These guys were decent and informative. Very expensive for every service however. Also here’s a picture of one of their drivers parked in a fire lane to shop at Petsmart recently.
DO NOT USE THEM,I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM!!!!They ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL MY RADIATOR TO MY CAR BUSTED THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $275 MY CAR 0.8 MILES DOWN THE STREET TO MY HOUSE…THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER LIED AND SAID MY CAR WAS UNDER INVESTIGATION AND ENDED UP TAKING MY CAR TO THEIR TOW LOT…I CALLED THEM THE NEXT MORNING AND THEY WERE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND TOLD ME IF I WANTED MY CAR I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $800 FOR THEM TO RELEASE MY CAR…THEY ARE VERY NON-PROFESSIONAL
Over priced and horrible ownership, they haven't updated address or number since they bought out dukes so insurance couldn't locate the vehicle for a couple days and they charged storage fees through the roof. Thats a shady business move dodge phone calls and won't update their business information to milk people for more money. Should only have been charged for 1 day since they tried to recover vehicle but no phone answer and wrong address on file so they charged 1100+bucks for tow and storage. Update your info like a professional.
I was stranded on I 65 and called Harry’s. They said they would be there in 30 minutes. 25 minutes later they arrived. Charles was our Tow truck driver. He was friendly and courteous and got us where we needed to go safely. Thanks Charles!
They were very quick! The guy that picked me up was great. Even made sure I I was gonna have a ride from where we dropped off my vehicle. Hopefully in a good way I won’t need their services again but if I need a tow again they will be the first I call.
This company is illegally withholding my sisters belongs from her. Anyone who has an issue with this can take this company or any other tow company to small claims court. Tennessee law requires tow companies to return personal belongings from the vehicle whether fees are paid yet or not.
One of this company’s trucks nearly ran me off the road. Rather than waiting to merge into existing traffic, the driver tried to use the center lane as an acceleration lane and tried to get in front of me rather than waiting for me to pass. Very aggressive driving in rainy weather makes me question their professionalism.
Harry's Towing recovered our car after my wife was hit by a man who was charged with DUI. Fortunately she had only minor injuries. Through the process of dealing with the aftermath, we had to call Harry's several times. Each time the call was quickly answered, and they were always helpful and courteous. I had to make two trips to remove personal items from the car and they said, "take the time you need." We say, Thank You Harry's Towing! We well keep your number, and we will recommend you!
i ended up calling harry's after another company left me stranded with no updates for over three hours. twenty minutes after my call to harry's, mr. charles lamb had my car hooked and en route to my mechanic. charles was very professional and personable and now harry's will have a repeat customer because of charles' empecible customer service. charles gets it and harry's should be proud to have an employee like him representing their company!!!
Watch out. TN state law for towing is 4.50 a mile. “Only when towing at a police officer's request. This rate is not to exceed $4.50 per mile.”
They charged me $470.00 for Storage and towing.

Harry's has always been great service and good prices. Although I called in November 2019 to have my suv towed and when the truck showed up it was a Dukes towing truck not Harry's. They said they bought Harry's and wanted to charge me $175 to take my suv when Harry's had taken it the same trip a couple months prior for half that. If you call Harry's make sure to ask if its Harry's or Dukes and get a quote on the phone.
I am from Michigan and I was traveling with my three foster kids and one has cerebral palsy and autism. So when we hit the pothole on 65 just passed highland overpass at 6:30 on Sunday father's day and it took out two of my tires it was not fun for them. Tim got upset. I called three places before I got to Harry's no one could help. I explained the situation and was by this point emotional. He said I can help. They came and kept Tim calm and took us to a hotel close to the tire shop and took the car there for me. Wonderful customer service and I highly recommend them.
Super friendly really quick service called and only waited 20 minutes and the driver was very fast and extremely polite if i need a tow or my friends do i know who to use.
Harry's towing helped me move a 5th wheel camper from Knoxville to Nashville and it honestly could not have been better. I have used this service several other times as well and it has always been a terrific experience. Highly recommended.
Called to have our car towed 10 minutes to a local repair shop from our home on a Saturday afternoon. Waited 24 hours and they never showed or called back. Ended up having to call another company.
