O’reilly’s wasn’t my first choice, I was just heading down 200. Here is the review I left for the competitor. (ADVANCE Auto) I came in today looking for some grease for a trailer hitch and ball? There was 7 cars outside. One guy was leaving before, when I was coming in. There was a lady on the phone with a business call. I waited two-three minutes and not one soul came to assist. There was a semi on the side possibly being unloaded, but that doesn’t mean not to have any staff to cover for customers. I went to O’reilly’s they were pack busy. I was assisted quickly and on with my day.

Smelled like someone had been smoking pot in the store, and didn't have what I needed

I gave them two stars because they have the inventory and they have the personnel but you only get one person to help you after he helps five or six other people while the other five employees stay in the back so I don't go there no more I go to the advance where they have great customer service. And more than one person checking out five or six people plus someone at the computer looking up a part. O'Reilly really needs to do something about this particular location these people huddle up in the back and make it seem like it's only one person working in the whole store. Or they will come by and walk away without taking some of the customers from the one employee that's ringing up everyone. The customer service sucks

I recently went here looking for a very specific part and the worker at the counter was instantly able to identify the vehicle I was in and the part I needed. He saved me so much time and headache. I was in and out in 2 minutes with exactly what I needed.

Cashier was helpful in replacing an item covered under warranty. So glad part was in stock.

They was ready to go making sure that they customer was satisfied

Ordered wrong part after stating the part I requested over and over. Workers are not qualified to work with cars or parts. Train better or get people who can take simple instructions.

Lauren helped me with the code reading. It was like she was a tarot card reader, had all the right answers. To bad JT Kia or Union County Kia could diagnose a broken wagon wheel, much less the cars they sell!

Went in for a light bulb for my car!! Didn’t have the slightest clue about which bulb I need however Mr Chris was such a great help and gentleman we definitely need more ppl like him because everyone else either walked by or ignored me but he took initiative!! Way to go Chris

Lauren is the best. She loves cars, and does not skip a detail. As a female mechanic myself, it is rare to find a place that isn't out to fool you. I buy all of my parts from O'Reilly!

Hi I love the stores , everyone is so helpful and nice ,they always greet you when you come in , even if they are busy .🤗 They know what they are doing , they get you the right parts most of the time . And if it's not the right one they exchange it and give you your money back or get you the right part replacement, no matter what!👍thanks for everything. 😁

Every time I’ve came here it’s been great. Some parts might be wrong occasionally but really who knew brake pads were different for electronic vs manual parking brakes. They always make it right and help you out. The manager is awesome too!

This company is a great place to get parts for your car! The new parts are at great prices and the employees are genuine and caring! They will usually beat any other parts store, also! So, in my view, that makes it a great place with good helpful people! We were looking for some gorilla tape and they had it at a pretty good price too! So, we went on our way, happy and content! How do you only have one cashier to answer the phone cashier and help customers... knowing between the hours of 2-7 is the busy in this small town like y’all need to do better.... Now I’m taking my service elsewhere....

Great place if you need help they are always willing to help you get or find the part or tool your looking for... Owner and employees have wonderful attitudes all stores should take a lesson.
