Truly exceptional service! All Towed Up was incredibly helpful when we were stranded with a flat tire on a rental car. They towed the car and even helped us get home safely, which we truly appreciated. Professional, kind, and reliable. They went above and beyond - highly recommend!

All towed up came to us and towed our vehicle, they told us they had a shop and could look at our vehicle at no extra cost for towing. Steven called me the next day and explained to me what the problem was and came and fixed our vehicle. Great service, Great prices and Good Honest People. I will definitely be using them as my main mechanic!

I seriously couldn’t write enough good things about this company. Steve and Tommy took such great care of me and my 2 dogs after my car broke down in Tennessee. I live in FL and was 10 hours from home, stressed out, not knowing what to do, and with 2 big dogs. I got connected with all towed up through my warranty and couldn’t be more grateful. Steve was so kind, calmed me down, and did EVERYTHING he could do to help me. He didn’t hestitate to send a driver to pick me up even with 2 big dogs and took it upon himself to find me a hotel to stay in for the night that would allow my dogs. The tow driver Tommy was also amazing and very kind and patient and calmed my nerves as well. They were about to take my car and fix it and have it back to me the very next morning so I could drive back home to FL. this was a very stressful event for me as I am just a woman in my 20s and know no one in Tennessee (I was driving through from Indiana) and I just can’t thank these 2 gentlemen and their staff enough. Steve truly made me feel like he was taking care of me, when it would have been very easy to just take advantage of me given the situation I was in being alone and stranded. 100% recommend this business and I’m sad I live in FL and can’t use them regularly for business.

Absolutely stellar service! Needed a tow due to transmission issues and Tommy not only saved the day, but saved me several hundred $$$!!!!!! He listened to our issues and was able to fix it within minutes. All Towed Up is now going to be my new Tow Service and Auto Mechanics. The driver was amazing—very fast and a true professional gentleman. I was so grateful for how far he had to travel and how quickly he got me off the side of the road. He handled an F350 dually without hesitation and placed the truck exactly where I needed it on my property. I won’t be using any other towing company.

Absolutely amazing!!! My truck battery went completely dead and the alarm was triggered. My vehicle wouldn't let me use the key or access the hood. It was 4am and I was completely locked out and helpless. They arrived in less than 20 minutes and got me in to the vehicle in 2 minutes. Steven is an absolutely stand up guy and he brings the local mechanic back to Tullahoma. Good dependable and about service, not the bottom dollar

I had a GEICO roadside assistance and they sent me All Towed Up. He was fast and friendly. I was contacted by the owner himself and he was very polite and professional. If anything ever happens I will for sure use these guys even outside of GEICO 10 out of 10 recommend

I just want to say, the owner of this company "Steve" has some anger issues or something, he gets rude if he doesn't hear exactly what he wants. On another note, I needed my car towed along with a tire service and let me just say Jonathan is awesome! He stayed in communication, accurate ETA. Very respectable and polite person.

Without a doubt one of the best experiences I’ve had when getting a tow. Sounds like an oxymoron, but it truly was a pleasant experience. Cayden was the driver that helped me out. I had a flat tire and no spare, and Jonathan from All Towed Up came to the rescue quickly. He arrived faster than expected, was extremely courteous, and went above and beyond to help me out. Since I didn’t have a spare, he towed me to Walmart without any hassle. He made a stressful situation so much easier with his professionalism and kindness. We had a flat right in front of a building with this company info on the window. My husband called Ikard and I called All Towed Up. While Ikard was very friendly and helpful, their prices were much higher. Their rate was $5 less but the also charge per mile while All Towed Up offered a flat rate. Steve Wilson (the owner of the company) exhibited the most impressive customer service I’ve experienced on the phone in a long time. He was very polite and professional and promised state of the art equipment to tow my husband’s most prized possession. He was also very satisfied with the service and deliver of his car. They emailed me a receipt I needed for insurance and were polite and helpful the whole way through. I will call them in the future for all our tow needs and you should too! This is service done right.

Beyond thankful that Steven and his staff were there for me in the early hours when I wrecked on the interstate. I was terrified, shaken up and unsure of the process moving forward. Steven calmed my nerves, showed up quickly and ultimately treated me like family in a time when I needed it most. Steve called me before he came out and gave me an ETA, and made it within that time. He was very personable and let me ride with him to Walmart to get my tire fixed. I will definitely do my best to request his company in the future.

This family is truly a blessing. Heading back to Georgia we broke down and God sent them to rescue us. The young man who towed us was very kind. The young lady was so kind in working with us. He was able to even fix it faster than expected. I pray blessings over you all ?

After a major breakdown, AAA set up for All Towed Up to come out, pick up my Pathfinder and tow it to Roberts Nissan Monday morning. At 8am I received a text from them letting me know what time they would arrive and after that is received a couple of texts letting me know where they were since I was about 30 miles away. They took extremely good care of my vehicle loading and transporting. I recommend them anytime you need a tow or transport. These folks are very professional and friendly!!!

Thankful that All Towed Up was willing and able to come out to my place in the middle of nowhere and tow my truck. The driver Jared was great having to navigate down our narrow gravel road in the woods. Great communication to with the dispatcher letting us know when to expect the driver and keeping us updated. My car needed towing 2 times in less than a month. These people towed my car fir me both times. They fixed my problem the first time with very reasonably price. The second time they told me my problem and willing to fix for a reasonable price but instead I had the guy tow my car to my house. This guy Steven is one of the most honest decent human being I have ever met in this business. I would recommend using these guys for towing or repairs you certainly will be treated right.

Had a vehicle towed the other day and I was very happy with the service. Shannon was very knowledgeable and even taught me a few things about his job. I live in a tight couldesac and he maneuvered his truck and trailer through it effortlessly before dropping my car in the driveway exactly where I needed it. I’d highly recommend this company.
