This company came when they said the would and delivered an excellent produce. When the car did not idle correctly afterwards, the person helped me resolve an unrelated problem! They saved my day.
I called this place and someone said they will give me a call back. I waited 3 hrs and no one called. I’ve called multiple times and now the machine is saying they are closed. When online they say they are available 24/7. Don’t recommend!

The gentleman that came to help us was great! We were from out of town and had no idea what to do and he was friendly, polite and helped my husband put the belt back on our truck. I believe his shirt said Mr.Dillon? We wanted to give him a tip but he said it wasn't allowed which I felt bad about. Only thing that was a bit frustrating was we waited 2 hours on the side of the highway which is why I gave 4 stars.
I started 2021 off horribly. I was at store and the car wouldn't start. I called AAA they came out jumped my car and ran. I was trying to get to auto zone but car just died. I'm new to town and found Chad's business. He was a"God send'. He went and got the parts that I needed and fixed my car on the spot. He treated me the way he would want someone to treat his wife, his sister. He didn't leave me in a bad situation. "Thank you" so much Chad.
Horrible! Called for assitance and the guy on the phone tried to diagnose the issue and then hung up on me like he didn't want to waste his time! How rude. I called another service and they came out looked at the car and it turns out it was a simple issue with my battery. Whoever this guy was that answered should be fired, what if that were one of his family members in need would he have hing up?

Our out-of-town family had an unfortunate experience while traveling thru Nashville on their way to the beach last week. After having a nice dinner at j. alexander's on West End Ave., they arrived back to their vehicle and realized they had locked the keys in the car. After several phone calls to local locksmiths, I received a much frustrated phone call from my uncle. I referred him to Nashville's Roadside Assistance for help. Within 25 mins., my family was inside the vehicle and was on their way. Many thanks to Chad Cherry for his prompt service and for taking such great care of his customers.
Last week my battery died in my truck and was stuck at home. I called AAA to get a battery replacement. Long story short, they didn't even stock the battery I needed. I called Nashville roadside and they had the battery I needed. They had my battery replaced in a little over an hour after my call. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company.
I locked my keys in my car and the first place I called wanted $125 to unlock my car!!! I called these folks and they unlocked it for just $55. I wouldn't use anyone else in Nashville.
