When my insurance's POS tow company ghosted me, Conner from West Nash Wreckers saved my night. He towed me and my tire busted Tesla to a repair shop at 1am. Cannot appreciate you guys enough! Despite the crap scenario in my night, Conner was very sociable, made me feel incredibly comfortable and well cared for. Just cannot say enough positive things about an otherwise dumb night. Appreciate you guys more than you know!!
Johnny was extremely helpful and kind during a stressful situation when my car broke down, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help.
Unfortunately, after my vehicle was towed to the dealership, I learned that the way it was hooked up to the tow truck caused damage to my car. The dealership identified the damage after it arrived.
I have since tried to contact the company to address this issue but have not been able to get in touch with anyone, and I have not received any assistance or acknowledgment regarding the damage.
While I’m grateful for Johnny’s help, I’m disappointed that no one from the company has taken responsibility or followed up. I believe reimbursement for the damage caused would be appropriate, and I’m sharing this experience so others are aware.
This business has been doing this to many other people and I am once again another target. We have lived at this apartment complex since August (writing this in January) and have always parked our car without the apartment tags in the designated visitor parking for our building. The car was literally towed last night and they claim that our complex has specific spray paint “visitor” and even the office manager for the property said that the car was parked in the right spot and there is no spray paint for visitor. They are trying to take advantage of people to make a profit by towing regardless if it’s parked in the right spot or not. We’ve even had a motorcycle in visitor parking since we moved and it was left behind…it is illegal to unlawfully tow a vehicle for false pretenses and according to the Tennessee law, “a vehicle may not be towed without authorization by the owner of the vehicle until twelve (12) hours have elapsed since it was first observed to be immobile or unattended unless the vehicle is creating a hazard, blocking access to public or private property, or parked illegally.“ (Tennessee Code Title 55. Motor and Other Vehicles § 55-16-111). We tried to ask for a written statement or proof of the car in the wrong space but they refused and just said “you’re wrong end of story.” So with absolutely no proof, no pictures, no videos, just their words claiming, they towed the car. Then charged us $274 to come get it back. This is just a scam company taking cars for no reason and no proof and then charging crazy amounts to make a profit. Shame.

They are charging for the service, yet do not offer any option to pay online and instead require in-person payment in Nashville, TN only, which is completely unreasonable—especially for an out-of-state licensed auto dealer.
They placed multiple unnecessary obstacles to release the vehicle and refused to show any flexibility in their policies. As a dealer, it is not realistic or efficient to travel the same day just to present proof of ownership, particularly when we were fully willing and able to provide all required documentation via email, which is standard practice in the automotive industry.
Their processes are outdated, lack basic digital capabilities, and show little to no concern for customer service or reasonable problem-solving.
I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting professionalism, efficiency, or modern business practices.
They towed my car that’s fine not mad about that but to tell me I can’t have my car if I can’t show proof of insurance just took me out .then have the nerves to tell me they would give it to me if I pay a extra $50 .. my new card was at home so I called State Farm and the sent me a virtual one ..so if you don’t have insurance they just take your money and your still driving without it .. they are ripping people off .. should be ashamed of themselves will never use them on a regular day ……
The attendants were nice enough, but the way this company charges astronomical amounts for random things is INSANE. 3 letters sent to the car participants, and I got charged $75 for EACH letter. A letter, in the mail. Their storage fees don’t make any sense, they’ll charge you a full day if it sits there for 2 hours. My car went in late Saturday night and I picked it up Monday afternoon - was charged for 3 full days of storage. Felt completely screwed leaving there today.
These guys are the reason that tow truck drivers have the reputation that they do. These guys are the reason why our taxi/transportation board has had to pass new regulations. Be careful who you do business with.
Would hope a company has common sense to check and make sure your car had a parking sticker for your own complex but that wasn’t the case. (Wish I was joking with this all) but love that my 9 month pregnant wife and I woke up to our car gone and towed just for them to only say “oops”.
I brought my friend here. Her car was tolled. I set in the car while she conducted business. I will say there’s so many huge trucks, besides their tow trucks running in and out of the parking lot. That was scary for me. The entrance road is terrible. Much work needed. She was satisfied.
My semi truck broke down , highway 40 west near 146 exit Tennessee. I called Dad towing. Excellent customer Service, fast dispatch , very reasonable price . Very professional and best part fast and efficient. All the best.
A tow truck driver from here towed my boyfriend car would have earned a 5 star rating but when he drove his car about 2 minutes down the road after picking it up the vehicle was making noise and shaking now he has to pay extra money on top of the $231 fee they changed us, also we have gave them a call we haven't received a call back yet.
UPDATE ‼ Oct 27, 2025 they have fixed the issue with my boyfriend car but they have not refunded him for towing his car when he was rightfully parked with proof also when we first called about his vehicle we were told it wasn't there‼‼‼ SEEMS LIKE SOME KIND OF SCHEME IS GOING ON WITH THIS PLACE TO BE HONEST ‼‼‼

