Bought brake pads and rotors for my car with a discount for buying it in a set. After getting home and realizing they’re giving me the wrong rotors I returned to the store to exchange them. They said they couldn’t give me the package deal price on these rotors because they are not in the set so they wanted to charge me 58 additional dollars to get the right rotors I should’ve gotten in the first place.

I’d like to give a big shout out to O’Reilly’s reps, Joel, Nathan and Ronen at their Clemson location! I found myself stranded in the Walmart Market parking lot today, and they went out of their way to troubleshoot my car’s problem and make repairs. Thank you!!!

Love this O’Riley, ever since I got my car they’ve done nothing but provided me with everything I need and informed me about every I will need to maintain and keep my car healthy and running. Especially store manager Dominique Bradley, he has been nothing but amazing to me and my friends when we come in to get parts for our cars. O’Rileys y'all got a good one going at the Clemson O’Rileys. Keep it up guys!

Our 1999 Honda runs through batteries and other shops always say "battery tests dead so you need another." The last two times, O'Reilly techs had better solutions. This most recent time, Hunter said "it tests fine but the connection is loose around the post." First time anyone pointed out this long-standing issue. He grabbed a $5 shim and put it in place so that the loose connection no longer happens and it's been perfect ever since!

I wish I could give a 10 star review! After leaving work, I stopped for gas. My battery died. I felt certain the battery was on its last leg. I arrived at O'REILLY Auto at 852 PM (after being turned away by a competitor down the street).Hunter greeted me and asked how he could help. With my vehicle running, I explained my situation. He looked at the time, he looked at me, and proceeded to help with a battery replacement and installation. Currently living during a time when customer service seems to be lacking, my experience at the "11th" hour was refreshing and encouraging. Thank you Hunter! I hope this review is passed up the chain leading to an acknowledgement and salary boost. You were a positive example of great. customer service.

I’d like to say the biggest mistake this store in Clemson made was letting the manager Sam go to another store they replace him with a manager. I’ve had a couple of runs with her. I’ve called on the phone. I asked for certain employees. I was there a day prior, and they were helping me and did not want to go through the whole spill of what I was doing and what I was needing, so when I asked if the employees That helped me yesterday was working , she told me they were not working went up to the store they are working. I can’t Stand a liar. I know certain items they Get a small bonus or incentive pay and I feel as if she is taking money out of their pocket. I’ve also been in the store And just cannot believe how rude she is to the customers I now have stopped going to O’Reillys’s because of this and many others have to. I’m in a car club and we take our business elsewhere and I advise y’all do the same. If you want to replace a manager, replace a manager with a better one. Cares about the customers we don’t have time to work on cars time and time again we like the right part the right time

Informed by assistant named Alan that the store has a price match guaranteed, waited 10 minutes for him to get off the phone. Then tells me that no, they couldn't do a price match. No help at all.

The manager, Sam, at the Clemson location was very helpful and went out of his way in my opinion to make sure I had a full understanding of what I needed as well as getting the issue I had diagnosed. Very pleased with my experience.

Called ahead to ensure the battery that was in my duramax that had a valid warranty was in stock due to the drive I had to make. Was reassured they had it and to head that way. Arrived to find out they didn't have the battery and was accused of just trying to get a free battery by the manager Travis who told me I needed to leave his store for raising my voice(which I did not) Additionally Nathan the guy I spoke with was attempting to help me figure out the issue but the Travis guy treated me like I was a nuisance... very rude, unprofessional this took place after 8pm September 3rd

I shopped here almost religiously guys and girls are also new deal with ninety-nine percent of time they have what I need if they don't have it there quick to tell me where and pretty much the other two stores that are close to me have a great staff and it has helped me very much in the last few years I've lived here sometimes their prices are lower sometimes they're higher but for the quality of the parts in the helpfulness of the staff and the benefits of their knowledge highly recommend this company

My daughter just went up there to get new battery. She also wanted to see if her current battery had a warranty. The man at the front desk was very rude to her. He acted like she was uneducated for asking questions. She was going to buy a new battery from here but because she was treated so poorly she left and went to a different auto parts store.

Bought a Super Start battery for riding lawnmower. Based on my limited personal experience and a lot of personal searches on line, the Super Start battery is among the best in quality and longevity. I had already purchased another Super Start 2 years ago and it is still going strong. I am replacing another brand with similar CCA rating that I purchased a year ago.

I went in to get my battery and starter tested. It’s nice that they offer this for free. However. I bought a new battery and paid to have it installed on-site because my old one was toast. They refused to change it because it had corrosion. More concerningly, none of the employees knew how to unscrew the battery strap, so they were just going to cut it and leave my battery unsecured under the hood. I ended up having to take it home and change it myself.

Offered to help me with a broken headlight even after they had closed (I was pulled over in their parking lot). They also put in the effort to replace battery that had rusted into the rest of the car for free (the replacement not the battery). This was separate time though

I thought I needed a battery and though they had the opportunity to sell me one, they first tested mine to be sure of my need and found it to be without warrant thereby saving be the cost of a new one! Refreshing to see this day and age!

I was a little disappointed that the three young men working were not wearing Covid masks out of respect for the customers who were wearing masks. I also miss the O'Reilly's uniforms that made the staff look really sharp. Having said that, I still like this store very much, and the guys are very knowledgeable. Addendum: I regret my earlier comment on the masks. There are two camps in the medical world as to their benefit, or the possible harm, of wearing a mask. I did not respect this when I first wrote my review, but after further study, I do now.

The folks here at the Clemson store are very polite knowledgeable,helpful and very friendly. The store and parking lot always looks great,very clean and organized. Ill definitely start using this store/company more in the future. I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful New Year.

Matthew and Caleb were a pleasure to work with. Had to bring back a faulty part to switch out. They did so with no questions asked and made sure I had the right part that would perform better.
