Friendly and very helpful staff They have ordered several parts for my old 92 jeep, and they get them in the next day. This place will be my "go to" from now on.

Went for fuel filter, gave me wrong one . Closed on Sunday had to go somewhere else. It happens

One of the coolest things about this place is that they will give out a coupon to new residents in the area to try and generate business but the stuff you can get with that coupon are pretty useful. For instance I got a brand new set of wiper blades for my car which would have cost me around $50 for free. So good for you Parts City. I appreciate the gift and I'll definitely be using your store for my future parts needs

They had the part to my tractor . The counter guy knew exactly where and what it was without a part number that alone was super impressive to me. Friendly staff made what was a frustrating situation for me much more bearable. Thanks.

Had the air fittings I needed but they did not have a replacement bulb for the triple light strip for my straight truck !

Hey all is locals know it don't get better than here. For customer service, it doesn't get better than these guys. Extremely knowledgeable and willing to assist you. Unlike the other parts stores where if it's not simple your on your own....great bunch of guys here. We are blessed to have them

I was looking for a helicoil when an employee came to help me. Employee wasn't any help as he told me I couldn't get the right one and I couldn't install it if I did and the best thing ever could do it take it to the guy that knows how and get him to do it. I went to another place and got a helicoil and my chainsaw is good as new as I did install it. Working at a part store isn't good for some people .

Found what I needed pretty easy. The guy at the counter was polite and found my oil filter number pretty quickly!

Very Nice people here. I go there for good items I can't get comfortably anywhere else. Great Service. Some things are priced a little higher but it's worth it sometimes to get better quality items and Great Service. 👍

I was able to explain my issue with my car battery, and helped with a solid suggestion for a replacement part within a few minutes. Price was good and service excellent.

We deal with them at the shop on a daily basis. Knowledgeable and honesty is the best description.

Only place i've been to in Crossville that didn't ask if we wanted some help and there were 4 employee's sitting on thier butt waiting to go home.

I first came to this place shortly after we moved here. There was a coupon for a welcome gift with a few small essentials in it. And since then, this is the only place I go! I have never ordered or bought parts from here, so I cant speak on that. But for the rest of the stuff, I think they are very reasonably priced. And they ALWAYS have great sales on oil. All the guys here are so friendly and take great care of me!!!

Conveniently location, very friendly and helpful employees, and they have or can order auto replacement part or accessories. Whether you need extra keys made, window washer fluid, oil change, battery, a new fan belt or any other auto accessory or part, stop in and shop with these guys they are great.
