I can’t thank this towing company enough! They went above and beyond to help me get my car out of the impound when I didn’t have all the money upfront. Instead of turning me away, they worked with me and showed real understanding of my situation. The driver was professional, on time, and kind, and the whole process was way less stressful than I expected.
Most places just see you as a number, but these guys actually care about people. If you ever need towing or help with an impound, I 100% recommend them. They truly look out for their customers.

My truck 2017 Volvo was towed there and the tow truck driver was awesome and Amanda in the office awesome customer service and very professional will work with you on payments for storage fees very nice.
Scott saved the day. He came quickly to assist us towing our truck 193 miles when AAA couldn't find us a tow truck. He drives extremely safe, knows his job well and was very professional. We can't thank him enough. We will definitely use him again.
Ms. Amanda and the entire staff are super courteous and helpful! My parking permit was accidentally obscured and it caused my car to be towed. Ms. Amanda helped me clear everything up and I got my car back quickly. If my car had to be towed, I’m glad it was by such a professional and friendly company haha.

The team at CML Truck & Trailer Repair recommended Southside Towing for speedy service, and we were shocked by how fast Elmer showed up. He arrived faster than I I could get it ready for takeoff. He arrived around 10 am and listened to my concerns about the possibility of further damage. Elmer made sure to remove the wheel and secure it safely before transport. He knew right away my axel hadn't been damaged, and his careful attention to that detail provided me such relief. He navigated our glamper through the bumpy roads and safely delivered it to the repair shop. I hope you never need a tow, but if you do, go ahead and call Southside Towing. I would highly recommend their speedy service.

Do not hire them to tow anything lifted! They do not know what they are doing! My truck broke down (so speedway gas station had it towed by this company). I took pictures of the suspension to show a bad pitman arm to mechanic. There was no other damage until Southside towing got involved. They broke the outer tied rod end and more. Be aware!!!

After getting home from the hospital, I noticed there was someone parked in my reserved spot. After waiting 20 minutes, I called Southside to have the car towed. She told me they would call when they’re on the way and to park in another spot. Here it is 4 hours later and they haven’t called, nor are they picking up the phone. There used to be a guy that came through all the time and would make sure all of the reserved spots were good. If he didn’t recognize the car, it was getting towed…. Now not so much. They’ve really gone downhill since he stopped coming through here.
I’ve been using south side towing for 6 years now and they are always reliable and have reasonable prices. The drives are always great and provide excellent customer service
I am big on reading reviews but some of these reviews especially the one-star, I do not agree with. I won't downplay their experience, but my experience from the moment I called to the moment they showed up was exceptional. They told me they would be at the designated area to pick up my car between 30-45 minutes. It was more like 10 minutes. It only took them 10-12 minutes to take my car to the Nissan Dealership. Having a two-year-old car not start up is stressful enough, South Side Towing & Recovery made my situation a little less stressful. The towing price was very reasonable which I will be reimbursed for through my insurance and I received my receipt immediately upon paying. If you need a tow service, I suggest you start here.
I had a terrible experience with this towing company, especially with Danny, who claims to be the owner or manager. He is extremely rude and disrespectful, with no sense of professionalism. It’s clear that karma will catch up to him sooner or later.
After my car was towed, I discovered that all of my belongings had been removed without my permission. To this day, I have yet to receive everything back. Danny keeps giving me the runaround, constantly telling me to "call back later," but never actually resolving the issue. Even his own employees seem to dislike him.
If anyone has advice on how to get this man held accountable or how to retrieve my belongings, I would really appreciate the help!
Omg! I thrive off reviews so when I saw that this place had great reviews I decided to go with them. Yesterday I talked to Homer and he was friendly and so kind and easy to talk to me. But this morning I was introduced to Rob who literally made sure I understood what was happening and talked me through the whole process. Rob reassured me that things would be okay and that he’d keep open communication about when he would dropped my car off. I appreciate great service and Rob and Homer were a great team! Thank you both! I’d definitely be calling again!
Elmer is your dude! Elmer has towed my car multiple times and has always left my car in perfect condition. Not even a scratch. You could leave a cup of water sitting on the dash of your car and it wouldn't even tip over!! 110% recommend!!!

HIT AND RUN COMPANY DRIVERS. DIRTY SCAMMING BUSINESS
One of their drivers hit my parked unoccupied vehicle and left the scene while towing another vehicle. It was more than obvious their BIG RED truck hit my car because it left red paint on my car. They totally denied hitting my car. Their business will never prosper doing dirty work. I’m a firm believer of karma. TOTAL SCAMMERS AND DIRTY WORKERS. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do better work I live on a dead end and NO OTHER DRIVERS COME ON MY END plus my neighbors saw their country bumpkin selves trying to pull the other vehicle struggling. Train your drivers on properly pulling vehicles that are in spots.
This morning around 6:00AM my husband left his car on, in front of or driveway because he forgot his lunch, on his way to work within 3-5 minutes he went outside to find his truck hooked while it was on into the towing truck. He explained to the employee he was on his way out, he just came to grab his lunch. He then stated give me a $100 and I’ll drop your truck. Which we ended up giving $100 because the truck was on and he was on his way to work. This a scam the fact that South Side has their employees watching our neighborhood. I called the company to explain the situation the man that answered the phone didn’t care and advised me to park the the truck some where else. How are we supposed to park and turn on our vehicles to go to work when we are having car breaks-ins in our neighborhood. This company is scam that take advantage of people and they are very rude!
