If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Very bad experience with this towing/car transport company. They refused to release my car even though I had the title in my name! The staff were extremely rude, and they asked me to pay $630 just to get my car back — and still didn’t give it to me.
The lady working there was extremely rude and very racist, treating me with no respect at all.
They even told me to bring the previous owner, which makes no sense since I don’t even know them.
Honestly, I don’t recommend anyone to deal with this company — they are unprofessional, dishonest, and disrespectful.
UNPROFESSIONAL!! This company not only towed my car from my apartment complex but also flattened my tire. They stole my car from my gated apartment complex downtown nashville and then quoted me 230$ to get it back. The lady on the phone was rude and offered no sincerity when I explained I use my car for work. After getting my car back I realized that I got a flat tire from them taking it, probably picking up a nail as they sped away from my apartment. They didn’t even give a warning/reason for taking my car. Very upsetting and I would rate them 0/5 if I could!!!!!!!
One call and got them dispatched to tow a truck and trailer that was broke down on the side of I-40 to the dealership. Had to get them to take the trailer to terminal before going to dealership. No hassle and got the job done quickly with no hassle.
Str did a cross dock for useon Saturday night. NICHOLE is very professional took care of me very quickly they have good size dock space with plenty of doors they do accept efs I highly recommend . If you in need of emergency cross dock service.
The woman who answers the phone is very unprofessional and just plumb rude!!! She wasn’t specific in everything that I needed to be able to pick my car up MIND YOU this man set there waiting on me 2 HOURS AFTER HIS SHIFT. I spoke to this woman 5 times on my way there to make sure I had everything I needed I get there turns out I needed my title that she claims she said I needed and that it was on a recorded line IT WAS NEVER SAID!! Why would I waste my time and gas and go all the way there with everything needed and not have everything. So now I have to pay more fees which is what they want obviously. 300$ ain’t enough and they pick up my car 3 hours ago.
The tow truck driver towed my car to a garage and forgot to give the person in charge of the garage the key to my car. I had to call STR twice before the shop wound up with the key.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company loves to take advantage of customers & avoid conflict at all costs. Poor business. If you call then be prepared to be overcharged.
Tyler was friendly and professional. He picked me and my truck up on i40. He also knew where to correctly hook the frame and not my suspension to load the truck. Give that man a raise.
Watch out! We hired them for a restacking job, and during our initial conversation, I was quoted $250 per hour with an estimated duration of 2–3 hours. Ended up charging us $3250 without any notice about extra charges. I contacted Nano and informed him that I had a recording when I was originally, which I also sent to his email. Unfortunately, I never received a response. Be careful, they own couple other companies under different names, the one I hired is TN Load Shift.
I had a service truck come out today to help my stranded truck today , fuel filter was clogged they changed it out , truck had same issue down the street again, changed it out and gave the driver some extra filters at no cost for just incase I have to say that is above and beyond service ! Some good help is still out there thank you again !
Tyler is the man he is a true asset to the company he came out there fix my truck he was very professional and knowledgeable and didn’t try and over charge me he kept real with me got the job done fast to went above and beyond to get the job done I really appreciate the service I received from Tyler I will definitely call and ask for Tyler to service my truck again the best I ever had to work on my truck
I know some people will have to but I hope no one ever has to deal with these people. They are extremely rude, will cuss you out for them taking your car and only care about getting their $350+ per car. Plus you have to have cash in order to get your car back. And if you give them the attitude they give you back to them, they will try to keep your car for as long as they can because they can. I hope their business gets shut down by all the people about to sue them. I’d give them negative 5 stars if I could.
Showed up to the location where i was TOLD to go to get my vehicle back by the dispatcher. 70 Fesslers Lane. An employee pulls up after 10 minutes sitting outside the fence, he asks me a number of questions as if i didn’t belong there.
“WHAT ARE YOU DOING? WHY ARE YOU HERE? WHAT VEHICLE? WHO TOLD YOU TO COME HERE?” All with attitude.
Im obviously here to get my car back. I was told to come to this location by the dispatcher. Its the white van. I dont know the dispatchers name?! For the love of god i just want my car back. Its 12am on valentines evening.
“HEY I DONT NEED TO GIVE YOU YOUR CAR BACK IF YOURE GONNA GIVE ME ATTITUDE!” Lol ok guy.
Apparently even the way i counted the money and set it on the desk wasn’t gentle enough for the busted valise that is shown in the photo, i was once again threatened that i wasn’t going to get my car back.

Rob at STR saved my LIFE. My oil pan crack on I24 and I pulled over, ran in the gas station, came out and Rob was already pulled over in front of my car asking me if I needed a tow. Not only did he have the best possible timing ever, but he agreed to take me all the way Clarksville!! On top of that, my car is lowered. Rob had the knowledge to know to ask me if I had my tow hook with me. I was floored. Again, Rob is a lifesaver. 1000% recommend this company!!!
I hated that I needed a tow~but extremely happy to have had this company tow my Tahoe. Rob showed up in about 30 minutes and had my Tahoe loaded in a flash! I hope to never need them again but if I do~I’m definitely calling this company!! Ask for Rob!!!!
These folks left us sitting there, after waiting the proposed wait time I called back... and then they dispatched their driver. So for a 5-6 minute drive from their location to the airport, we waited probably 60 minutes. When the guy turned up, he came barreling through the parking lot toward us at an excess of 30-40 mph, and then was just incredibly rude, didn't treat my car with care, and then they had the audacity to charge $147.50 just to change a tire.
Will never use again.
Edit to response: 40 minute ETA was given, pricing was not explained, just stated, and it was predatory because you abused a helpless individual who had no other option, and didn’t have a jack or I would have changed it myself. Also doesn’t excuse the behavior of your staff toward me and my vehicle.

Great experience all the way around. All the people I delt with where friendly and easy to get along with. They showed up exactly when they said they would. Got the job done right for a fair price. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