Had to call a tow on the interstate. Manuel was punctual, polite, and a gentleman. I had to ride to the closest Firestone and the truck was clean. Also both people I talked with on the phone were very nice. Great experience.

My truck broke down on 24. Matt came to rescue me. He was a very professional cooperators. He did his job wonderfully. He was very cognizant about the truck. I was driving in the trailer I had on and he was very friendly on all 10 out of 10.
Highly recommend these guys! Richard was very professional, stepped out of his truck with a smile on his face and immediately introduced himself. He walked me through everything he would be doing with my car and assured the safety of my car. Sent photos of it being dropped off. Couldn’t ask for a better experience under the circumstances.
I had my card towed by these people and they knocked my car out of gear and hit a tree and my air conditioner. I couldn't even get the driver to pull my car out after all this and they are saying it's not there fault. I'm a single mom and now I've been with out air in my house and no way to go anywhere use someone else

While I’ve already taken the appropriate legal steps on my end, I’m posting this review to warn others and hopefully empower the next person who finds themselves in a similar situation.
Avoid West Nashville Wrecker Service at all costs. Operations Manager Greg Beaty was dismissive, unprofessional, and in my experience, the epitome of negligence and bad business. Their team will likely try to get you to sign a liability waiver, releasing them from all responsibility for damages — do not sign anything without seeking legal counsel.
If you’re dealing with this company now, my advice is this: Document everything — photos, videos, timestamps, communication logs — and begin building your case immediately. Do not rely on anyone from their staff to “make things right.” They will protect themselves, not your property.
I hope this review helps someone avoid the emotional and financial stress I’ve had to endure.
Worst company in Nashville, I urge all complexes and businesses to contract a different wrecking company to do business. I parked my car at my apartment complex with the permit on the dash and they took my car even without a notice sticker on it. They took my car and the permit fell to the floor and even with the permit I had to pay full amount for their ignorance. These people are not good for business, guest or residence. they are a scam!
Kevin aka KB was top tier. I have been in the trucking industry for a while and I have yet to run into a tow truck driver with such great customer service, patience, kindness. He got there at the exact time he said he would arrive. I’m not from here so I was a little worried but he got the job done and went the extra mile with a smile. He even gave me some pointers and safety tips while driving over the road and while he was there we realized my air lines were broken and he assisted me with that because I didn’t have the tools.
If you are in the Tennessee area I would recommend you call West Nashville. Even the dispatchers were kind over the phone.

Broke down in the middle of the intersection at the stop sign! In 30 seconds the police car was behind me! A police officer called right the way the wreck company! Mister Larry came about 30 minutes after the call! He was super polite and professional! He took me to the truck stop because all the services were closed on the Weekend! I was charged$ 800 for 15 miles! I think it was fair - considering that the mister Policeman called them and not me! Thanks Larry for your service!
They are horrible they damaged my vehicle and said they where not going to cover anything my insurance and mechanic looked at my vehicle in detail and could see where the forks of the snatch a grab truck when through my rim and squeezed my rim and split my rim, rotor and severely damaged a lot of the chassis of my vehicle. They didn’t want to help me at all or even come out in person to assist the damages on my car. I am currently having to have my insurance Sue them and take care I’ve the damages. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR TORN UP. !!!
