The store made it so easy to find a battery that is not very normal and they had it in stock. The employee was very nice and helpful and had everything ready when I walked in the door.

Batteries Plus serves us mostly at the Clemson location, with their other stores as our backup. We have a wonderful relationship with their team. Alan Goldsmith checks on us often and always follows through with our requests or needs. Highly recommend this group to all. When you need batteries or bulbs, go to Batteries Plus first.

It's pretty difficult to write a meaningful review for a simple purchase. I placed the order online and it was ready when I arrived at the store. this purchase was for a jet ski battery. I had checked some other places and the price was about the same, but this battery came with a 2-year warranty- the same type of battery at other places were covered by only a 90-day warranty.

Online order with store pickup of Golf Cart Battery. Excellent attentiveness and assistance by store manager. Lugged the 70 pound battery out to my vehicle and lugged the even heavier core return the next day. Just had a knee replacement so really thankful for the extra cooperation and help.

I had my new car key remote programmed here—it only took a few minutes! The service was fast, professional, and the staff were very respectful and pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed in the Clemson location. I didn't have time to go to the store but I knew my battery in my phone was getting to the point that it needed replacing so I had them order one. When I went in yesterday morning the guy on duty asked me if my phone had ever been wet when he removed by Otter Box. It has not ever been wet. Then he started to say something about my screen and stopped. My phone only has minor scratches and has never been cracked. He checked the information on my phone and said it mentioned that I have enough charge for a day and a half and that I probably don't need the battery. While putting my Otter Box back on he said that they could be difficult to put on and that is why he preferred their hard cases. So I had to pay a restocking fee for the battery and he said that is why I should have come in before the order. Well, this morning I checked my phone and it was at the five percent level. I guess I did need the battery. I told my husband this phone is going on five years and has served me well. For my fall birthday I will just purchase a new phone and not deal with battery replacement. After I ordered I had read some reviews of damaged phones when having a battery put in. Overall, not happy with how the situation turned out yesterday. Not my first incident with them but at least that battery was one they carried in the store and I was able to get a refund. It sounded like he also wanted to sell me more products.

I would recommend all to consider Battery Plus for future battery purchases. I especially liked the on-line/store pickup experience- it was easy and informative and an added bonus with a St Patty’s Day discount.

Placed an online order a little before 4 since they were supposed to be open till 6. Never got an email so when I showed up they weren't even open and said 6 on the door. Now I have no battery and can't get my money back that they had no problem taking immediately. Very bad buisness and if I can't rely on you to be open then I need to take my buisness elsewhere.

Had phone charging trouble. Brought it in and they cleaned out the charger and fixed it for free. Would 100% recommend. Excellent and friendly service.

My iPhone 10s wasn’t holding a charge, so I went there to have a new battery installed. Employee was friendly and helpful. I just did it today so can’t speak to the battery’s quality, but it has a 6-mo warranty.

Please don't waste your time. Dropping your phone off at Batteries Plus on Clemson boulevard,Anderson south carolina... I dropped my phone off to be repaired. They told me that it would be ready in a couple hours. I came back twenty four hours later to an unrepaired phone.. On top of that, the phone was missing the volume buttons They acted like the buttons disappeared into thin air. When I dropped the phone off the manager on duty was Nate. He was completely unprofessional He had no integrity and zero level of respect, Please do yourself a favor and Bypass this store with your lifeline cell phone.....

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CONSOLES HERE FOR REPAIR!! About a month ago my HDMI went out on my Xbox Series X. Batteries plus advertised that they repaired them and it was the closest place to me. I brought the console to them and they replaced the port but a month later it wasn’t working again and the port was extremely loose behind the cover. I brought it back to them and now they’re telling me that the location where the port solders to the motherboard is broken so now I need the motherboard repaired. Don’t see how this was on me considering I brought the console home, set it in one spot and hooked it up. I never touched it again until it stopped working and I had to bring it back. But they still blamed the new found issue on me and not only would they not refund me the $175 I paid to have it repaired the first time, but now they want to charge me an additional $129 to fix this issue. So just from taking this console to them, I went from a bad HDMI to a broken motherboard and lost $175 plus the value of the console itself before they destroyed it. Would never trust them with another piece of technology again.

