These guys were awesome. I needed a vehicle towed on a Saturday afternoon around 4pm and several others couldn’t do it and these guys rescued us. Thank You Donelson Wrecker.
My first experience was outstanding. Local to my home location, accommodating for a future scheduled tow, helpful and friendly employees both on the phone and in person, and on time, with a call just before they head your way. Tow driver diagnosed the problem with the car and saved me a 26 mile tow. So grateful for their expertise.

Louis showed up in less than 15 minutes of my call to them and explained everything going on, and made sure to calm my daughter down and made sure she understands everything about what was going on. The worst service I have received in my entire life is this, I am currently waiting 5 hours for them to come pick up my car and they only take me 30-45 minutes every time I ask and they still haven't determined anything with me
20 minutes was 20 minutes!! Randy showed up and showed exceptional customer service and concern. My insurance roadside was going to take up to 2 hrs. Will have to bill my insurance in the back in, but with 2 flat tires at 3 am, to be towed and taken home safely, it was well worth it! Thank you Randy.. you are a rockstar!!
Very quick and efficient services. Had an abandoned vehicle left on my property after renter moved out and they came out within a few hours and towed it right away. Would easily and highly recommend them again.

Made me sign paper.stating I got my personal belongings out my car before I can see what was left in my car. Told if I didn't sign stating that. I could not see my car.. what was missing was my money that was left in the driver side.door. and they stage 2 vape pikes on armrest still in place that was not mines..They should have fell on floor somewhere while it was being tow... Somebody lying... Other towing place. U only proud it belongs to you..no they don't ask to state that before u see your car..they insist that it should be moved ASAP...Why???
I just had one of their drivers tailgate me for miles down Lebanon Road. He was literally a couple inches of my bumper in rush hour traffic and pulling up as close as he could without actually hitting me ever stop light.
I can't imagine they are a reputable company if they employ unprofessional people who would drive like that. If anyone would have pulled in front of me or for any other reason I would have had to stop suddenly, I would have had a White Freightliner smash my car into bits.

I believe his name was Danny but he was very helpful in getting my car on the tow truck to get it to the shop. Price was also very reasonable. I would definitely call them again!!!!
Drove to Nashville for a quick weekend trip and my car died in the hotel parking lot. They were there in under 30 min on a weekend. Zach came out and got my jeep towed to the mechanic and dropped off. We didn’t have to miss any of our plans for our trip. Super professional and quick.
I literally ran over an animal and veered off the road and got stuck. I went home, awoke the next morning to have my car towed and these guys had already picked it up. I met AAA at the accident location and the car was absent. AAA told me to call this place and I was first told that I was being charged 407.59 after my car had been picked up on the side of the road WITHOUT PERMISSION after 3 hours of having gotten stuck there at midnight. Then, when I arrived to retrieve my car, I was charged $517.58 total! These guys are rip off artists to the T.
Donelson wrecker was so reliable and professional. We were in great hands from the time I made the first call until our car was delivered to the dealer. They kept in touch all along the way to let us know where they were and when we should expect them. They were right on time, even though we were right in downtown Nashville on Broad, 2 hours before the Beyoncé concert. 5 stars well earned!
They have stolen my car parts that were hanging at the front end. Front bumper’s both grills and some lights and other expensive parts were intact after the accident. I have pictures before and after their theft taken from their lot to prove my claim! Be aware if you leave your wrecked car for these parts since you will have to buy when you need to fix your car. UPDATE: Because of their denial, here are the pictures taken from their lot before and after. Clearly the parts are gone within one day after my car was dropped into their lot.
I had the most amazing experience using Donelson Wrecker Service. I had a flat on the side of I-40 downtown. Called DWS and they immediately took my call and had a truck to me within 20 minutes, the car dropped off at Packards and home all within an hour. Incredible customer service and very reasonable rates. I highly recommend them!!

Rob with Donelson Wrecker service is the best! I waited over 4 hours on AAA to tow my broken down Jeep. At midnight when AAA were supposed to arrive, they told me there wasn’t anyone that could help me. I called anyone I could find on Google and another towing service referred me to Donelson Wrecker Service. Professional, kind and inexpensive at midnight! Truly the best! So thankful!
I had an absolute great experience with this company. Car broke down, and the guy who came up was super friendly and funny. Was pretty quick, all around knowledgeable about my car. Just great experience. On top of that, when I called the next day to get towed to a shop, they told me to call another company as they will be faster to pick me up and be cheaper than them. Anytime a company goes out of its way to save the customer time and money against their own interest is something that will make me give a good review, but with the service of the first guy too, well that deserves a 5 star rating
I wish I could give 10 stars, these folks were amazing! Got a flat near the airport, spare was also flat. Called Donelson, and they were fast in their response. They recommended Packard's for the tire repair (another 10-star review); following that, we were back on our way to Huntsville with minimal impact to our schedule. Pricing was reasonable as well. Nashville folks, Donelson Wrecker should be in your contacts - they will take great care of you!
Cannot express my thankfulness and appreciation enough towards this company. From the first phone call to the follow up after getting my car to my service center at jaguar - the employees and service was unmatched. Such a stressful event, but Tom made it bearable and took care of my car! Will forever use this company when needed.
This review is mostly raving about the efficiency. I called them at the roadside, they rapidly came (minutes), the driver was professional and courteous, and they whisked my car away, delivering it ,(with a quick phone call) the next business day to the body shop. They do not offer warm and fuzzy services--but who wants that? Quick and efficient!
I'll first preface this by saying that I have not been a huge fan of towing services in the past. It seems at times their business ethics are questionable at best. I will follow that up by saying that I have found a wrecking/towing service which I thought was quite exceptional. I was quite impressed with Donelson Wrecker Services. I gave the dispatcher a call and the tow truck got to me within about 20 minutes. The attendant was courteous, professional and picked a perfect spot to park my car at Packard's repair shop. Furthermore the whole experience was seamless and less than 24 hours later my car is fixed and running smoothly again. The attendant even correctly guessed the issue that was going on with my car! I WILL have DWS on auto dial in the future and hope you give them a shot too!
I had a wreck coming back into town and I called Donelson Wrecker Service because I had used them before. In spite of a very busy day (Memorial Day), they got my car towed in promptly. They were very easy to work with and very professional. They made a bad day much better. My driver was Keith and he was very thorough, efficient, and so nice.
I'll start by saying that by the time I called Donelson Wrecker Service I had already been waiting on the side of the interstate for more than 3 hours on a tow from another company, who totally dropped the ball in every way imaginable. They originally told me 60 minutes, and made no attempt to reach out to me once it hit 90 minutes, nor once it hit 180 minutes.
That being said, when I finally did call I explained my situation to the gentleman who took my call, who was very polite, understood my concerns, and most importantly extremely honest and transparent in telling me how long it would be (an hour to an hour and a half, but that's to be expected given the time and day).
Here is where they raised the bar... after about an hour, the gentleman called me back to inform me of a delay, and told me if I wanted to they would hold my spot but I could call around to see if another service was available. I called another place or two but they had no trucks available, so I called Donelson back to let him know I'd continue to wait.
The wrecker came about 2 hours after my initial call. I know this seems long, but out of their control given the metro call they got to pull a car from the other side of a gaurdrail. Plus, who knows how much longer I would've been waiting for the first place I called.
The driver was excellent. Quick, efficient, courteous, and very patient with me while I was dealing with the tire place before they closed.
Not to mention the tow cost me $55 less than the first place.
Overall, Donelson Wrecker Service impressed me and I now have them saved in my phone, and will use them any time in the future I need to (hopefully I won't for a while) and I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing their services.
