SCAMMER.
Will defraud you, threaten you, and give you the runaround before eventually refusing payment. I removed my previous review after he threatened me, but he cancelled the check he sent us after he received the title, so I don’t care anymore. Do not do “business” with this man. He’s the most unprofessional, inappropriate, and dishonest person I’ve ever attempted to work with. You can tell by his responses to these reviews. They speak for themselves. Stay far away if you want to get paid and actually treated with human decency.
boswell cash for card offered me $1500 for my car. After towing it off and inspecting he lowered it to $450. i mailed him the title ( i live out of town). two weeks later i finally got a check for $450 but it was quite a hassle. All communications were evasive and delaying causing me to doubt i would ever get my money

I tried contacting this place three different times to pick up my car. The first day I was told my car would be put on the list and all I had to do was respond to a text with my address and they would tell me when they were coming to get it. I tried texting that number 3 different times that day to hear nothing back. I decided to give it another chance and I tried again calling them again Monday. They told me they would see if they could get it but it was a little later in the day so it may have to get picked up on Tuesday. I heard nothing back on Monday, and then tried calling them at 5 different times on Tuesday to never get an answer or a call back. Complete waste of time.
ummmm you are right you have not dealt with me personally but if you scroll down a couple reviews you will find another one from Larry Wilson with a 1 star review also. umm he has dealt with you, seeing as you have had his 2013 Silver Nissan Altima for over a month now and he has still not been paid. We have called no less than 30 times and left at least a dozen voicemails, but I'm glad to at least know you can respond to a google review instead of answer the phone. While I have you, you owe $500 for Nissan Altima.
update: 3 weeks later, still no payment
They picked up my car with no problem, they have just failed to pay for it. Cash for all cars is not correct. It's more like we take your car and don't pay, then we don't answer the phone...Sorry…..One month later and they won’t even answer my calls.
The driver Terry did GOOD WORK. The company cool I was giving one price and paid another. I still expected more after waiting an extra hour and half. And having a vehicle that I know they’re going to flip. I thought I would be paid more for the weight of my vehicle alone.
I was very satisfied with the company that helped me with the towing of my car they were Fair they were very courteous and I would recommend them to anyone else any one day receives this message or anyone that needed to ask any questions I'm willing to talk to them I'm disabled and for dinner to not mistreat me like a lot of companies do mistreat other people that are you know unfortunate or disabled they take advantage of them this company did not thank you so kindly
The tow truck driver said he don't take orders from no black man I supposed to been the first pickup he went a whole another route to do some other pickups not a good company
Would not recommend, one of the drivers was very unprofessional and very inconsiderate. Trucks had expired tags, and to go a little further there business license is inactive since 2020 at least under the name they claim to be. These guys are a joke just trying to make a quick dollar!
They made me with 3 hours for them to show up tell me that they can't give me the money for the car they are not good service trust me go to somebody else
It has been 3 weeks and I’m still waiting for my half of the money of when I sold my car to them , truly disappointed to the customer service I been trying trying to reach them but they don’t answer the phone.
The original payment didn’t go through, so they took my car and told me they would pay me the following Monday morning. After 2 weeks of texting and calling didn’t get a single response. Horrible way to do business.
Great experience. They answer the phone and get out quickly. They even called with updates on eta. You just don’t find that service anymore and it’s refreshing. Highly recommended. Matt may have had to fend off some wasps but he was quick and friendly.
I've been trying for the better part of 2 days to get someone out to pick up this car. I was told both Sunday and Monday someone would be sent out. Monday I asked for a time frame so I wasn't just sitting around all day. Read the message and no response. This would've been a better review or can be changed but won't be until someone calls or messages me back. I get it you may be busy but that doesn't mean send someone to voice mail or just ghost them and not let them know what's going on.

Great company. Sold 2 vehicles. The lady I spoke to was so kind and helpful. The driver was pretty quick with his inspection and they even worked out a better price for me. Definitely recommend
I am glad I found Boswell! They texted to let me know they were running late but still were able to get to me faster than other local companies. Great rate and provided several options for payment.
They are gunna tell you a price that you agree to then they are gunna say parts are missing when they aren’t so they don’t have to pay the amount they try to quote
What an amazing local business! The wonderful woman I talked to on the phone who gave me a quote on my car was fab. The way they communicated with me regarding pickup, which they scheduled for the very next day and at my convenience!, was great. And the gentleman who came to assess my car and take it away after paying me cash on the spot was THE BEST. Super nice, friendly, efficient, and just a real professional. I’ll recommend Boswell to anyone in the future who might need tow or junk car services!
