one will get to read this before its deleted but at least I had my say

I had a leaky hydraulic hose coming through the radiator . He came out to my truck, after calling several times . He shows up looks at my truck crawled under where the leak was. About 20 minutes. Then tells me that it needed a new hose that they make it at his shop / I assumed that he was going to repair my truck as he said they had the equipment to make a hose at his shop. He ask me to sign his phone I did ? I pull in the gate . The gate was shut as I pulled in . He then tells me to go inside and fill out some paperwork to get the process started .i realized that there was no tools inside the garage to repair my truck with . He turned my truck around backed in against the back fence then pulled a 4 door truck in front of my truck . Took my keys Locked my gladhands / tried to release the fifthwheel but couldn’t figure out how to do it . I went inside to be told I owed $1395. For the service they done. That until I paid the $1395. Cash Venmo cashap zell I wasn’t getting my truck back . They never fixed my truck/ then they left and went to lunch left me there thus was around 5 pm banks closed no way to get to a bank . I kept calling the service number to be told the same I wasn’t getting my truck back unless I paid the money . Then after 2 hours I was able to send 1000 through zell and the guy on the phone told the so called service person to take me to the bank to get the remainder $395. I felt as if I was kidnapped because they had me and my truck under seize. So who ever this is contacting me to ask about how kind they were to me . They are thief’s and crooks. I assume that’s what they do to people. As my daughter looked at your recent reviews that is how they do business in that town . I left took my truck to Loves they fixed the problem. You so called company had no intentions in fixing my truck but to scam me out of my money .
Very overpriced for the service performed. A Truck was supposed to be dispatched within 30 minutes of my call, after two hours dispatch finally admitted it would be a while and I didn't have to wait with my vehicle. It was finally delivered nearly 10 hours after my initial call. All this would have been fine if they hadn't kept saying it would be just another 30 min when I called after they missed the mark by over an hour each time.
Very professional and friendly! But please call around a little first and find the lowest quotes. They don’t take card. Hook up fee is $195, and $5 mile including loaded and unloaded.

These guys are AWFUL!!!! They are only about money. I called them for a tire change I was stuck on the side of the interstate and my lug nuts were stripped and I also didn’t have the end piece to get my spare down. I told them every bit of that on the original call and when the tow guy called. He shows up with a 4way and literally did absolutely nothing!
They STILL charged me $125 the guy should have never showed up without the tools I told them they would need. But hey makes sense because what they really wanted to do was tow my truck to any tire shop not knowing if they could fix it or not long as they got more money. I called back to ask them why would they send him out here without the proper tools. The guys response was he tried helping you by towing you. Yeah good idea so I could be stranded somewhere else?
Just use anyone else but these people they just want your money that’s it
It’s an awful business! I was charged almost $400.00 just for a towing service not even a 10 minutes of drives/service to towed my car from the road to mechanic shop after over an hour waiting for them to my location.
I will not recommend anyone to use their services, they will ripped your pocket and the manager who’s answered the phone, he is AWFUL!!!! The truck driver himself was a great guy, done the job appropriately. Just a friendly reminder for everyone based on my experience with this company and I am sure I am not the only one because whenever I shared this with others, all of them heard the same reputations. I wish I knew before I reached them out.
Great job. Driver was awesome and I loved having my vehicle on a flatbed rather than just being towed. My only critique is I would’ve appreciated more transparency about pricing and added fees up front. I was informed of mileage charge, but the hook up fee was more than the mileage. Great service and I would’ve given 5 stars otherwise.

Absolutely incredible to work worth, and well worth the cost. You pay for quality service, and I was worried this might be just another towing service. They picked up my car, with complete professionalism. I forget the gentleman’s name, but he got out, shook my hand, and asked me about the car. That alone was enough for me to know I’d be okay. He spent time making sure everything was secure, safely, before loading up and delivering my car to the shop.
If you ride a motorcycle and money is no object these guys are great. That beeing said they will rob you blind if they have to pick-up and deliver your motorcycle. They have all kinds of creative fees for motorcycles I would never able to think of myself. They charged me $745.00 to take my 280 pound motorcycle 18 miles. Don't get me wrong, I appreciate the service but not the highway robbery.

Beware of hidden fees and predatory business practices with Priority Wrecker Services at all “advertised” locations. My grandmother was taken advantage of and grossly overcharged on 4/30/25. My attempts to contact the business to give them a chance to make things right have been ignored other than their typical response to reviews with an apology and request to be contacted. According to the Nashville Department of Transportation, this business is operating illegally and without a permit in Davidson County. They’ve been reported to the Tennessee Attorney General.
