Had my car towed after breaking down on the interstate. They were very friendly from the start of the phone call to get a price quote. They were the cheapest place we called. Had my car towed from Manchester to Chattanooga for under $1k. So glad we went with TNT.
I contacted TNT at 9pm. The driver arrived at my location at 9:30pm. The scene was a domestic dispute. I had purchased a Toyota Tundra with cash. The truck is registered to me. In an attempt to keep my truck, the X-Boyfriend hid the keys. I wanted the dramatic display to end. So, I took legal advice. It’s my property… tow it and leave. The driver arrived and avoided confrontation with the unstable man throwing things as resistance to me leaving with my truck. The driver politely waited as the mother of the X spoke to him rudely for doing his job. Very professional! I was able to get my truck and leave. Thank you!

The short and sweet.. alternator went out moving from ky to fl. Corey towed the car and trailer, fixed the alternator, and delivered car and trailer to my hotel room. All after hours on a Thursday night. Excellent work and significantly cheaper than I have experienced. Wish I lived in this town just for the shop alone.
Cory was amazing! Helped my daughter who was stranded on the roadside, got her towed, new tire, and on the road quickly. Then, Cory went above and beyond by also helping her down the road with a dead battery. He also called me out of state to let me know that she was ok and back on the way! Put my mind at ease. Very helpful! Towed me and my dog to Walmart Automotive (on a Sunday afternoon) and stayed to help change the tire on my Tesla when Walmart policies didn't let them lift the car. Wouldn't have been able to get back on the road without TNT's help. Thank you!
I called just to check if they had a tire size I needed in a used tire and the guy was rude on the phone and said they don't check tires over the phone. I don't see a reason to drive around town looking for a tire when we have the phone and Internet to save gas and time. He has lost my business fully. It's just lazy to not look to see if you have a tire a customer needs and tell them what it cost. Also to be rude and say you have enough business that one person don't matter if they don't come. Hope you can learn to be better and I pray for you.
This man has gotten me out of a pinch more times than once. He’s always been extremely professional and very upfront with the cost of his services. He won’t tell you one thing and get you hooked with a surprise fee. Very honest hard working man. I would recommend him to anyone looking for towing and recovering services! He also has very reliable vehicles for sale as well.
My tire blew on the side of the interstate, and I had no spare. I called, and they instantly responded, getting to me in less than 30 minutes. They towed my truck to their shop and put a new tire on it for me for less than $175. I could not be happier; they saved my day. Thank you so much; I would recommend them to anyone.
My son bought a car 2 months ago and it's been nothing but trouble. He's changed the battery, alternator and starter already. Now it won't run at all. $2400 for a hunk of junk. He's lost jobs because of it. He called yesterday 11/22 and no one answered and no one has called him back. He lost another job yesterday!
I am only giving one star because you have to put something, this business may be good for towing however it is not good for car repair. Engine parts not put back together properly, loose bolts left in the engine area and upon getting my car back some of the engine pieces where in side my vehicle. I also got my car back with the front windshield cracked severely and also had dents on the car that was not there previously. The best advice i can give is that if you care about your vehicle take it somewhere else, but not here.
This was a couple weeks ago but thank you to the man that came to my boyfriend’s help in the wild at Chick-fil-a. He jumped our car with no charge and checked to see the problem and told us our battery was 7 years old. We didn’t even call this company but the employee saw we needed help. It is very much appreciated in this very hot weather.
If I could give them 10 stars I would. We had an issue where the braking system on our 5th wheel camper kept disconnecting. They not only was able to help us right away, but Lewis did a bunch of research to find our problem. It came down to one wire that had been worn down by a zip tie. He was able to fix it and we got on our way. Boyd even called us several hours later to see if we made it to our destination safely. That took me by surprise. That made me feel that they really care about the customers they help. And after the hellatious day we had, that made me feel really good and put a smile on my face. Strongly recommend.
Cory and his team sold me a great vehicle at a great price. He also made sure every little thing was correct before I took possession. They all seem to really know what they're doing over there and there are a bunch of great guys. I couldn't recommend them more.
Corey was my hero tonight. I was on a trip in a rental car and ended up on the side of the interstate with two flat tires. They were prompt in getting to my location, made sure I was okay and that I was in a safe location waiting for my boyfriend to pick me up. I appreciate their dedication to their customers very much!
Helped our family in a time of need, went above and beyond for us! Our car died on the highway, Corey towed us, helped us get our luggage stored on our other car, gave us cold water bottles, and worked on our vehicle while we continued to travel. Tire went flat and left us sitting. Wayne towed our vehicle and replaced the tires when it was discovered all were going bad. All early on a Sunday morning. Strongly recommend this company
