My wife and I were just towed back from AutoZone with our dead car. Not AutoZone’s fault. Just bad luck with a dead alternator.
We waited around for our insurance company’s road side service to dispatch a tow truck for about 90 minutes only to have that dispatch cancelled with no explanation and he told that it would be another 90 minutes to 2 hours for another one.
I called Bailey’s, and they had a truck there in 20 minutes. The dispatcher took the time to hear our situation. Our car was dead with the windows down, so we needed to get it in the garage if possible. He took the time to make sure to send a truck that could handle that for us.
The driver Lemmy was a consummate professional and generally kind guy. He took care of us without issue and offered to let us ride in the cab back to our house to save us money on a separate ride.
Great experience at the end of a pretty terrible day.

We called for a tow yesterday because our battery was completely dead. So much that it would not even shift into neutral. Bailey’s driver attempted to jumpstart the car for at least 30 minutes. The only way to get it on the trailer was to drag it up and eventually bounce it off.
Their driver provided me some helpful information where I could obtain the specialized battery for my vehicle. After I took his advice, I was able to get it running again in about an hour. I offered to pay for the tow, even though it didn’t happen and he refused. All he asked is that we leave them a nice review. They have earned my business for as long as I live in this community!
I would give this place negative zero stars times pi to the 3rd power but even they probably wouldn’t even understand that. These people are so rude and unprofessional. Strongly advise you to Use any other towing company except theirs and their other business (Martins Towing). Both owned by the same people.
I was recently in a wreck on interstate 65 in Nashville the police were called and my car was not able to be driven away of which the police called a tow company which was this one. Upon arrival I felt shadyness from the driver and I happen to be right because I left my firearm in the vehicle and after just one day of the car being at this place my gun was stolen from my vehicle while under their care. The company took zero accountability and gave me the run around even tried to have my car towed from there lot to not take accountability of stealing my gun
Tonight I was in a bad spot my battery die why being a witness to a resck by bailys location and I called they jump my car for free but then my car died again after they left and the come back and tow me home for a great price and was very nice and med sure I was going to get home very great service wish I could give more stars I would greatly driver and dispatcher thank you
CALL A WRECKER SERVICE THAT DOESNT WORK FOR METRO. Being stranded was the best part of my experience Monday night. The worst part was baileys lying to me and keeping me waiting. They tell you they are coming but keep on taking contract calls ahead of you.
Parked in their parking lot for literally a minute to deliver an Uber eats to the restaurant next door. Had a sign on my car that said”uber eats delivery in progress too”. Came back (again, literally within a minute) to find my car being towed and they wouldn’t budge at all despite me explaining the context and made me pay. Very predatory.
Incredible service. I'd ordered a tow to a local mechanic shop, but when I told Bailey's tow truck operator what was going on, he figured out how to fix it on the spot and refused to charge me a dime. Made a lifelong customer out of me.
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Bailey's. From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was extremely unpleasant. The representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful, making an already stressful situation even worse.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy from the customer service team was shocking. I would not recommend Bailey's to anyone in need of towing services. They need to seriously improve their customer service standards.
I had my car towed by this company and went to pick it back up with a friend. After I got my keys and car back , I drove by the front office to pick up my friend. At that point, my friend informed me of the offensive gossip that occurred about me the second I left the office. I'm not sure if Baileys manager sees these reviews, but they need to remind their workers, and themselves, of the the fact that you shouldn't be blatantly bad-mouthing your customers , especially when you're in the business of holding their personal property for ransom.
I’ve used Baileys a few times (car got stolen blah blah) and each driver has been so kind. Each time I’ve called for it to be moved they’ve shown up quickly and efficiently hooked my car up and done their thing.

I've been having truck problems, and finally gave up on trying to fix it myself and decided to get it towed to a mechanic. Bailey's Wrecker Service was recommended to me by the garage I was taking it to, and they were absolutely wonderful. The guy showed up within an hour of me calling, checked my battery and managed to get it started (a miracle!), but I decided to still have him tow it because of the issues I'd been having. I had a great chat with him before he hauled it off - friendly guy, great service, great prices. Can't beat it!

