Today Tuesday the 8th of October my son had visited a friend home apartments Haynes Garden I believe therefore instead of pulling in her parking space he bag back-wards in the parking spot no handicap spot no flat tires visiting 2 hours, next tow truck pick vehicle up West Nashville wrecker, actually he didn't know who had the vehicle didn't leave no warning no information, the neighbors told him my son he's not from this area therefore he wouldn't know the rules, tow truck picked the vehicle up no signs or warnings nowhere located, go pick up the vehicle they want $293.00 when we get there around 6: 00 pm, they picked it up around 3 or 4, and now insurance on the vehicle before they can return it now that's a little bit too far they're not the lien holders that's a violation of law, also has put a lien on a vehicle within 24 hours Now that don't sound right what an headache while we were there West Nashville wrecker, An speaking to manage lady with blonde hair at the window said she was management, she tell I and my son.. they have picked up 10,000 cars within 2 months 😲 sounds like a lot of oppression for Low income Community, Neighborhoods a burden for the people how they able to get their groceries out other cars handicap issues if they have to turn One direction, sounds pretty sad for low income Community, the tow truck people even worser, Totally against the constitutional rights of the people. If Reading this you need to file a Civil Suit Lawsuit these people causing poverty in the low income Housing Community it is a violation of your Constitutional Rights..Call your Councilman they're not allowed to tow your vehicle because it's backed in.. they've actually stole your vehicle there's laws. You can't make up your law West Nashville wrecker you're violating laws just like the Housing authority file a Civil Suit against Company's Common law, putting people in more debt trying to live, Low income Communities get ahold of your councilman now this is absurd. End up costing$340 for visiting with no warning ⚠️ they're working together. Shame .
Broke down in the middle of the intersection at the stop sign! In 30 seconds the police car was behind me! A police officer called right the way the wreck company! Mister Larry came about 30 minutes after the call! He was super polite and professional! He took me to the truck stop because all the services were closed on the Weekend! I was charged$ 800 for 15 miles! I think it was fair - considering that the mister Policeman called them and not me! Thanks Larry for your service!
Kevin aka KB was top tier. I have been in the trucking industry for a while and I have yet to run into a tow truck driver with such great customer service, patience, kindness. He got there at the exact time he said he would arrive. I’m not from here so I was a little worried but he got the job done and went the extra mile with a smile. He even gave me some pointers and safety tips while driving over the road and while he was there we realized my air lines were broken and he assisted me with that because I didn’t have the tools. If you are in the Tennessee area I would recommend you call West Nashville. Even the dispatchers were kind over the phone. I thought my day was wrecked but they sent Kevin to the rescue. Truly heaven sent
