Great customer service. RV sites are level and full hookup. Lots of other amenities which we didn't use because we only stayed overnight. But if I'm ever in the area again I will definitely stay there ?.

Okay, it’s near the hiway. That’s what makes it convenient. After a long day we were guided into our site. The guide knew how far we needed to swing to get into our nice pull through. They pick up your trash if left at the end of your site, at the right times of course. Our site was a breeze to get into with our 44’ class A and tow. Office staff was friendly and they had a nice playground hiking area (short trail). I’d stay again when traveling the area.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Broken Banjo! The interstate noise did NOT bother us one bit! The bathrooms were THE CLEANEST campground bathroom I've ever been in! We had such a a great time. It's a very great campground, especially if you have children. So much stuff for them to do! A staff member even drove by our site on a golf cart and gave us extra firewood for our stay! Friendly staff, we can't wait to go back!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks. Our site had a large patio, table and chairs and bench swing. Laundry room was emaculate, grounds well maintained, very helpful and friendly staff. Sites all easy access. We enjoyed our stay very much and will come again.

My sister and brother stayed in the cabins. They were cozy and cute. The one cabin had a very hard mattress and the other was perfect but the bed was too small (full size). The service was spot on, they picked up trash every morning and brought us firewood when needed. The grounds were clean, as was the pool. There was alot of expressway noise, but being in the back we could drowned that out with our laughter. Great place and very reasonably priced.

We spent three nights at the Broken Banjo. It is a rebranded KOA located beside I24 in Manchester, TN. This park has some of the nicest staff anywhere. They care about their visitors, and went out of their way to go the extra mile. All day, they were constantly driving around in golf carts picking up trash bags, sweeping up leaves, seeing if we needed anything. Very conveniently located, and interstate noise took some getting used to.

We didn't get a "room" we had our RV. My only complaint is the highway noise. They set us in spot 2 and I had trouble sleeping , my husband loved the highway noise. I know if we'd been in the back of the park it would have been 100% better. The atmosphere was nice and the park is small. We like that even though it seemed to be full there wasn't a ton of ppl. I would rebook if they could guarantee a spot in the back row but when you book it said the staff will pick your spot and you can't choose. The RV sight was really clean. It provided a fairly level gravel site and a concrete pad with a fire ring and table and chairs. The tree coverage was really nice and kept the sitting area fairly cool. The bathroom were maintained nicely. The office is open 9-5 and they will let you arrive later. They had playground with lots of little activities for kids and families along with a walking trail with benches as you go and picnic tables too for a spot to eat. The staff was super friendly and the shop has just about anything you'd need. Overall, the RV sites are very nice , the bathrooms are maintained and the staff was super friendly. We will stay again ( hopefully if I request a concrete spot we can distance ourselves from the highway noise )

This was a great little stop. Older, but nice. Great pool with a couple of water slides. Fun things for the kids. Nicely stocked camp store. Great location. Definitely would like to spend more time there next time when we're not just passing through.

Eric and Jody are wonderful managers and have a wonderful and caring staff. The Park is in great shape. Always clean and receiving new guests and ensuring a great camping experience. Job we'll done and we will be back!!

Fantastic place to visit! We spent a week in TN exploring around and the Broken Banjo was a great spot to base camp. It had plenty to do for the kids and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities were all in working order and clean. Our girls loved the pool and splash pad. We will definitely keep it in mind for future visits to the area.

Just off I-24 in Manchester, so yes, there is some road noise, but all of the amenities, plus the location, more than make up for it. A well stocked store, immaculate grounds and very clean bath houses here. Lots of fun things for the kids to do. A heated pool with splash pads, mini golf course and more.

Great place to get away have brought family several times over the years. Everybody's friendly, accommodations are clean. Staff is on point. We'll be back again.

I live in the area. I had family from Michigan come visit. We rented a site for two nights. This is a great place for kids. We the adults enjoyed the pool and slide as well. Laundry room and bathroom was clean. I will not hesitate to visit again.

