Had a great experience with Hook 'em Up. I have a 50 year old Toyota Land Cruiser that is almost done with a full restoration. We had a pipe burst in our home and had to move it out to fix the garage ceiling. HeU came to the rescue and did a great job moving a very heavy, very fragile (in my eyes) antique truck with no brakes from one hilly location to another. They came through even when 2 of their employees called out today. They were careful, respect and got the job done. They even helped me push the truck up the sloped entrance to the storage unit - great service.
We had our car towed in the middle of the night for about 3 hours back to our hometown, and the experience was honestly as good as it could possibly be under stressful circumstances.
The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly kind. Communication was clear from start to finish, the tow was handled safely, and everything felt calm and well-managed. You can tell these are good people who take pride in their work.
Late-night situations like this can be overwhelming, but they made it smooth and reassuring. Really grateful for the service and would 100% recommend them to anyone needing a long-distance tow.

We had a tire blow on the interstate on an icy February night. Every tire store in the city was closed or out of stock so towing became required. Hook Em Up Towing answered on first call, was there within an hour, and towed our vehicle to our local repair shop in Dickson. I didnt even have to wait for the tow truck. I just left my key where they advised me to during the phone call, and they took care of the rest. The best part? The bill ended up being less than the initial quote! Highly recommend this business.
Hook 'Em Up Towing provided a quote to tow my vehicle after a few basic questions, and included which stipulations would increase the price. They were realistic about their scheduling abilities, and very communicative regarding an unexpected delay. The driver was capable and got the job done more quickly than I expected, and provided additional information regarding potential car donation.
I never expected to call around shopping for tow quotes, but I read area company reviews & made my choice accordingly, and I'm really thankful I did. They were able to provide honest work in a time of need, and much later in the day than I would've expected. Thanks, y'all!
My car wasn’t towed until twelve hours after I called to schedule, however, the owner was very nice and communicative of the situation, and she called again to apologize for the delay. Service was very friendly, and there were no issues getting my car to its intended destination. Great customer service!

Had some big issues with my cars engine and needed a tow to my local Hyundai dealership to get the mechanical help I needed. Gave me an inaccurate ETA, we waited so long the city department of transportation showed up to help before them. They charged me for a cancellation, which would have been understandable had I been told that a fee would apply. Not only did they charge me $100 to cancel (because they didn’t come in time) but they tried to charge me 3 separate times.
Brian is a great business owner and takes care of his customers. They are the epitome of what a service business should be. Excellent customer service, fair pricing, and flawless fulfillment.

I requested a tow service (distance ~5 miles) for my personal vehicle and was quoted $148.50, which was fine. They were late for about 1.5 hour which was understandable. They were nice and careful about handling my vehicle, which I appreciated it. After they towed the vehicle to a repair shop, the owner of the shop requested them to unload the vehicle to a designated parking lot which did not have many empty spots. They told me they would need to jump start my vehicle (without mentioning any additional charge) and then drive it into an empty spot. I agreed because it thought it would be free. It wasn't; they charged me $50 for the service that I did not request. The communication lacks transparency. If you choose to use their services, be prepared for long wait and hidden charges.
I was in a tight spot (hung over a median with my tire in the air) and these guys helped me out. He had incredible knowledge (and 20+ years experience) on how to get my car off safely and completely without damage. The whole process went about as quickly as I could for. Would highly recommend.
I can't say enough good things about Hook Em' Up Towing! I was stranded on I-24 during rush hour with a flat tire - a total nightmare. I called Hook Em' Up Towing and they were incredibly responsive. I purchased a used truck that unfortunately broke down just 20 minutes after buying it. After spending over 30 minutes on hold with AAA (who ultimately denied service because the vehicle wasn’t registered yet), and striking out with two other towing companies that didn’t answer, I finally found Hook Em Up Towing.
I spoke to a rep immediately—no hold time, just clear communication and a quick quote. Within four minutes (not a joke), the tow truck was on the scene. Some of that was pure luck, but this company had fair pricing, fast response time, and smooth, professional service when I really needed it.
Hopefully I won’t need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do, I’m definitely calling them first.
I was quoted $320 for the job, but was charged $494 with no communication about the additional charges or equipment needed. I was told "the quote is just an estimate and they don’t know what’s needed until they arrive", which I understood from the beginning but I would have appreciated a heads-up of additional costs - especially that high. I wasn’t given the option to approve or decline the added costs, and I would have declined had I been called.
On top of that, they arrived 7 hours later than my scheduled pickup time. While they did mention being behind that morning, I had no idea that meant a delay of a full 7 hours, and clearer communication would have made a big difference.
Overall, the lack of transparency and poor communication made this a very frustrating experience and I will not be using them again. It feels yucky and scammy.
Lastly, I'll mention they said they could "return" the car to it's original location and cancel the job for a cancellation fee of $140. So, I'm left with the "choice" of leaving the extra charge of $180, (already ran my card) for the job. OR an extra $140 for essentially ~no~ completion of the job.
Just try someone else or be weary of extra fees with no call.

Me and my family was on our way to California when our vehicle broke down passing through Nashville. I am so happy I used this towing service they really helped us out in a very big way. They recommended a local shop that we could use to have our vehicle fixed at and sent there tow truck driver out to tow our vehicle to that particular shop. I am really happy with the service I received from Hook Em' Up Towing when I needed to get my vehicle towed. I was in a bit of a bind after my car broke down on the highway, and they came through for me in a big way. From the moment I called, everything was handled efficiently and professionally.
Terrible terrible company. Told me it was going to be 45 mins to an hour, ended up taking 3+ hours, didn’t even care to give me a heads up or courtesy call that they were running hours behind. After I called multiple times, the dense woman answering the phone got the estimate wrong by genuine hours. Like I understand if the estimate is wrong by 30 minutes or so, and at least you can do is give me call to let me know. Also they overcharged for a 5 minute tow hook up, they charged $175 when another company located further away would’ve done $130. Please please please, for your own sake and sanity, do not use this company
Brian & Amanda were one of the nicest tow truck operation i meet. They were very helpful going above and beyond just towing our corvette. Brian help us out BIG time saving me close to 200.00 by find out the wire to.the alternator was loose he helped fix it and jump the battery and was taking his time out to make sure everything was OK to go. We need more people like them two in this world. Very nice and very helpful. And the price for the tow was great. Very reasonable. I hope they do well and be safe out there. We are so grateful for Brian and Amanda at Hook ‘Em Up Towing. We we’re traveling from AL to WI when our vehicle broke down in Nashville. They safely towed us to a safe location from a very busy highway. We made arrangements to rent a U-Haul with tow dolly to get our vehicle back home. However, being a classic rear wheel drive car, the drift shaft needed to be disconnected before it could travel on the dolly. They even came back and helped us again by disconnecting the drive shaft for us. Without their help we don’t know how we would have gotten the vehicle home. They also stayed in contact with us updating us on their status for arrival. Highly recommend Hook ‘Em Up Towing if you find yourself in need.
As a show car driver, it’s always a heartbreak when I can’t drive home. Thankfully, they’ve saved me twice now, and will probably continue to save me in the future. I’m very thankful for their work, without scraping a wheel, or scratching the paint. It’s a flawless tow service that’s quick, easy, and I cannot thank them enough for their work.
