It’s never any fun when you’re traveling and your vehicle breaks down. Eddie made a world of difference and we so appreciate his attitude and helpfulness. We had been in town one day, dropped our RV at the park, and our truck broke down the next evening. Yes the tow was expensive but we didn’t have many options. Not only did Eddie offer to take us to another repair shop when the dealer said it would be a week before they would look at it, but he also drove us back to our RV after dropping off the truck. Instead of having a bad experience and issues upon issues, he made the experience so much easier!!!
I have used Dad’s Towing for years and they always impress from start to finish. They have always been extremely prompt and helpful, but today our driver Tim, went well above and beyond to help us get our truck back to our garage. We can always count on Dad’s to provide us with honest and affordable service!
Horrible customer service. Agent that answers the phone didn’t tell the driver where the key was. Key got lost on the highway, when in their possession. She never apologized or calls us back. Then hung up on me when I inquired about the dispute. Now we have to get a new key made. Would have been nice to at least have a manager call me back.
