Mr.Buddy was awesome! My work van broke down right in front of his house and he had 2 calls to run already and caught me while he was walking out to head to those calls. He brought my van all the way to Nashville without question on his flat bed. This guy needs a raise! He could easily have told me he was already booked and it would have been totally understandable. Instead he went out of his way to help me out! Made my day seem a little less stressful. Please recognize Mr.Buddy in some way at your company Thanks again sir. Edit. Used you guys again tonight and Mr. Donald came out and got my van unstuck where I turned too sharp into a customers driveway and my back wheel dropped into the ditch pinning the van onto the concrete. I was under the impression that the shock had broken. Mr. Donald immediately let me know he thought the van was okay and drivable. He could have not said a word and towed the van and made more from the tow. Instead he picked the back tire up carefully with the flatbed and set it perfectly back in the driveway. He charged me a 1/4 of the price he would have to tow it. Thank you so much sir, you didn't have to tell me anything about my van being okay but you did, which saved us lots of money. I hope they pay you what your worth. In my opinion your worth a million bucks and a steak dinner. Thanks again Mr.Donald God bless you sir.
Nate Huffman did an amazing job helping my family get a car towed from a wreck. He asked questions and confirmed the job was completed. Great customer service. I would definitely recommend
I parked at a Walgreens that was closed at 10pm, i got there at 2am. I literally was there for 30 mins getting food. I come out and my car is gone. The signs outside of the building did not contain a phone number to call. Luckily I have a newer car and it is link to gps /trackers otherwise I wouldn't have known where my car was. When I tracked my car it was just pulling into the lot which means they towed it as soon as I was walking into the building. I was able to google the phone number and put the location. I had to pay for an uber as well as provide 4 forms of ID. The lady at the front desk had no empathy and appeared not to care about the situation. She stated she did have a supervisor when I asked for one and was very rude. I had to pay 231.00 of money I didn't have and feel like this was a setup. Like you walk into a building and they pull up and tow you. If wouldn't have had the features I have then I wouldn't ever have found my car. This seems more than shady and unethical. The company should make this right.