This is a campground not a motel…the location is beside a busy interstate and thus it’s very noisy. The sites are shady and fairly level. I like that there are additional restrooms scattered within the campground in addition to the main bathhouse. The staff were friendly and helpful. The women’s showers were horrible..the tile floors were covered in soap scum and there was black mold growing in the trough drain..my husband reports the men’s was not this bad. Nothing can be done about location and noise but the filthy bathroom was totally fixable. Also, the scattered toilets the floors, wall and door were very dirty with dead and living bugs in them. This was ok for a one night stay and it had a nice pool and playground for children. All in all it just needs someone who cares to come in and clean it, then maintain it.

Arrived in the pouring rain / thunderstorm at around 4pm. Very friendly staff and gave us a very nice concert patio site for the night due to the poor weather ! Upgraded our site, as gravel sites were we were supposed to be at was pudding. Thank you for the upgrade, we will be back...

This is a little campground surprise. The only issue is traffic noise from highway 24 BUT that comes with being close to the highway which is an attraction for this campground. We stayed 3 nights and encountered Karyn, Jodi and Eric and were very impressed with their attention to detail, friendliness and desire to make us feel welcome. The sites are close but not too close (this used to be a KOA). There is a little creek running through and a catch and release pond which is well maintained. The pool wasn’t open but it looked clean and also well maintained. We would highly recommend.

Hello Campers.... This is a Tennessee hiding secret. We stayed at this campground as it was so close to a relative. We had planned a trip to Florida and Manchester Tn to see Family, an boy was this place super nice. Jody the manager was so nice, hard to believe folks like her are still around. We had to leave early because of weather on our way back home, she tracked me down to make sure all was good and she even refund the one night, because we had to leave earlier than our reservation. ROOMS = Camp spot very nice and level, good Water, good Power cable and Sewer. Amazing camp.

5 stars to Broken Banjo! We just had our first camping trip as a family of 4 with a 3 year old and a 1 year old. We stayed in a cabin and it was perfect. We brought cots for the kids to sleep on. The cabin was close to the bathroom & playground. It was perfect. Bathrooms were clean and staff was super friendly!

This campground was easy to find and right off of the interstate. The campground is updated, convenient, plenty of room for every size RV and tent. And if you have neither, they have cabins, tents and even Teepees! The staff is so friendly and accommodating! We were with a large group and our 40cup coffee maker didn’t work so one of the staff went to the office and brewed us a thermos full of coffee for us and did not charge us for it. Plenty of stuff for the whole family to enjoy; volleyball, pickle ball, a pool with a water slide, and a pond for fishing just to name a few things. We throughly enjoyed our visit!||Great place to stop on long trips when you’re just passing through!

Awesome campground! Clean and spacious facilities. Outdoor play area for the kids. Grounds maintenance are readily available and keep the park trash-free. Fishing pond was a little low but we are in the no-rain stretch in TN so that is to be expected so a non-issue for us. Caught a few bluegill and had a peaceful time! Our dogs enjoyed the pet friendly cabin with us which was very convenient. Park is close to just about everything in Manchester. Karyn in the office was phenomenal. Super helpful and friendly! Seriously, the most stress-free camping experience ever. Thank you Broken Banjo!

These are some of the best kindest people you will ever meet. Jody and Eric are amazing people and Karen in the office has a heart of gold. I highly recommend this place. The grounds are exceptional, pool is amazing. Clean and very safe. They went above and beyond for us.

We stayed this past weekend. We were impressed with the campground and the staff was excellent. We needed to check in to our cabin early and the staff accommodated us quickly. Eric was great to talk to during the check in process and was full of local knowledge. The grounds were well kept and clean. The cabin was nice as well. The bathrooms were clean, however we chose not to shower because the showers could be a little cleaner. Over all the place is great and we will stay again if we are ever in the area again. Great job!

We stayed here in the winter season, so there's not much going on. It is a very nice, well-kept campground. We had no issues whatsoever. Staff was welcoming & friendly. Guided us to our site & everything was good. Cute little store area in the main office. Pizza is made on site in the summer. We will for sure put this campground on our list of stay again.

I love staying at the Broken Banjo RV park as I travel through the area. The cabins are always clean and are perfect in any weather (ac/heat). I travel with my dog and it’s always great to walk the trail and grounds on a long road trip. This last trip in January I stayed in a cabin with its own bathroom and it was really nice to have the amenity and extra space. The location is perfect, right off the highway with gas stations and restaurants nearby. Finally, the staff is always very nice and helpful!
