I will not be using your services in the future. My car was left sitting on the side of I-40 overnight and most of the next day. I feel like your company ripped off my husband and me.
I wasn't actually able to get ahold of anyone, the phone rang for 15 minutes solid, but these guys have the best wait music ever. It's like classical meets gameplay music. Then the second song that played was very Game of Thrones sounding. Best music to listen to on hold by far. Felt I had to say something because I would've hung up if it weren't for the good tunes.
I called this company, they demanded payment up front before the tow truck would even be dispatched. I was told the eta was 1 hour maximum. It has been 4 hours and I'm still waiting and they will not refund my money
I tried to have my mother-in-laws car towed from hospital parking garage. I gave all information and what the situation was. I was told they would dispatch a truck. I waited 3 hours for a truck then decided to call back and kept being transferred back and forth to different people. Finally, dispatch tells me she found a truck that would fit in the garage bc of height limit. (Which I disclosed from the beginning) However, it was going to be another 2 1/2 hours before he would be there to help. I told them to cancel my service and give me a refund. Called another company nearby and was gone in an hour. The employees I spoke to were nice and never rude but to be stranded in a parking garage for 8 hours is not fun at all.
I called in 230am strandand on I24 right of Briley parkway. There was something in road. I asked could a driver be out within an hr. I was told by the representative yes. I need to pay up front so that a driver could be dispatched. I completed payment. I was sent a confirmation text in addition to message saying driver was dispatched. I sat till 430 am called repeatedly asking was driver on the way. The lady who answered told me they did not have anybody, then hung up on me 3 times saying she couldn't hear me. I called again the man who I first talked to said it would be 2 hrs out. Horrible business. Lies on top of lies. 440 AM NO HELP AND STRANDED WITH NO ASSISTANCE. Then I asked to cancel and for a refund due to not coming out as stated, I went in circles leading to filling out a request to get my money back ! Don't use this company piss poor service and customer service.
Had an absolutely horrible experience and horrible service. The fact that the tow truck didn’t come for almost two and a half hours when I was told 35-60 minutes wasn’t even what made the experience so bad. I’m not even going to get into the story but basically do not call this number when you need your car towed.
They were wonderful! We had contacted 2 other tow services who had told us they "would be there in an hour", just to let us down, wasting two days of waiting for them to show up. Nashville Tow Truck did exactly what they promised, for less money. The driver called when he said he would, and showed up on time. We will not use another tow service after this experience. This company has our highest recommendation!