I called last week to schedule appointment for an Apple Watch battery replacement. Jonathan asked for all pertinent watch info and asked when would be a good time for me because he needed to confirm with the tech when she would b in Clemson. They only have one tech qualified to replace Apple Watch batteries. He later gave me an appointment for 1:00 today. I called back the second time to confirm they had the battery in stock and Verify the tech would in fact be in Clemson today to replace my battery. I was assured again the battery was in stock and the tech would b in Clemson. Of course when I got there Jonathan denied ever talking to me.

We found Batteries Plus as a business that could replace the batteries in our iPhones. We made an appointment and they were ready for us when we got there. Jonathan was very helpful and told us the two phones would be ready in about two hours and added a coupon. They checked to make sure that they had our batteries in stock, so we left them to it. Two hours later, when we returned, Jonathan said he had good news and bad news for us. Only one of the batteries would be accepted as the other two were DOA. So, one phone got a new battery and one didn’t. They said they’d get more in next week, but we are traveling internationally before then, so it was no help. When we return we’ll go back and get the other phone’s battery replaced. I just wish we could have had it for our trip.

Great customer service as well as repair execution! The sales representative was able to fix my iPhone after two other locations (one in Greenville & one in Pickens county) were unable to complete the repair. I would use their service again and I would recommend my friends to do so as well!

Guys told me my laptop would be fixed in about a week. We are now on week 3, as a college student it’s hard to go to college and not have a laptop. Buddy in the store told me today that they have the battery for it and that it needs to be installed. He asked if he could do it tomorrow morning “because they close soon” it was 6pm and they close at 7. I then ask how long it would take he goes “not long, maybe 20 ish mins or so” lol.

They changed my iPhone 7 battery. I called them and they took my phone right in. Changed the battery and I was back going in 1 hour with no issues. The phone is working like new. I thought they charged me a very fair price. Highly satisfied.

Tim Davis at the Clemson Location is that dude! I needed my screen repaired ASAP. Within 36 hours of my initial call, Tim at Batteries Plus Bulbs had my screen replaced with a new battery...and it was $30 Less than what CPR was charging for just a screen. Top tier customer experience.

Will not be returning. I went last week to get a cracked phone repaired and despite scheduling an appointment online for this exact reason, I was told it would not be ready before the store closed causing me to have to wait two days later for when I could make it back to pick it up. Within a few days, however, it started glitching and the touch screen wouldn’t respond for periods of time. But I didn’t have time to go to the store to address this issue until the following week, in which at that point a whole section of my screen wasn’t responsive to touch. I dropped the phone off and they said it would be fixed within the next hour and a half. However, when I came back, I was told they hadn’t fixed it because of a very small scratch off to the side, the warranty no longer covered it. A scratch that hadn’t even been noticed before I left the store and was under the impression they were fixing it under the warranty. I would now have to wait for another hour and a half and pay an additional $50. I’m a freshman in college who doesn’t have a car. I had to walk to this location a mile away every time, and today wasted over four hours of my time waiting for it to be fixed. This whole situation cost me not only an additional $50, but lots of time and inconvenience that wouldn’t have happened if the phone was fixed correctly the first time.

Just had my s9 screen fixed here. Prices were much better than cpr. But the service really got me. Anthony and his coworker (sorry didnt catch the name) were both helpful, punctual and professional.

I took my phone here to get my screen fixed. I come back and he tells me that he put a bad screen on because it didn't have a back light. I ended up having to come back the next day. Don't recommend it your better off going to the Apple Store save your time and money.

Great service! I took my iPhone 7 there to have a broken screen repaired. They charge the same as the Apple store but offer a $10.00 off coupon if you sign up for an appointment online. I dropped my phone off and when I came back in an hour as instructed it was ready to go. A few days later I noticed that the screen would start selecting things on its own without being touched and the proximity sensor for the phone function didn't work so when I would make a call, my cheek would hang up or dial numbers on the still-active screen. I called the store and they said to bring it back and they'd do a warranty replacement for the faulty screen. I took it back and it's working like a charm now! I would recommend calling ahead though because sometimes they have to bring over parts from their Anderson store so that way you won't have to come back later if they don't have the part you need.
