Hook Em' Up Towing JunkYard in Nashville (TN)

DO NOT RECOMMEND — I was told 45min -1 hr wait which was totally fine and was 1.8miles away from towing business. I was NEVER told about a cancellation fee of 65$ at any point in time. I called 1hr 40min later and was told it would atleast be another 45 minutes. I explained I have another option and to go ahead and cancel for my pickup. I got a call back stating my card would be charged 65$ for cancelling. —DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you want to wait for non estimated wait times and pricy pickup.

As a show car driver, it’s always a heartbreak when I can’t drive home. Thankfully, they’ve saved me twice now, and will probably continue to save me in the future. I’m very thankful for their work, without scraping a wheel, or scratching the paint. It’s a flawless tow service that’s quick, easy, and I cannot thank them enough for their work. Until next time, Brian. I owe you a lot. It ain’t no flatbed, but I’d argue that I like this type of truck better than a flatbed.

We are so grateful for Brian and Amanda at Hook ‘Em Up Towing. We we’re traveling from AL to WI when our vehicle broke down in Nashville. They safely towed us to a safe location from a very busy highway. We made arrangements to rent a U-Haul with tow dolly to get our vehicle back home. However, being a classic rear wheel drive car, the drift shaft needed to be disconnected before it could travel on the dolly. They even came back and helped us again by disconnecting the drive shaft for us. Without their help we don’t know how we would have gotten the vehicle home. They also stayed in contact with us updating us on their status for arrival. Highly recommend Hook ‘Em Up Towing if you find yourself in need.

These guys have helped me THREE times and each time was better than before. Very communicative, flexible, and friendly. They operate with a lot of integrity and passion. Most importantly, they saved my birthday this past weekend without even knowing it by towing my car around while looking for shops to service me and advising me on what to do. Very thankful for these guys at Hook ‘Em Up Towing! My car broke down on New Year’s Day, gave them a call, and they were able to help me out! Took a couple hours for them to get to my vehicle, due to high demand and being a holiday, but great service and friendly attitudes! They gave me suggestions on auto shops to take the car to based off its conditions. Overall very helpful, trustworthy, and would recommend them to everyone!

I'm not kidding when I say this is the best small business I've dealt with in a long time. Got to me within 30 mins and got me back on the road within 15 after that. Super friendly and will actually keep there business card in my wallet.

Hands down one of the best tow companies ive ever used. I will definitely recommend these guys to other people in the area. So far they have towed 2 of my vehicles the first tow was my 1996 Chevrolet Impala SS when my starter failed. And my one of a kind Mustang shelby gt500. Its pretty hard to find a tow company that is willing to go the extra mile to transport a vehicle with as such care as these guys did. Thanks again Hook Em' Up Towing perfect service 5/5 Stars.

Read whole review-GO ELSEWHERE. Terrible, rude “owner”, careless contractor who can’t judge clearance. I knew it was a bad sign when their driver showed up around midnight after we were told it would be towed by 7pm. In transit, they damaged my car by driving under/against the trees at the mechanic shop. When I picked up my car the next day, I saw the damage and immediately called Hook ‘Em Up, and was assured the owner would call me back to discuss my concerns. I also left two emails. Not only did he never respond, when I call back the “wife” said “Oh he’s been out of town/we have dashcams/we took pictures/damage was already there” but is unable to answer where the specific damage is or provide the proof. It was just a bunch of deflection instead of providing customer service. When asked if she could tell me what the damage looked like (since she allegedly has documented it) she hung up, then blocked my number.(Hi, do you think that’s going to help?)Don’t risk your vehicle and go to a professional company that actually owns their fleet and has a legitimate brand, not an incompetent “co-owner”.

Not a good experience. When I called, I was quoted a 2.5 hour wait and a cost of $ 310. When the truck was overdue, I was told it would be another 45 minutes. So, I canceled. The next day, I called another service and was quoted $ 130 and a 30 minute wait. They turned out to be early. Lesson learned... call a competitor the next time!

A true 24 hour service!!! I called 5 other places that claimed on Google they were 24 hours and only got voicemail but Hook em Up Towing answered on the first ring and dove over 30 miles to meet me and jump my car and test my battery and explain that everything was good. They took the time to show me my test results from my battery m and alternator, setting my mind at ease in the middle of a 2000 mile road trip. If you want fast, friendly quality and affordable service this is your team, I definitely recommend Hook em Up Towing.

Very professional and affordable towing company. I was very impressed with knowledge and consideration of my situation. They got right on it and delivered my truck without any problems. The price was half of competitors price. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again if the occasion arises. The owners were super nice!!!!

They rescued my daughter and I when we were broken down in an unfamiliar state. While AAA left us stranded...STILL have not heard from AAA (3 hours later), hook em' up towing explained the process, waited with us to ensure OUR safety, and followed up with us after our car was towed. I am ETERNALLY grateful for their friendly, fast service. Truly! If you find yourself in need, please use these amazing people.

I contacted Amanda who helped me a great deal. The towing had a couple extended times where it was taking longer than expected, but other than that the service was great. They performed quick work. Amanda was very helpful, and was patient with my tired self lol. I'd reccomend. It is pricey though.

i had 3 cars with dead batteries. i called hookem up and they arrived within the hour. my plan was to focus on one of the cars and have it towed. they offered to test and replace batteries if needed before towing. They’ve worked on existing batteries (all 3 of them) including one hybrid most of the afternoon. They. were knowledgeable and friendly. they purchased and installed 2 (good ones not AAA). So thankful to have the cars running again especially 2 days before thanksgiving! highly recommend.

Great, professional service at 1am about 50 miles outside of Nashville. Tried several other tow companies but either no answer, message machine or unable. Even my insurance company who eventually called back was late as I was already in the process of returning back. Thank you so very much!

After getting into an accident and my insurance company leaving me stranded, Hook Em' Up Towing saved the day and got me and my car home safely. Amanda and Brian are incredibly nice and helpful, and I would highly recommend this service to anyone. They answered all of my panicked calls, arrived quickly, and kept me updated throughout the process as well as had a reasonable price. You won't be disappointed if you use this company.

Brian and Amanda were great. Very friendly. For the first time in Nashville the tow truck company told me a price on the phone and it was just that when they were done. I manage a fleet of vans I've had to use at least 7 tows here in the last year. I've found my tow truck. Highly recommend?

All I can say is WOW! This was my first time using this company and they were perfect! My car overheated on the interstate in the middle of a snowstorm and they came to my rescue within 30 minutes. Great communication and great prices! I highly recommend using their services when you are in need.

They were quick and are good on communication. The price is reasonable as well. They are also very personable. I knew I made the right choice calling them. Local Nashvillians who knew my mechanic and exactly where to take my vehicle. Always a great plus when in need of a service in this growing city.

My husband was in a car accident. Didn't know who to call... so I called hook em up,they were there within 20mins drove from Nashville to clarksville to bring my car home... Very respectful and very nice. Even ask how my husband was doing.. for sure will call them again if needed too.

OMG THIS WAS THE BEST!!!! tow truck experience I’ve ever had. They did such a wonderful job. The wait time was not bad, they were quick even got me back on the road. They were also reasonable. I told her I would marry her husband because I thought I was going to have to my car in the shop but luckily it was fixed. Thank you so much.

My tire ripped out from under me which of course is never on anyone's agenda for the day and they were there in about an hour during rush hour and got me all set up. The fee was not bad at all especially for such a hassle my car was. Incredibly kind folks that were patient and careful. I would highly recommend them if you find yourself in a bend.
