First of all, Barry West is the GOAT. We had a Ferrari 812 Superfast in a car rally. As we were heading out of Knoxville, TN, we discovered a rear flat tire, which we soon realized did not hold air. Barry drove 2 1/2 hours from Nashville to pick us up and drove us to a nearby tire shop. He was professional, friendly, and took cautious care of our car. Thanks ALLOUT!!!

This is the second time I’ve used All Out Towing and they are wonderful. Their pricing is very reasonable. The first time they helped me was at a tiny yet busy gas station where my car died at the pump. Today, Barry towed my car from my house. Barry was wonderful and a pro at what he does. Loading my SUV on his truck took less than 5 mins!

All Out Towing had great service all around. I was in an apartment garage in downtown Nashville so I was concerned as the clearance was lower than most but All Out Towing helped me out tremendously.
From the initial call, the dispatcher was incredibly helpful. Then Mr. Barry West was the tower, and he was very helpful and passionate about what he does. He even gave me a ride to shop I was getting my vehicle towed to.

Barry was EXCEPTIONAL. On time, professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. His passion for his profession was obvious from his first contact when he introduced himself, listened to my needs and concerns then walked me through step by step how he would help recover my vehicle. No one ever wants to call for a tow but if you must call for Barry he is the best in the business.

Nick is the owner. He means what he says, when he says it will happen. Jeff was the driver. Jeff answered all my questions before I opened my mouth. That man needs a raise! He showed me how it will all work from pickup to drop off. Jeff also called ahead before pickup. Even helped me push the antique auto unto the flatbed tow truck. The hitch did the rest. Mention “Jeff” in this position review and ask for $10 off. “Whomever cannot give a little, will not receive more. For even the little they have will be taken from them. He was professional, handled my vehicle with care, and even assisted me in operating my new phone when I was having a challenge live chatting with the claim adjuster before my vehicle was towed. David was very respectful and courteous and very polite. My son and I enjoy talking to him and is friendly. There was some damage to the truck bumper when he drove. I on June 6, 2023 spoke with Scott and Nick is the owner. But Scott was a little rude but he hesitate and he thought about his representative when it comes to customers and he see roadside assistance for my insurance company. I'm so sorry that y'all people can't reality towards people that you got to lie about something but hey it don't work like that in these days of Life hey it's either you do what you need to do and it is and it's not what you can get out of anybody it don't matter what a person race is. You're responsible for your action and your problem and your dissatisfaction attitude Nick you the owner I got you and I will make sure the insurance company know about your attitude and the problematic that you caused.

Contacted All Out Towing for our 69 Chevelle Malibu convertible. Nick and Jessie were so professional and prompt. They got our car to the Hot Rod shop in College Grove with no issues. These guys have tons of experience and made us feel very confident with our choice. Jessie sent us a pic of its safe delivery. Would absolutely recommend them for your classic car needs!