Was aggressively tailgated by one of their trucks on the interstate (with plenty of lanes for them to go around, even tho I was already doing 10 over). Called the office because I thought they'd like to know their driver was being unsafe, and was told I was probably in the way and they hung up on me. Poor, unsafe drivers, and poor, rude customer service.
Was in a tough spot, dead car on the side of the interstate in rush hour, every other towing company said "oh it'll be 4 hours minimum" called Baileys and made dispatching a driver very simple and straight forward. Driver arrived in maybe 20 minutes? Driver was extremely quick getting the car tied down and we were on the road. Everything went great an had good conversation on the ride. Equipment is also extremely well kept which is a great thing to see from a company and a Driver.
Overall the experience with them was quick easy and painless and the cost was very reasonable. Would happily call again and would easily recommend!
Bailey's towing really came in to save me! They were able to tow my car in half the time that other companies gave me, and for a much more reasonable price. Team is very competent and super friendly. If I ever need my car towed again, Bailey's towing will be my first call.
Have needed a two twice in the past 2 weeks. They were prompt, efficient, and friendly. Hope to not need again for some time, but won't hesitate to call Bailey's.
I have used Bailey's wrecker service since I started driving 33 years ago.x They show up on time. Drivers are very knowledgeable and professional. My wife broke down around 1am on I-65. She was scared and freaking out. After I called too explained the situation they sent the first available truck. She felt so safe riding with the driver.
I had 2 different trucks broke down in 2 different areas of town. They towed both of them within 2 hours and didn't rip me off. Dropped both vehicles exactly where i had asked them to, and where very helpful. I will definitely use them again if I need to.I highly recommend Bailey's Wreck Service. I also would like to thank Ashley for taking care of our people.
I called 6 towing places before reaching out to Bailey’s. They were very sympathetic and told me it would be an hour wait. The tow truck showed up about 40 minutes later.
The driver was very respectful and was prompt in getting my trailer loaded up. He was careful in loading the trailer and stayed with the trailer at the hotel until we arrived. He said he didn’t want to just leave it there until he was sure it was safe. I absolutely recommend them.
I do not recommend this place, a driver of them hit the back of my truck on February 16, they still do not want to pay me, I tried to contact them on March 1, 2021, I went to their offices and take an estimate of what they charge to repair my truck a very angry lady attended us 5:00 p.m. place ... My insurance contacted them and they do not want to pay with their insurance
We had a crazy lady rent our AirBnB that had our car towed from our property. We watched it as it happened through the cameras but couldn’t get there on time. The truck driver pull out before we could make it there to stop them. Mind you, this happened on Christmas Day and after the bombing that took place in Nashville. We really appreciate the officer and truck driver who understood our situation. This place is honest and has integrity. They were very sympathetic of the situation. Thank you so much sir and officer.
This place needs to work on their professionalism and customer service. To begin, they were absolutely rude when answering the phone. The lady I talked to had absolutely no training in customer service but the gentlemen I spoke to before her was actually very nice and tried to help me. My car was towed by this company without any warning or sticker label notifying me that my car was going to be towed. Granted metro had them come out and I get that but that was still no way for them to show poor service and no professionalism. If you are going to work at an establishment, do not be rude to the customer you’re trying to help. If you hate your job enough to transfer your bad attitude to everyone else then don’t work in something where you have to interact with customers because you don’t belong in that kind of field . Also, when a customer is coming in and is confused about something and needs explanation, don’t sit there and be rude and belittle that customer because they are genuinely asking for help. That’s no way to run an establishment. DO NOT recommend going through this towing company. By the way because of the horrible service I had to go through and the ridiculous amounts that I should have never been charged for, my insurance company fully reimbursed me. So have a lovely life.
When I called AAA for service, I was told that Bailey's would be there within the hour. After ending my call with AAA I remained patient and waited for them to tow my car from another tow company that was not AAA certified. Within 15 minutes I received a call from a lady at Bailey's claiming the nearest truck was finishing a tow job and would be there in an 1 and 10 minutes. I was upset that the quoted service time was not the same as what AAA had originally quoted.
Upon waiting an additional 45 minutes I was contacted by a man who seemed to be nice. He told me he was en-route to my location and that it would be about 20 more minutes before he could get to me. I told him that was fine and thanked him for calling me. He then changed his mind about transporting my car out of county, after he had accepted the job, and simply notified AAA to inform me he was not coming. I sat there an additional 30 minutes on top of the 20 waiting on another company to tow my car.
I WOULD NEVER USE THIS TOW COMPANY IN A MILLION YEARS. They accepted a job knowing where it needed to be towed, wasted my time, and cancelled without even having the common courtesy to inform me that he backed out of it.
Obviously they had rather accept easy jobs and leave other customers stiffed because it may have been more work than they could handle. You shouldn't treat people like that!
