I had two hydraulic hoses made totaling $415.00 at this NAPA location, and both fittings failed because the crimps were done incorrectly. When the hoses blew, I took them to three different hydraulic shops to get their opinion, and all three said the same thing — the crimps were done wrong and it was clearly human error.
When I went back to the store to address the issue, I expected them to stand behind their work. Instead, the situation was handled very poorly. Rather than taking responsibility or even trying to resolve the problem, I was told to take my business somewhere else and was actually cursed at by the owner.
If you’re having hydraulic hoses made for equipment where safety and reliability matter, I would strongly recommend double-checking the work or going somewhere else. Equipment downtime and blown hoses can cost a lot of time and money, and customer service should never be handled the way it was here.

So there are a lot of competitors for my car auto repair parts business. What I now know is that Napa has some extraordinarily qualified people who are actually experts at repairing a lot of different cars versus the service I’ve gotten at other places. Five star service it’s worth the extra mile drive.

Small town, needed a flex plate and alternator for an 1994 f150, all the other parts stores had to order, this napa had both in stock and better priced .
